ABSTRAK
Pelaksanaan proyek EPC sering kali mengalami keterlambatan terutama pada typical proyek EPC industri pada sector Oil Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical Processing plant. Keterlambatan menjadi kasus yag sering dijumpai pada kinerja proyek yang meleset dari ekspektasi pelaksana ekesekusi kontraktor. Proyek industri dengan contract integrated EPC alaminya meningkatkan tingkat kompleksitas proyek berhubungan dengan kebutuhan komunikasi untuk mendukung proses kolaborasi stake holder dalam sharing informasi untuk koordinasi dan integrasi. Integration pada akhirnya harus dilakukan dari bagian bagian sub sistem dan komponen yang memiliki keterkaitan interaksi dependent, interdependent, dan independent namun boundary antar bagian menjadi permalasalahan yang timbul wujud dalam bentuk permasalahan antar muka/interfacing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mengidentifikasi resiko resiko interface dan resiko dominan didalam komisioning proyek EPC sehingga dapat rancang strategi risk respond untuk mengatasi masalah keterlambatan ini.

Metode penelitian dengan melakukan survey, interview teknik Delphi pada pakar dan studi kasus dari objek di PT.X yang banyak melakukan proyek di sektor industri EPC. Metode Analisa menggunakan Analisa kualitatif risk management berbasis PMBOK 2017, Analisa Statisitik deskrisi, Analisa faktor untuk mendapat ekstraksi faktor baru dari resiko sehingga mudah dikontrol.

Hasil penelitian ini berupa identifikasi resiko resiko interface dan resiko dominan berdasarkan tingkatnya dari assessment risk matriks di komisioning proyek EPC dalam persepktif Management Interface sebagai langkah mengatasi permasalahan integrasi. Adanya keterkaitan complexity dan komunikasi, typical project EPC industri, kompleksitas yang disusun dalam strategi juga strategi yang tepat dan terintegrasi dalam perspektif Manajemen Interface menangani risikorisiko yang terjadi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja waktu pada komisoning proyek EPC.
ABSTRACT
Implementation of EPC projects is often delayed, especially on typical industrial EPC projects in the Oil Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical Processing plant sectors. Delays are often the case in project performance that miss the expectation of contractor execution executor. EPC contract integrated industrial projects naturally increase the level of project complexity associated with communication needs to support stakeholder collaboration processes in information sharing for coordination and integration. Integration should ultimately be done from parts of the sub-system and components that have interrelationship dependent, interdependent, and independent but boundary between parts become problems that arise form in the form of interfacing / interfacing problems.

This study aims to identify the risk of interface risk and the dominant risk in EPC project commissioning so as to design a risk respond strategy to overcome this delay problem.

Research methods by conducting surveys, Delphi technique interviews on experts and case studies of objects in PT.X which many do projects in the EPC industry sector. Analytical Method using qualitative risk management based on PMBOK 2017, static analysis description, factor analysis to get new factor extraction from risk so easy to control.

The result of this research is identification of risk of interface risk and dominant risk based on the level of assessment risk matrix in EPC project commissioning in Persektif Management Interface as a step to overcome integration problem. Existence of complexity and communication linkages, typical EPC industry project, complexity compiled in strategy as well as appropriate and integrated strategy in perspective Interface Management takes care of the risks that occur so as to improve time performance on EPC project commissioning.

The main purpose of the computational model is to support human in solving complex problems, especially problem that involve large number of data, uncompleted data, and problem solving that requires systematic approach as human does. This research proposes and engineering of such multiagent bases cognitive system, which employs case bases reasoning as imitation of human reasoning to maintain the knowledge base.

Prinsip integrasi dalam sebuah sistem transportasi massal merupakan hal yang penting. Salah satu konsep integrasi yakni integrasi secara tiket. Pola Transportasi Makro DKI Jakarta merencanakan akan adanya beberapa jenis transportasi massal di Jakarta, salah satunya MRT Jakarta. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan tingginya pemerintah terhadap sistem tiket yang terintegrasi, MRT Jakarta perlu mengkaji sistem tiket seperti apa yang dapat diterima dan digunakan serta dapat diaplikasikan oleh MRT Jakarta. Metode rekayasa sistem, model pengembangan siklus hidup sistem dan ISO 15288 akan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merancang sistem tiket dan juga untuk menganalisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa skema bisnis tiket MRT Jakarta yang bekerjasama dengan pihak Bank dalam pengadaan tiket. Komponen dan subkomponen yang yang berpotensi akan terlibat juga dijabarkan dalam penelitian ini. ...... Integration is an essential part in a system of mass transportation. One of the integration concept is integration in ticketing system. “Pola Transportasi Makro” DKI Jakarta (government rules) planned there will be more than one operator of mass transport that will operate in Jakarta, one of them is MRT Jakarta. MRT needs to assess what kind of ticketing system that will acceptable to implement by MRT Jakarta due to the high demand from government for the integrated ticketing system. System Engineering methods, System life cycle development and ISO 15288 will be used as a guideline to develop the ticketing system. Output of this research is a business scheme of smart card ticketing between MRT Jakarta and local banks in Jakarta. This research also explained some potential stakeholders, components and sub components that will play an important role in ticketing system.

This book describes a methodology to represent socio-technical system concerns in the system architecting process. The resulting set of Human Views augments traditional system viewpoints with human-focused data. The Human Viewpoint methodology classifies the socio-technical system context, identifies and collects pertinent data, renders models that can be used for discussion and analysis, and presents the results in Fit for Purpose views that are useful for decision making. The inclusion of the Human Viewpoint during the system architecting stage allows the evaluation of human-system design trade-offs, recognises the impact of the human operator on system performance, and provides the foundation for Human System Integration evaluations during the ensuing system development.

ABSTRAK
PT GO-JEK Indonesia merupakan perusahaan start-up berbasis aplikasi digital dengan layanan jasa antar atau transportasi melalui ojek. Salah satu fitur layanan yang dimilikinya adalah layanan Go-Food atau jasa pemesanan dan pengantaran makanan. Dalam perkembangannya, layanan Go-Food mengalami berbagai masalah akibat tidak adanya interaksi tiga arah antara customer atau pemesan makanan, driver atau supir ojek pengantar pesanan, dan merchant atau pemilik tempat makan yang dipesan. Oleh karena itu, PT GO-JEK Indonesia ingin mengembangkan suatu layanan yang dirasa dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut, yaitu Go-Resto sebagai layanan yang dibuat untuk memudahkan para merchant dalam menangani pesanan dari layanan Go-Food. Aplikasi Go-Resto harus dapat terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Go-Food dan aplikasi driver. Mempertimbangkan kompleksitas yang ditimbulkan dalam rancangan ini, maka pendekatan Service Systems Engineering lebih tepat untuk mengembangkan arsitektur sistem layanan tersebut. Secara umum, penggunaan SSE dapat memberikan gambaran lebih lengkap terhadap komponen-komponen yang dibutuhkan dalam perancangan arsitektur sistem, yaitu daftar user and system requirements, dokumen concept of operations, diagram use case, tampilan interface, dan functional modelling.
ABSTRACT
GO JEK Indonesia is a digital start up from Indonesia that partners with a group of experienced and trustworthy ojek drivers to deliver a one stop shop convenience. One of their main service is Go Food, which is an online food ordering and delivery system. In their development, Go Food has encountered few problems due to lack of interactions with the restaurant or the merchant itself. Hence, PT. GO JEK Indonesia is planning to make a new application build for merchants to be able to handle their orders from Go Food. This new application, called Go Resto, has to be integrated with Go Food and also driver rsquo s application. Furthermore, this study purposes to design the system architectural of Go Resto by using Service Systems Engineering approach considering to the complexity of this system design. In general, SSE approach could give a better understanding toward components needed in the elaboration of this study, which are list of user and system requirements, concept of operations document, use case diagram, application interface, and functional modeling.
