Seberapa jauh dalam pola dan mekanisme penghukuman dan pembinaan yang sudah dijalankan oleh Bidang Propam Polda Metro Jaya serta penghukuman yang diterapkan terhadap pelaku penyimpangan berupa pelanggaran disiplin maupun kode etik, serta melakukan pengawasan dan mengetahui hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. agar dalam proses rehabilitasi berupa pelaksanaan penghukuman dan pembinaan yang dilakukan Bidang Propam Polda Metro Jaya semakin lebih baik. Dampak implementasi program kerja Bidang Propam Polda Metro Jaya dalam mewujudkan profesionalitas personil antara lain berkurangnya pelanggaran kode etik profesi dan disiplin kepolisian serta penerapan Penghukuman dan Pembinaan berupa rehabilitasi lebih mengedepankan pola penghukuman dan pembinaan etika moral pendidikan agar menimbulkan efek jera.
