Laporan magang ini membahas evaluasi atas kesesuaian antara teori penyusunan pedoman whistleblowing system (WBS) yang diluncurkan oleh Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG) dengan praktik riil yang dilakukan oleh PT MOM untuk PT MID. Lingkup pembahasan meliputi tahap persiapan penyusunan pedoman WBS serta tahap penyusunan pedoman WBS. Penulis melakukan evaluasi dengan membandingkan kerangka evaluasi, yaitu teori yang telah dipelajari dalam mata kuliah Tata Kelola Perusahaan & Manajemen Risiko, serta beberapa referensi relevan lain, dengan pengalaman penulis selama menjalani aktivitas magang pada PT MOM. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa praktik penyusunan pedoman WBS oleh PT MOM sudah sesuai dengan kerangka evaluasi milik Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG). Penulis juga melakukan evaluasi diri atas aktifitas magang yang penulis jalankan pada PT MOM. ......This internship report discusses the evaluation of the conformity between the theory of drafting the whistleblowing system (WBS) guidelines launched by the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG) and the real practice carried out by PT MOM for PT MID. The scope of the discussion includes the preparation stage for the preparation of the WBS guidelines and the preparation stage for the WBS guidelines. The author evaluates by comparing the evaluation framework, namely the theory that has been studied in the Corporate Governance & Risk Management course, as well as several other relevant references, with the author's experience during internship activities at PT MOM. Through the analysis carried out, it was found that the practice of compiling WBS guidelines by PT MOM was in accordance with the evaluation framework belonging to the National Committee for Governance Policy (KNKG).The author also conducts a self-evaluation of the internship activities that she runs at PT MOM.
