"Survival data consist of a single event for each population unit, namely, end of life, which is modeled with a life distribution. In contrast, many applications involve repeated-events data, where a unit may accumulate any number of events over time. Examples include the number and cost of repairs of products, the number and treatment costs of recurrent disease episodes in patients, and the number of childbirths to statisticians. This applied book provides practitioners with basic nonparametric methods for such data, particularly the plot of the estimate of the population mean cumulative function (MCF), which yields most of the information sought.
Recurrent Events Data Analysis for Product Repairs, Disease Recurrences, and Other Applications is the first book to present a simple, unified theory that includes data on costs or other "values" of discrete events, not just the number of events. It surveys computer programs that calculate and plot the MCF estimate with confidence limits, shows their output, and explains how to interpret such plots. Many such calculations can be easily done with a pocket calculator or spreadsheet program. Also, the book introduces basic Poisson and Cox regression models and parametric models, including homogeneous and nonhomogeneous Poisson processes and renewal processes."

"Pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang berkualitas masih menemui hambatan di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan melaksanakan akreditasi puskesmas. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota berperan penting dalam penyelenggaraan akreditasi puskesmas sebagai pendamping yang bertugas untuk menyiapkan puskesmas dalam menghadapi survei akreditasi oleh Komite Akreditasi. Kegiatan pendampingan akreditasi merupakan bagian dari kegiatan pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian yang menjadi tugas pokok Suku Dinas Kota. Sayangnya kegiatan ini banyak menemui hambatan karena penjadwalan, pencatatan dan pelaporan manual menyebabkan kesulitan dalam hal koordinasi, penyimpanan, pengawasan dan penentuan rencana tindak lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe aplikasi E-Binwasdal akreditasi puskesmas yang mampu menjamin ketersediaan data dan informasi kegiatan pendampingan yang berkualitas secara cepat dan mudah diakses sehingga mempermudah upaya pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap status akreditasi puskesmas. Penelitian terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan prototipe dan uji penerimaan pengguna. Hasil penelitian adalah prototipe E-Binwasdal akreditasi puskesmas dengan platform berbasis web. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat memberikan kemudahan mengakses informasi akurat, relevan dan terkini; menghemat kebutuhan biaya; menjamin pengendalian penyimpanan dan keamanan data; fleksibel, mudah dan nyaman digunakan oleh pengguna dalam kegiatan pendampingan akreditasi. Sistem informasi memberikan solusi dalam mengidentifikasi informasi capaian status akreditasi puskesmas di Jakarta Pusat. 

 


Quality basic health services are still facing obstacles in Indonesia. One of the efforts that can be done is to carry out accreditation of puskesmas. The District/City Health Office plays an important role in implementing the accreditation of puskesmas as a companion in charge of preparing puskesmas to face the accreditation survey by the Accreditation Committee. Accreditation assistance activities are part of the guidance, supervision and control activities which are the main tasks of the City Service Office. Unfortunately, this activity encountered many obstacles because manual scheduling, recording and reporting caused difficulties in terms of coordination, storage, monitoring and determining follow-up plans. This study aims to design a prototype of the E-Binwasdal application for puskesmas accreditation which is able to ensure the availability of quality data and information on mentoring activities that are quickly and easily accessible so as to facilitate efforts to develop, supervise and control the accreditation status of puskesmas. The research consists of system requirements analysis, prototype design and user acceptance test. The result of the research is a prototype of E-Binwasdal accreditation of puskesmas with a web-based platform. The developed information system can provide easy access to accurate, relevant and up-to-date information; save costs; ensure the control of data storage and security; flexible, easy and convenient for users to use in accreditation assistance activities. The information system provides a solution in identifying information on the achievement of the accreditation status of puskesmas in Central Jakarta.

"Rancangan awal real-time data pipeline sebelum optimasi dilakukan menggunakan sistem PubSub pada cloud yang menyimpan retensi data selama minimum 24 jam. Hal ini menyebabkan data yang telah terkumpul pada broker akan terus dikirimkan. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya pengulangan pengiriman data yang meningkatkan biaya overhead serta biaya operasional, waktu yang lebih lama untuk mentransmisikan data, dan duplikasi data yang menyebabkan tidak akuratnya data yang terkirim. Optimasi arsitektur yang diusulkan menggunakan database NoSQL dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan QoS level 2, latency, dan cost pada real-time data monitoring untuk healthcare. Hasil riset yang dicapai memenuhi kebutuhan monitoring data healthcare secara real-time dengan rancangan arsitektur yang diusulkan dan diimplementasikan pada cloud.

The initial design of real-time data transmission architecture was carried out using the PubSub system in the cloud which stores data retention for a minimum of 24 hours so that data that has been collected at the broker will continue to be sent. This can result in repeated data transmissions that increase overhead and operational costs, longer time to transmit data, and data duplication which causes inaccurate data sent. The proposed architecture optimization uses a NoSQL database designed to meet QoS level 2, latency, and cost in real-time data monitoring for healthcare. The research results were achieved to meet the needs of monitoring healthcare data in real-time with the proposed architecture design and implemented in the cloud. "
