"Alionda merupakan pertunjukan tradisi masyarakat Kulisusu di Kabupaten Buton Utara. Di dalamnya terdapat tarian, nyanyian, dan permainan rakyat. Pertunjukan ini mengandung nilai sosial dan nilai pendidikan. Akan tetapi, kepunahan mengancam keberlanjutannya. Sebagai bagian dari tradisi lisan, salah satu penentu eksistensi dan keberlanjutan alionda adalah bagaimana ia dikelola. Hal tersebut dibahas dalam penelitian ini, dengan tujuan menguraikan sistem pengelolaannya dan merumuskan perencanaan strategis sebagai upaya untuk mengantisipasi kepunahannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan perekaman audio visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan pertunjukan alionda adalah sistem pengelolaan pertunjukan bersifat rakyat. Terdapat dua pola pewarisan dalam alionda, yaitu pewarisan dalam pertunjukan dan pewarisan dalam lingkup keluarga. Pewarisan ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan para siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kulisusu. Di dalamnya terjadi proses penciptaan yang dilakukan secara spontan oleh penyaji tanpa menggunakan teks tertulis. Proses tersebut melibatkan formula berbentuk kata dan terdapat penambahan "ornament" ketika nyanyian alionda disajikan dihadapan audiens. Sebagai upaya untuk mengantisipasi kepunahannya, dirumuskan empat perencanaan strategis dari penelitian ini, yakni strategi 1) pengembangan pertunjukan alionda dan pengelolaannya, 2) pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Manusia, 3) kreativitas, dan 4) strategi untuk mengantisipasi kepunahan alionda.

Alionda is a traditional performing art of Kulisusu Society in North Buton Regency. There are dance, song, and folk games inside it. This performance contains social and educational value. However, extinction threatens its sustainability. As part of oral tradition, one of the determinants of its existance and sustainability is how it is managed. That is discussed in this study, with the aim to describe its management system and formulate strategic planning as an effort to anticipate its extinction. This research is qualitative research with doing observation, interview, and audio-visual recording. The results show that the performance management system of Alionda is the performance management system of folk. There are two patterns of inheritance in Alionda, namely inheritance in performance and inheritance within the scope of family. Inheritance is accomplished by involving students of Senior High School of Kulisusu. There is a process of creation occurred in it, which is done by the performer spontaneously without using a written text. The process involves the formula in the form of word and there is the addition of "ornament" word when Alionda song is presented to the audience. As an effort to anticipate its extinction, four strategic planning has formulated from this study, they are: strategy of 1) the development and management of alionda performances, 2) utilization of Human Resources, 3) creativity, and 4) strategies to anticipate of alionda extinction."

"Karya akhir ini membahas pengelolaan seni pertunjukan yang
mementaskan Topeng Tolay di Rawa Bunga. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pengelolaan seni pertunjukan yang sesuai dengan jenis seni pertunjukan dan masyarakatnya akan membantu perkembangan seni pertunjukan serta senimannya. Manajemen akan membantu organisasi seni pertunjukan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan dengan efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan seni pertunjukan yang kami lakukan dengan menyajikan pertunjukan Topeng Tolay di Rawa Bunga merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengembangkan seni pertunjukan tradisi, memberikan hiburan serta apresiasi seni tradisi bagi masyarakat. Topeng Tolay merupakan salah satu jenis seni pertunjukan teater tradisi yang berkembang di Desa Sukabakti, Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang. Di Kabupaten Tangerang terdapat 17 (tujuh belas) grup Topeng yang sejenis, tetapi yang masih diminati masyarakatnya hanya ada 3 (tiga) grup yaitu: Topeng Tolay (Grup Cipta Wargi) di Desa Sukabakti, Odah (Grup Sinar Muda) di Gintung, dan Saban (Grup Pusaka Sinar Baru) di Rajek. Pertunjukan Topeng Tolay terdiri dari: musik Dangdut, Kliningan, Jaipong, Tari Gawil, Lawak dan Drama.

The focus of this study is the management of performing art staging
Topeng Tolay, Tangerang at Rawa Bunga. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. The appropriate management of performing arts would support the development of the arts and artists. It will help organising performing arts to reach the goal effectively andefficiently. Staging and performing Topeng Tolay at Rawa Bunga was one of the efforts to develop traditional performing arts, entertaining people, and giving the traditional communities appreciation. Topeng tolay is one of the traditional theatrical performance from Sukabakti, Kecamatan Curug, Tangerang. There are 17 (seventeen) similar groups but only 3 (three) groups which are still preferred by the people : Topeng Tolay (Grup Cipta Wargi) at Sukabakti, Odah (Grup Sinar Muda) at Gintung, and Saban (Grup Pusaka Sinar Baru) at Rajek. Topeng Tolay performance consists of : Dangdut Music, Kliningan, Jaipong Dance, Gawil Dance, Comedy, and Drama."

"[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini merupakan penelitian mengenai tradisi lisan Gaok di Majalengka.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan fungsi dan makna Gaok bagi
kehidupan masyarakat Kulur Majalengka serta proses pemertahanan Gaok yang
dilakukan dalang Rukmin. Sumber data diperoleh dari data lapangan dan studi
pustaka. Penelitian menggunakan beberapa konsep dan teori pertunjukan tradisi
lisan, kelisanan, teori struktural Propp dan pengelolaan tradisi lisan.
Metode penelitian menggunakan metode etnografi (salah satu pendekatan
Kajian Tradisi Lisan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Gaok memiliki makna
dan fungsi bagi masyarakat Kulur Majalengka. Fungsi Gaok bagi masyarakat Kulur
meliputi: fungsi hiburan, media doa, dan fungsi penjaga nilai-nilai pendidikan.
Makna Gaok meliputi: Representasi nilai-nilai spiritualitas, Representasi nilai
perempuan, representasi tradisi riungan dan pesta makanan, representasi norma
hukum, dan representasi sejarah Majalengka.
Sedangkan upaya pemertahanan dilakukan oleh dalang melalui kreativitas
membuat Giok kombinasi, mengelola sanggar, dan menyimpan wawacan. Namun
demikian upaya tersebut berjalan kurang optimal karena keterbatasan kemampuan
dan dana yang dimiliki Rukmin serta kurangnya dukungan dari pihak eksternal yakni
pemerintah dan masyarakat. Akibatnya proses transmisi dan pewarisan melalui
pengajaran terhadap generasi muda tidak berjalan.

ABSTRACT
This thesis indicated a research about Gaok 's oral tradition in Majalengka. The
research aimed to disclose a function and Gaok's meaning for society life of Kulur,
Majalengka. As well as the survival process of Gaok which was done by "dalang"
(the master) Rukmin. Data sources was obtained by field study and literary study.
This research used various of concepts and the theories of oral tradition performance,
orality, Propp structural theory and the management of oral tradition.
The research method used ethnography method (one of the approaches of Oral
Tradition Study). The research result showed that Gaok had meaning and function for
Kulur society. The function were: entertainment,praying media, as well as for
keeping education values. The meaning of Gaok were: Representatives of spiritual
values, Representatives of women values, Representatives of "Riungan" tradition and
meal party, Representatives of law values, Representatives of Majalengka's History.
The effort to converse was done by "dalang" Rukmin through the creativity of
rrraking combination of Gaok, managing a Sanggar (club) and saving wawacan
(texts.) However those efforl was not optirnal enough due to the lirnitation of ability
and fund which was owned by Rukrnin and lack of support from external sides
namely government and society. As a result, transmission process and inheritance
through teaching to young generation were not carried out.;This thesis indicated a research about Gaok 's oral tradition in Majalengka. The

"ABSTRAK
Wayang Klithik atau masyarakat Jawa Timur menyebutnya Wayang Krucil adalah salah satu jenis wayang yang dapat dikatakan tinggal sisa. Hidupnya telah diambang senja dan dalam kondisi merana.
Pengertian sisa atau hidup merana bukan bermakna tinggal satu-satunya atau tersia-sia, akan tetapi diakibatkan oleh berbagai sebab, kemajuan teknologi elektronik di bidang seni rekreasi banyak memberikan banyak pilihan dan ada yang menganggapnya lebih atraktif dan ongkosnya murah. Selain itu jenis wayang yang lain pun, seperti wayang purwa dirasakan lebih populer terhadap minat masyarakat peminat. Dampaknya kehidupan wayang klithik makin terdesak ke pinggir. Peminat jarang, panggilan tanggapan kian berkurang. Kelanjutannya seniman pendukung dan dalang hidup mengawang.
Penelitian ini bermaksud menguak perhatian peminat seni tradisional untuk menggugah minat, membangkitkan semangat dan memacu hasrat untuk meminati kembali kesenian ini. Beberapa grup wayang klithik masih ada meski jumlahnya tidak sampai puluhan, dalang dan panjaknya masih tersedia, wayang dan peralatannya juga masih ada, namun permintaan atau panggilan pentas makin menyusut. Untuk itu perlu ada penelusuran lebih lanjut sebab musabab makin surutnya perhatian.
Metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data, khususnya data pustaka, dilengkapi dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari lapangan saat berlangsungnya pergelaran.
Hasil penelitian merupakan paparan atas kondisi kesenian bersangkutan yang dapat memberikan masukan guna ;
1. Mengenal kembali jenis kesenian tersebut.
2. Penanganan pembinaan dari instansi terkait secara berkelanjutan
Dengan masukan tersebut mudah-mudahan dapat diatur upaya pembinaan demi kelestarian kehidupan wayang klithik.
