"Skizofrenia adalah salah satu gangguan mental kronis yang mengganggu kemampuan fungsional secara signifikan. Karakteristik utama pada pasien skizofrenia adalah gangguan kognitif. Pada rehabilitasi psikososial, salah satu pendekatan terapi seni pada pasien skizofrenia adalah aktivitas menggambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas menggambar terhadap tingkat gangguan kognitif pada pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental tipe nonequivalent control group. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 subjek dan diambil dengan metode purposive sampling pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Versi Indonesia (MoCA-Ina) akan digunakan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan untuk mengukur tingkat gangguan kognitif pasien skizofrenia. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-whitney U menunjukkan nilai hasil uji sebesar 0,011 sehingga nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Maka dari itu kesimpulan yang di dapat dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh aktivitas menggambar terhadap tingkat gangguan kognitif pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi.

Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder that significantly impairs functional ability. The main characteristic of schizophrenia patients is cognitive impairment. In psychosocial rehabilitation, one of art therapy approaches in schizophrenia patients is drawing activity. This study aims to determine the effect of drawing activities on the level of cognitive impairment in patients. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group. The sample size of this study is 40 subjects and are taken by purposive sampling at dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Indonesia (MoCA-Ina) assessment will be used before and after treatment to measure the level of cognitive impairment of schizophrenia patients. The results of data analysis using the Mann-Whitney U test showed a test value of 0.011, so the significance value was < 0.05. Therefore, the conclusion drawn from this study is that there is an effect of drawing activities on the level of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia patients at Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital."

"Pasien skizofrenia memiliki profil sensori yang atipikal, terutama registrasi sensori yang lebih rendah daripada populasi normal. Pola registrasi tersebut mungkin berdampak kepada occupational balance dari pasien. Akan tetapi, sejauh ini belum ada penelitian yang membahas tentang hal tersebut. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara pola registrasi sensori rendah dengan occupational balance pada pasien skizofrenia. 47 pasien skizofrenia (F20.X) di RSJ Dr. Marzoeki Mahdi berusia 18-50 tahun dinilai menggunakan kuesioner “Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile” (A/ASP) dan “Occupational Balance Questionnaire” versi 11 butir (OBQ11). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat registrasi sensori rendah dengan occupational balance pada pasien skizofrenia di RSJ Dr. Marzoeki Mahdi (r = 0,787; p > 005). Penelitian berikutnya diharapkan untuk lebih mendalami faktor-faktor lain yang berkaitan dengan tingkat registrasi sensori rendah dan occupational balance.

Schizophrenia patients have atypical sensory profiles, with generally lower sensory registration than the normal population. This registration pattern may affect the patient's occupational balance. However, as far as we know, no research has discussed this. This undergraduate thesis aims to examine the relationship between low sensory registration patterns and occupational balance in schizophrenia patients. 47 schizophrenia patients (F20.X) at Dr. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital aged 18-50 years will be assessed using the "Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile" (A/ASP) and "11-item version of the Occupational Balance Questionnaire" (OBQ11) questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between the level of low sensory registration and occupational balance in schizophrenia patients at Dr. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital (r = 0.787; p > 005). Further research is expected to explore more of other factors related to the level of low sensory registration and occupational balance in schizophrenia patients."
