"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan derajat hidronefrosis dan leukosit urin dengan kejadian komplikasi demam dan retropulsi pada pasien batu non-opaque yang menjalani URS. Penelitian ini bersifat prospektif, deskriptif analitik di RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireun Aceh selama Oktober-Desember 2016. Terdapat 42 pasien dengan didominasi laki-laki 73,8 , rata-rata berusia 47 tahun, 61,9 dengan batu di ureter proksimal, dan 76,2 diantaranya mengalami hidronefrosis sedang serta 28,5 mengalami leukosit urin ge;15/LPB. Komplikasi demam terjadi pada 11,9 pasien dan retropulsi batu sebanyak 7,1 . Derajat hidronefrosis dan leukosit urin merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya demam paska operasi. Kadar leukosit urin tidak mempengaruhi kejadian retropulsi.

The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between degree of hydronephrosis, urinary leukocytes with incidence of fever and retropulsion as complication of non opaque stone patients underwent URS. This was prospective, analytical descriptive research in dr.Fauziah Bireun Hospital Aceh during October December 2016. From 42 patients, 73.8 were male with mean age 47y.o, 61.9 had proximal ureter stone, 76.2 had moderate hydronephrosis, 28.5 had urinary leucocytes ge 15 HPF. Fever occurred in 11.9 and retropulsion in 7.1 patients. Degree of hydronephrosis and urine leukocyte affect the incidence of post operative fever significantly. Urine leukocyte levels do not affect the incidence of retropulsion."

"Apoteker bertanggung jawab mengendalikan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan BMHP di Rumah Sakit, memastikan kegiatan perbekalan sesuai standar dan menjamin kualitas, efikasi, serta keamanan. Mereka juga berperan penting di Central Operating Theatre (COT) dalam memastikan penggunaan obat dan pasokan medis yang aman dan efektif selama pembedahan. COT di RSUI telah melayani berbagai prosedur bedah sejak 2019, termasuk Ureteroscopy (URS), yang memerlukan obat dan BMHP khusus. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengendalian, unit farmasi menyediakan paket standar sesuai prosedur bedah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan obat dan BMHP terhadap paket standar URS selama periode Juni hingga Agustus 2023 memiliki rata – rata  persentase kesesuaian yang rendah (65,17%). Dari 29 tindakan URS pada pasien,  hanya 3% data penggunaan obat/BMHP oleh pasien yang sesuai dengan paket  standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh depo farmasi Central Operating Theater RSUI.  Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 17% dari penggunaan per-item telah sesuai dengan standar paket tindakan URS yang tersedia. Namun, sebagian besar jenis item menunjukkan penggunaan dengan jumlah di luar paket standar (83%) terutama dalam jumlah penggunaan item obat/BMPH yang umumnya lebih rendah dari jumlah yang terdapat pada paket standar tindakan URS (79%).

Pharmacists are responsible for controlling pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and other pharmaceutical products in hospitals, ensuring supply activities are in accordance with standards and guaranteeing quality, efficacy, and safety. They also play an important role in the Central Operating Theater (COT) in ensuring the safe and effective use of drugs and medical supplies during surgery. The COT at RSUI has served various surgical procedures since 2019, including Ureteroscopy (URS), which requires specialized drugs and others pharmaceutical products. To improve control efficiency and effectiveness, the pharmacy unit provides standardized packages according to surgical procedures. The evaluation results showed that the use of drugs and pharmaceutical products against the URS standard package during the period June to August 2023 had a low average percentage of conformity (65.17%). Of the 29 URS actions on patients, only 3% of the data on the use of drugs / others pharmaceutical products by patients were in accordance with the standard package set by the Central Operating Theater pharmacy depot RSUI.  In addition, the results of the analysis also showed that approximately 17% of the per-item use was in accordance with the standard URS action package available. However, most of the items showed usage with amounts outside the standard package (83%), especially in the number of drug/ others pharmaceutical products items that were generally lower than the amount contained in the standard URS action package (79%)."

"This paper analyzes voltage space vectors’ utilization of various Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) schemes in dual-inverter fed five-phase open-end winding motor drives with equal DC-link voltage. The applied voltage space vectors in three PWM schemes were examined. These three schemes were: the Equal Reference Sharing (ERS) PWM, the Unequal Reference Sharing (URS) PWM, and the Decomposition PWM. The results of these examinations show that the ERS scheme utilizes only 21 of the 211 available voltage vectors, and that the URS scheme utilizes more voltage vectors than the ERS scheme. The number of vectors applied in the URS scheme varies according to the modulation index and angular position of the voltage references. Consequently, the URS scheme produces better voltage output quality than the ERS scheme. Of the three schemes, the Decomposition PWM applies the most effective voltage vectors and produces the best voltage output quality, which is indicated by the lowest value of Total Harmonics Distortion (THD). This paper also proposes a new switching strategy that inherently improves the power sharing capability of the converter, thus avoiding the increase in the DC-link voltage of inverter that operates in PWM mode."
