"Pengembangan hubungan faktor keberhasilan kunci adalah suatu penilaian terhadap faktor-faktor keberhasilan kunci yang dinilai merupakan kunci keberhasilan/ success factor dari suatu proyek perkeretaapian dimana kelayakan proyek, perencanaan maupun kesiapan dukungan manajemen. Critical Success Factor’s sebagai faktor-faktor kunci dalam penyiapan proyek infrastrukutr perkeretaapian dilihat sebagai penyebab utama keberhasilan ataupun kegagalan dalam suatu proyek infrastruktur. Proses Penelitian dilakukan untuk mencari jawaban dari rumusan masalah dengan pendekatan mix method dan teknik analisis hirarki proses (AHP) dengan pendekatan triangular fuzzy number ( TFN) yang dikenal dengan Fuzzy AHP yang bertujuan analisis ini untuk mengambil keputusan akurat berdasarkan ketidakpastian faktor. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan hubungan faktor-fakto keberhasilan pada proyek infrastruktur perkeretaapian Sorong-Manokwari dianggap perlu dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasikan faktor-faktor kunci keberhasilan dan menentukan strategi yang baik untuk memastikan proyek dapat berhasil. Model pengembangan yang dilakukan disini lebih teararah kepada pendekatan sistem proyek dalam hal dukungan manajemen dan pihak-pihak serta faktor kunci keberhasilan proyek perkeretaapian.

The development of key success factor relationships is an assessment of the key success factors that are considered to be the key success factors of a railway project, such as project feasibility, planning, and readiness of management support. Critical success Factors are crucial factors in the preparation of railway infrastructure projects and are seen as the leading cause of success or failure in an infrastructure project. The research process is carried out to find answers to the formulation of the problem with a mixed method approach and the hierarchical analysis process (AHP) technique with a triangular fuzzy number (TFN) approach known as Fuzzy AHP which aims at this analysis to make accurate decisions based on the uncertainty of factors. Therefore, developing the relationship between the success factors in the Sorong-Manokwari railway infrastructure project is necessary to identify the key factors and determine a good strategy to ensure the project succeeds. The model development conducted here is more directed to the project system approach regarding management support and the parties and critical success factors of the railway project."
