"Praktik residensi keperawatan medikal bedah adalah rangkaian program pendidikanmagister keperawatan yang dilaksanakan dalam tatanan pelayanan keperawatan.Keperawatan medikal bdah berfokus pada konsep dan prinsip dasar medikal dan bedahdalam penerapan ilmu dan teknologi keperawatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasiendewasa yang mengalami perubahan fisik dengan atau tanpa gangguan struktural. Praktikresidensi ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati. Kegiatan praktikresidensi ini terdiri dari pemberi asuhan keperawatan (care giver) dengan gangguanmuskuloskeletal menggunakan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy. Asuhan keperawatan telahdiberikan pada pasien fraktur, MBD, SCI, Spondilitis TB, Skoliosis dan kasus lainnya.Penerapan evidencebased nursing (EBN) melalui intervensi penerapan pada BriefMassage pada pasien post operasi THR dan TKR yang membantu dalam menurunkannyeri, kecemasan dan meningkatkan kepuasan terhadap manajemen nyeri. Proyek inovasiyang diterapkan adalah peran perawat sebagai pioneer dalam pengembangan penerapanERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) pada pasien operasi hip. Diharapkan denganpengembangan program ini mengurangi lama hari rawat (LOS), mengurangi komplikasiyang terjadi, mengurangi angka morbiditas.The practice of medical surgical nursing residency is a series of nursing master educationprograms carried out in the nursing service order. Medical nursing has focused on theconcepts and basic medical and surgical principles in applying nursing science andtechnology to meet the needs of adult patients who experience physical changes with orwithout structural disorders. This residency practice was carried out at Fatmawati CentralGeneral Hospital. This residency practice activity consists of care giver providers withmusculoskeletal disorders using Roy's adaptation theory approach. Nursing care has beengiven to patients with fractures, MBD, SCI, Spondylitis TB, Scoliosis and other cases.Application of evidence-based nursing (EBN) through application intervention in theBrief Massage in patients with postoperative THR and TKR that help reduce pain,anxiety and increase satisfaction with pain management. The innovation project applied isthe role of nurses as a pioneer in the development of the application of ERAS (EnhancedRecovery After Surgery) in patients with hip surgery. It is expected that the development ofthis program will reduce the length of day of care (LOS), reduce the complications thatoccur, reduce morbidity rates."

"Praktek Spesialis Keperawatan merupakan sebuah proses penting dari pendidikan profesi dalam rangka mengaplikasikan peran perawat spesialis yang berdampak pada upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan keperawatan. Praktek ini dilakukan dan dikembangkan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui berbagai penelitian. Model Adaptasi Roy dan Teori Sosial Kognitif Bandura di RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta. Tiga kompetensi yang harus dicapai dalam praktek residensi ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori keperawatan, menerapkan implementasi keperawatan yang berbasis bukti ilmiah (evidence based nursing practice), dan melakukan proyek inovasi keperawatan yang berguna bagi lahan yang menjadi tempat praktek residensi. Sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan, mahasiswa residensi telah memberikan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy pada 1 kasus kelolaan utama dan 30 kasus resume pasien HIV/AIDS dengan berbagai infeksi oportunitis. Sebagai peneliti, mahasiswa residensi telah mengaplikasi penerapan permainan Kartu Inovatif Stop Stigma (KISS) dan hasil dari evidence based nursing ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS dan menurunkan self stigma pada pasien HIV. Sedangkan sebagai innovator, telah dilakukan inovasi edukasi pengetahuan terkait pencegahan infeksi oportunistik yang mana media edukasi juga dibetuk dapat barcode dan hasil penerapan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dalam melakukan pencegahan infeksi oportunistik pada ODHA.......Nursing Specialist Practice is an important process of professional education in order to apply the role of specialist nurses which has an impact on efforts to improve the quality of nursing services. This practice is carried out and developed based on science and technology through various research. Roy's Adaptation Model and Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory at Fatmawati General Hospital, Jakarta. The three competencies that must be achieved in this residency practice are providing nursing care using a nursing theory approach, implementing nursing implementation based on scientific evidence (evidence based nursing practice), and carrying out nursing innovation projects that are useful for the land where the residency practice takes place. As providers of nursing care, residency students have provided nursing care using Roy's adaptation theory approach to 1 primary management case and 30 resume cases of HIV/AIDS patients with various opportunistic infections. As researchers, residency students have applied the Innovative Stop Stigma (KISS) Card game and the results of this evidence-based nursing show increased knowledge about HIV/AIDS and reduced self-stigma in HIV patients. Meanwhile, as an innovator, we have carried out knowledge education innovations related to the prevention of opportunistic infections in which the educational media is also made of barcodes and the results of implementing this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing knowledge in preventing opportunistic infections in PLWHA."

Meanwhile, as an innovator, innovative knowledge education has been carried out related to the prevention of opportunistic infections in which educational media has also been formed to be barcoded and the results of implementing this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing knowledge in preventing opportunistic infections in PLHIV."
