"Based on the results of over 10 years of research and development by the authors, this book presents a broad cross section of dynamic programming (DP) techniques applied to the optimization of dynamical systems. The main goal of the research effort was to develop a robust path planning/trajectory optimization tool that did not require an initial guess. The goal was partially met with a combination of DP and homotopy algorithms. DP algorithms are presented here with a theoretical development, and their successful application to variety of practical engineering problems is emphasized."

"Kebijakan seleksi terbuka kepala Sekolah Menengah Atas merupakan kebijakan perubahan dalam pengangkatan kepala sekolah Kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Kepala SMA karena Kepala Sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Dalam pelaksanaannya kebijakan tersebut digugat ke PTUN karena ketidakjelasan dan inkonsistensi dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI memerlukan suatu kemampuan dinamis dalam kebijakan seleksi terbuka Kepala Sekolah agar menjadi kebijakan adaptif sehingga tata pemerintahan dinamis dapat terwujud Skripsi ini membahas kemampuan dinamis Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam kebijakan seleksi terbuka Kepala Sekolah Menengah Atas Penelitian ini dilakukan secara Post Positivist dengan desain deskriptif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta belum memiliki kemampuan dinamis serta adanya kesenjangan kemampuan dinamis antara pemimpin dan aparat birokrasi pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta Dengan demikian kebijakan seleksi terbuka Kepala SMA tidak menjadi kebijakan yang adaptif.

Open recruitment policy for senior high school principals is policy changes in principals of senior high school replacement This policy is aimed to improve the quality of senior high school principals since principals have a strategic role in improving the quality of education In the implementation the policy is being sued to the Administrative High Court due to vagueness and inconsistency with the Regulation of the Minister of Education Jakarta rsquo s Provincial Government requires dynamic capabilities in open recruitment policy for principals in order to become an adaptive policy so that dynamic governance can be realized This thesis discusses about dynamic capabilities of Jakarta rsquo s Provincial Government in open recruitment policy for senior high school principals This study is done in Post Positivist with a descriptive design The results of this study show that the Jakarta rsquo s Provincial Government do not have dynamic capabilities as well as the gap of dynamic capabilities between the leaders and the bureaucrats of Jakarta Provincial Government Thus open recruitment policy for senior high school principals does not become an adaptive policy."
