This study was conducted to observe the phenomenon of the women habitue for watching porn videos As well as the maturity of porn industry people can access it within a second by internet Then it's not only for men but women start to consume porn video for herself Through this study people can see how the women perceive porn videos as of they begin to make it as a habit A young adult age woman around 20 who is still enrolled in a college and considered to be susceptible had completed the three self report inventories There are needs gratification sought and gratification obtained as the main concepts of Uses and Gratification Theory The researchers didn't just observe but also did an indepth interview The result said that the informant does her habit mostly to release her boredom She also need to gain the sexual information since she's not well practiced of it She sought for the particular scenes in the video as her gratification and she obtained it as well Some scenes like foreplay kissing and display of affection are her favorites Which are basically didn't exploit some certain body parts and built upon a drama "

"Skripsi ini membahas penelitian mengenai pelanggaran Hak atas Privasi pada kasus pelanggaran privasi artis terkenal pada media elektronik melalui siaran televisi. Pemberitaan media televisi mengenai kasus tersebut telah melanggar hak atas privasi yang merupakan salah satu hak asasi manusia para artis yang telah dijamin Konstitusi dan Undang-Undang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pers dan Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2002 tentang Penyiaran, serta memperbaharui Pedoman Perilaku Penyiaran dan Standar Program Siaran agar mengatur secara detail mengenai perlindungan terhadap privasi khususnya pada media televisi.

This mini-thesis discusses the research on the violation of Right to Privacy in regards to the case of private data disclosure of Ariel famous celebritites on electronic media through television broadcast. Such television media broadcast of this case was in violation with the right to privacy which is one of the celebrities human rights guaranteed by the Constitution and laws. This research is a normative research with qualitative approaches.

The result of this research suggests the amendment of the Law No. 40 of the year 1999 on Press and Law No. 32 of the year 2002 on Broadcast, and also suggest to renew the Guidelines of Broadcast Behavior and Broadcast Standard Program so that it will provide detailed regulation on the protection of privacy, especially on television media."

"Perkembangan teknologi yang cepat memberi dampak yang besar bagi kehidupan manusia. Hal ini mempermudah masyarakat dalam menerima informasi, baik itu informasi positif maupun informasi negatif. Informasi yang tergolong negatif adalah konten video pornografi. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk melakukan pemblokiran terhadap suatu website adalah bukan dengan memblokir alamat dari website tersebut, melainkan memblokir konten yang bersangkutan, yaitu dengan membaca tag dari konten tersebut, untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan. Fokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat akurasi dan menentukan algoritma mana yang lebih tepat untuk melakukan klasifikasi dan memprediksi dari suatu tag video yang diberikan. Penelitian ini diarahkan pada penggunaan machine learning untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap tag video yang diberikan sehingga diperoleh hasil dari prediksi yang dilakukan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil akurasi sebesar 97% untuk algoritma Naïve Bayes dan 97,5% untuk algoritma Bayesian Network dengan jumlah data latih sebanyak 2400 tag video.

The rapid technological development had significant impacts to human life. It is easier for the public to receive information, whether it is positive or negative information information. The information classified as negative is pornographic video content. One of the most effective ways to do the blocking of a website is not to block the address of the website, but block the content concerned, by reading the tags on them, therefore this study conducted.

The main focus of this research is to analyze the factors affecting the level of accuracy and determine which is more appropriate algorithms to classify and predict from a given video tag. This research is directed at the use of machine learning to predict the video tag is given in order to obtain the results of the predictions made. From the research that has been conducted, the results obtained an accuracy of 97% for the Naïve Bayes algorithm and 97.5% for the Bayesian Network algorithm with the amount of training data as many as 2400 video tag"
