Kapasitas link gateway internasional INDOSATM2 saat ini sebesar 20 Gpbs diprediksi tidak dapat menampung seluruh trafik pelanggan pada tahun 2020 yang diprediksi mencapai sebesar 30 Gbps. ITU-T D.50 Suplemen 2 adalah dokumen rekomendasi pedoman pengurangan biaya koneksi Internet internasional yang berisi tentang metode-metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi biaya koneksi Internet internasional dengan melakukan penghematan pemakaian bandwidth internasional. Google Global Cache GGC merupakan salah satu alternatif metode penghematan pemakaian bandwidth link internasional sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya koneksi Internet internasional. Google Group merupakan situs web dan aplikasi yang paling banyak dikunjungi didunia, dan pada tahun 2014, Google mendapat penghargaan dari Business Insider sebagai perusahaan dengan merk paling bernilai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tekno ekonomi implementasi Google Global Cache pada jaringan INDOSATM2 dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi implementasi Google Global Cache pada jaringan INDOSATM2 dengan menggunakan metode analisis tekno ekonomi dan cost-benefit analysis. Selain melakukan analisis aspek teknologi dan ekonomi, juga dilakukan analisis sensitivitas, analisis aspek regulasi, dan analisis strategi implementasi GGC. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi GGC terbukti memberikan penghematan pemakaian bandwidth link international sebesar 33,7 dan layak diimplementasikan di INDOSATM2. Rekomendasi model GGC untuk diimplementasikan di INDOSATM2 adalah implementasi GGC Centralize karena memiliki aspek teknologi yang baik dengan biaya investasi awal dan biaya operasional yang lebih rendah.

ABSTRACT
INDOSATM2 international gateway link capacity currently at 20 Gpbs is predicted can not accommodate all customer traffic in 2020 which is predicted to reach as much as 30 Gbps. ITU T D.50 Supplement 2 is a guideline document for reducing the costs of international Internet connectivity which contains the methods that can be used to reduce the cost of international Internet connection by making efficient use of international bandwidth. Google Global Cache GGC is an alternative method of saving bandwidth international links so as to reduce the cost of international Internet connection. Google Group is a web site and application of the most visited in the world, and in 2014, Google received an award from Business Insider as the company with the most valuable brands. This research aims to analyze the techno economic and provide strategic recommendations on the implementation of the Google Global Cache on INDOSATM2 network using techno economic analysis and cost benefit analysis. In addition to the technological aspects and economic analysis, this research also conducted a sensitivity analysis, analysis of the regulatory aspects, and strategies analysis of GGC implementation. The results showed that the GGC implementation proven to provide efficient use of international links as much as 33.7 and decent implemented in INDOSATM2. Recommended models of GGC to be implemented in INDOSATM2 is GGC Centralize because it has a good technological aspects with the lower initial investment and operating costs.
