Abstrak :
This book mainly focuses on three of the most important ones, viz. performance, reliability and security. In this book, the architecture, functionality and QoS management of our SwinDeW-C prototype cloud workflow system are demonstrated in detail as a case study to evaluate our generic design for cloud workflow systems.

Era globalisasi menuntut semua organisasi, baik yang berorientasi pada laba ataupun nirlaba, untuk beroperasi secara efesien dan efektif. TUtujuannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas organisasi agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk membuat, memproses, menyimpan dan menyebarkan informasi. TI juga memungkinkan terjadinya proses komunikasi yang sebelumnya sulit bahkan tidak mungkin dilakukan. PT. "XYZ" Group merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang agrobisnis dan telah berdiri sejak tahun 1993. Seiring perkembangan perusahaan yang semakin pesat, penambahan jumlah karyawan, dan kondisi geografis cabang-cabang perusahaan yang tersebar, hal ini membawa kedala dalam proses workflow perusahaan, hal ini juga dikarenakan proses workflow selama ini masih dijalankan secara manual, walaupun fasilitas komputer telah di sediakan, namun dukungan dari aplikasi yang minim membuat proses berlangsung lama dan berlarut-larut. Menjawab hal tersebut perusahaan membentuk satu divisi Informasi Teknologi (IT) untuk menangani masalah pengembangan aplikasi maupun infrastruktur. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi workflow, divisi IT memilih teknologi e-business dan open source, penerapan teknologi e-business dan open source dipilih karena merupakan kebijakan perusahaan, dipandang dari sisi biaya, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, dan kehandalan teknologi tersebut.

Globalization era demands all organizations, whether they are profit or non-profit oriented to operate efficiently and effectively. The purpose is to increase the quality of the organization, so that it can survive in the competitive environment. The implementation of information technology is one of the best solutions to create, process, store, and distribute information. Information technology also makes possible communications to take place, including those that were previously impossible. PT "XYZ" group of companies, established since 1993, operates in agribusiness sectors. As the company grows rapidly, employees' total number also increases, distributed across company branches which are geographical spread in many areas. This situation brings problems to the company human resource workflow process. The problems are mainly due to the manual workflow process. Although they have had computer facilities and networking infrastructure support, the support from the application is not enough to speed up the processes. To respond to this situation the company establishes the Information Technology (IT) division to build an application and its infrastructure to automate the HR workflow processes. In developing the workflow application, the IT division uses an e-business approach and open source technology. This technology was chosen according to a company policy that was made based on financial considerations, human resources availability, and technology capability.

Desain dan kualitas dokumentasi yang buruk telah diidentifikasi sebagai faktor utama dalam mengurangi kinerja dan efisiensi proyek konstruksi. Dengan mengadaptasi prinsip-prinsip produksi Lean dan melihat konstruksi dalam hal "produksi", alih-alih sebagai "transformasi", konsep "Konstruksi Lean" berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi proses konstruksi secara keseluruhan, dengan meningkatkan cara bagaimana operasi proyek konstruksi dikelola. Manajemen Desain Lean, merupakan metodologi yang sedang dipromosikan sebagai paradigma baru dimana proses desain dapat dibuat lebih efisien dan hasil kualitas yang lebih baik dicapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses desain teknik pada sebuah sistem yang kompleks seperti halnya sebuah proyek desain fasilitas eksploitasi minyak dan bumi yang berada di lepas pantai. Tesis ini mengusulkan model workflow berdasarkan prinsip Lean dengan menghilangkan buangan (waste) dan memaksimalkan efisensi dalam proses desain teknik bagi pelanggan atau pemilik fasilitas. ......Poor quality of design and documentation has been identified as a major factor in reducing the performance and efficiency of construction projects. By adapting the principles of production of Lean and apply the construction in terms of "production", rather than as "transformation", the concept of "construction Lean" managed to increase the overall efficiency of the construction process, by improving the way operations are managed on construction projects. Design Management Lean, a methodology that is being promoted as a new paradigm in which the design process can be made more efficient and better quality outcomes achieved. This study aims to improve the engineering design process in a complex system such as an oil exploitation project of offshore facility design. This thesis proposes a model workflows based on the principles of Lean by eliminating the waste and to maximize efficiency in process engineering design for the customer or the owner of the facility.

Proses perencanaan terpadu menjadi landasan dalam perencanaan bangunan hijau, namun bagaimana para perencana terintegrasi dalam tiap tahapan perencanaan bangunan hijau belum terdefinisi dengan baik sehingga sulit untuk mewujudkan konsep proses perencanaan terpadu. Penggunaan teknologi BIM dalam perencanaan yang mempunyai kemampuan mengakomodir kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan proyek masih terbatas pada entitas tertentu. Kedua hal ini membuat proses kolaborasi antar perencana atau pemangku kepentingan proyek sulit tercapai. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alur perencanaan gedung bangunan hijau melalui integrasi blockchain pada BIM agar transparansi informasi antar perencana pada BIM dapat dikontrol dengan teknologi buku besar dengan basis hyperledger fabric. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian literasi, validasi pakar dan percobaan digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana alur perencanaan dapat diintegrasikan dengan blockchain pada BIM. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan alur perencanaan dapat dimodelkan dengan blockchain namun proses integrasi memerlukan pembuatan aplikasi sebagai sarana komunikasi antara BIM dan hyperledger fabric. ......Integrated design process is the basis for green building planning, but how the integration among the designer in each stage of green building planning is questionable, makes this process difficult to implemented. BIM is a computer-aided modeling technology with the ability to develop the design, manage project information, and collaborate between project stakeholders, bringing efficiency for the processes in the project life cycle. However, despite its advantages, information transparency and operations within BIM in supporting the collaboration of the planning team are arguably still limited to certain entities. For those reasons the integrated design process is hard to achieve. Therefore, this study aims to develop the green building design workflow through blockchain integration in BIM for information transparency among the designer on BIM controlled with distributed ledger technology on a hyperledger fabric platform. A qualitative approach through literature review, benchmarking study, and experiments were used to obtain this objective by considering the planning process of green building as a case study. The results of this study indicate that model of design workflow was build in hyerledger fabric blockchain but integration need an application as a tool for blockchain comminiacated with BIM.

Abstrak :
The BPMN workshop series provides a forum for academics and practitioners who share an interest in business process modeling using the Business Process Modeling Notation, which is seen by many as the de facto standard for business process modeling. This year, the workshop lasted two days and consisted of both a scientific and a practitioner event. The six full and three short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 22 submissions. The workshop applied a thorough reviewing process, during which each paper was reviewed by three Program Committee members. In addition, an extended abstract of the workshop keynote is also included.

Latar Belakang: Penjadwalan operasi yang baik adalah yang mengoptimalkan workflow suatu kamar operasi, mengurangi kasus pembatalan operasi, dan ketidaktepatan prediksi waktu operasi. Unit Pelayanan Bedah Terpadu RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo memiliki peran besar terhadap berlangsungnya operational efficiency sehingga hal-hal terkait efisiensi kerja yang termasuk didalamnya penjadwalan pasien di kamar operasi menjadi fokus perhatian utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai korelasi waktu persiapan, induksi, dan pemulihan anestesi berdasarkan pemilihan teknik anestesi terhadap anesthesia-controlled time (ACT). Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional yang dilaksanakan di Unit Pelayanan Bedah Terpadu RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo sejak Maret 2019 hingga Desember 2020, dengan total 1727 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan tidak memiliki kriteria eksklusi. Central Surgical Unit of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital has a major role of ensuring the continuity of operational efficiency so that matters related to work efficiency, including patient scheduling in the operating room, are the main focus of attention. This study aims to assess the correlation of time of preparation, anesthesia induction and recovery time with anesthesia-controlled time (ACT) based on the choice of anesthesia technique. Methodes: This observational research was done in Central Surgical Unit of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital from March 2019 to December 2020, with a total of 1727 samples that fulfilled inclusion criteria, without exclusion criteria. Abstrak :
Di antara aplikasi jaringan komputer yang paling banyak dipakai adalah surat elektronik (e-mail). Dalam tesis ini dibahas sistem e-mail sebagai salah satu layanan jaringan komputer pada sebuah perusahaan multinasional. Sebagai penerapan lanjutan sistem e-mail, tesis ini mengusulkan penerapan suatu sistem manajemen alur kerja (workflow) berbasis e-mail. Manfaat suatu sistem manajemen alur kerja tampak jelas ketika diterapkan untuk proses yaang melibatkan banyak pihak dari lokasi atau departemen berbeda, misalnya adanya otomasi tahap-tahap proses tersebut, kemampuan melacak kemajuan proses dengan mudah, dan mendeteksi jika terjadi penumpukan pada salah satu tahap dalam proses tersebut.

Among the most widely used application within the context of computer networks is electronic mail (e-mail), In this thesis, the e-mail system as part of a service from an enterprise network in a multinational company is discussed. As a further implementation of the e-mail system, this thesis suggests an implementation of an e-mail based workflow management system. The advantages of a workflow management system is apparent when implemented for processes which involve many parties from different locations or departments, such as automating the steps of the process, the ability to track the progress easily, and detect any bottleneck that may took place in any of the stages within the process.
