"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu merancang sistem manajemen biaya pada salah satu cabang PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Persero dalam rangka memberikan informasi yang berguna dalam pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja dari kapal yang beroperasi pada beberapa lintas yang berbeda. Data yang digunakan adalah data laporan keuangan dari cabang yang bersangkutann untuk kurun waktu satu tahun selama tahun 2015. Sistem manajemen biaya yang diusulkan adalah Activity Based Costing dalam mengalokasikan biaya dalam rangka menghitung harga pokok produksi per satuan unit produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada beberapa lintas yang mengalami kerugian. Sistem Activity Based Costing ternyata mampu untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengalokasikan biaya dan memberikan informasi mengenai kinerja kapal di masing-masing lintasan.

This thesis study aims to help design cost management system in one of the branches of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Persero in order to provide useful information in making decisions on the performance of the vessels that operate in several different traffic. The data usesd is data from the financial statements of the branch itself for a period of one year during 2015. The management sytem proposed is Activity Based Costing in allocating cost in order to calculate the cost of production per unit of production. The result showed there were some traffic incurred loss. Activity Based Costing system was able to assist the company in allocating costs and provides information on the performance of the ship on each track."

"Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengukur ketimpangan penghasilan dan faktor-faktor yang mengakibatkan ketimpangan penghasilan antara tahun 2007 dan 2014. Menggunakan data yang berasal dari Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) tahun 2007 dan 2014, ditemukan bahwa perbedaan penghasilan antara tahun 2007 dan 2014 adalah sebesar 13.2 percentage points. Kontribusi endowment factors lebih signifikan daripada unexplained factors. Lebih lanjut, dekomposisi pada level penghasilan yang berbeda menunjukkan bahwa efek endowment factors pada ketimpangan penghasilan semakin mengecil pada tingkat penghasilan yang lebih tinggi.

The purposes of this study are to measure the earnings difference and the factors that influence earnings difference between 2007 and 2014. Using data sourced from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) in 2007 and 2014, it was found that that the income gap between 2007 and 2014 was 13.2 percentage points. Endowment factor contribution is more significant than unexplained factors. Furthermore, decomposition at different income levels shows that the endowment factor's effect on earning difference is getting smaller at higher income levels."
