......This study aims to analyze the relationship between the employment status of husbands affected by the covid-19 pandemic and wife’s labor force status who have just entered the labor market through the "added worker effect/AWE" mechanism. The results of a descriptive analysis using Sakernas August 2020 data show that there is a difference in the percentage of AWE originating from the wife when viewed based on her husband's income. Based on probit model in the first stage of Two Step Heckman, it was found that the husband's wife experiencing a decrease in income has a 5.78 percentage point lower probability and a wife whose husband's income is fixed has a 6.49 percentage point lower probability of entering the labor market than continuing to take care of the household compared with wife whose husband has no income. The results of the multinomial regression in the second stage of Two Step Heckman show that wives whose husbands experience a decrease in their husband's income or income is fixed tend to become informal workers rather than formal workers, compared to wives whose husbands have no income.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the association of health status and labor force participation, by using self reported health status and objective measure of health to estimate the value of health of workers aged 40 64. This study uses data from Indonesia Family Life Survey IFLS 2007 and 2014. 2 Stages Least Square estimation using probit and ordered probit are used for the estimation. It is found that health has a negative effect on labor force participation. People who are unhealthy are less likely to participate in the labor force. Also, the effect of health on labor force participation is found to be larger and significant in the male group. Lastly, the effect of the labor force on health is found to be positive, as those who are participating are more likely to be in healthy condition.

Factors affecting the ability of regions to issue Sukuk is a factor in third party funds in the high category. While both categories of factors are capital expenditures and higher categories, third party funding and the medium category of labor force participation rate of both categories of medium and high categories showed no statistically significant effect

......The role of GVCs is essential for a country whose goals are to promote inclusive development, increase employment, and add value to its domestic industry through global economic integration. To encourage inclusive growth, women's empowerment needs to be maximized. Indonesia has experienced a population growth of women over 15 years, TPT, which tends to stagnate for the last seven years, and female participation which tends to grow. This study examines the effect of global value chain participation, namely backward and forward participation, on the level of female labor force participation in the manufacturing sector. The analysis was carried out by utilizing the Survey Angkatan Kerja Nasional (SAKERNAS), and Trade in Value Added data from the OECD; by combining the ISIC rev.4 classification with the KBLI from 2000-2018, there were 8 sector groups, namely 3 labor-intensive manufacturing sector groups and 5 sector groups. Capital intensive manufacturing. Fixed-effect and random-effect regression results were used to find the effect between GVCs and female LFPR in the model; there was no significant relationship in the labor-intensive manufacturing sector. Meanwhile, in the capital-intensive manufacturing sector and the overall manufacturing sector, a significant positive relationship was found between forwarding participation and female LFPR. On the other hand, the variables of education level and fertility level also show their significance in all sectors as well as specific sectors, capital intensive and labor intensive. In addition, this study found that the higher the education level of female workers in the manufacturing sector, the lower the labor force participation rate.
