Abstrak :
Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Safa periode bulan April tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melaksanakan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah analisis persediaan menggunakan metode ABC dan persediaan minimum di Apotek Safa. Tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai yang termasuk kelompok A, B, dan C menggunakan metode ABC dan menghitung persediaan minimum tiap sediaan di Apotek Safa. ...... Internship at Safa Pharmacy period of April 2018 aims to understand duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in managing pharmacy and pharmaceutical practice; to have knowledge, skills, and experience as a pharmacist in pharmacy; to learn about challenges and strategies to develop in pharmaceutical practice in a pharmacy. The specific assignment was about inventory analysis and performed by ABC analysis and calculation of minimum stock. The aims of specific assignment were to know the items which belong to class A, B, and C using ABC analysis and calculation of minimum stock of all the items in Safa Pharmacy.

Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Safa, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan, PT. Pfizer Indonesia selama periode bulan Februari-Mei 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies and government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for changing the world of work and agreeing to professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards according to the capabilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to win the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the internship was implemented at Apotek Safa, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan, and PT. Pfizer Indonesia period February-May 2019. During internship, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understand, and develop to find work in the workplace in the workplace.

Setiap manusia memiliki hak dasar kesehatan, dengan demikian hak asasi manusia tersebut perlu dikembangkan. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan wajib mengabdikan dirinya baik di apotek, industri farmasi maupun distributor farmasi. Dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peran apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Safa, PT Harsen Laboratories dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literatur, kunjungan langsung ke Kantor PTSP (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) Kecamatan Tebet DKI Jakarta Selatan, pengerjaan di Laboratorium Quality Control Hormon PT Harsen Laboratories, serta tanya jawab dengan Branch Regulatory Quality Assurance (BRQA) PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari cabang Jakarta Distribution Center. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan kegiatan perbandingan prosedur penutupan apotek di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan daerah lain di Indonesia. Terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan prosedur penutupan apotek di DKI Jakarta dan daerah lain di Indonesia. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan penetapan kadar dan keseragaman kandungan Estradiol Cypionate dan Medroxyprogesterone Acetate pada sediaan injeksi secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT) dan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu memnuhi persyaratan spesifikasi kadar pada USP 43 (United States Pharmacopeia) tahun 2020. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di distributor farmasi, penulisan melakukan saran untuk penambahan fitur scan barcode batch number product pada aplikasi zyllem untuk pemastian kesesuaian batch number product yang diterima customer. Penambahan fitur ini berguna untuk menghidari terjadinya perbedaan batch pada fisik produk dengan batch pada dokumen pengeluaran, serta untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keefektifan pembacaan batch number product. ......Every human being has a basic right to health, thus those human rights need to be developed. Pharmacists as one of the health workers must devote themselves both in pharmacies, pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical distributors. In increasing understanding of the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist professional work practice is carried out at Safa Pharmacy, PT Harsen Laboratories and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari.The method used in making this particular task is through literature studies, direct visits to the PTSP office (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) of Tebet District of DKI Jakarta Selatan, work on the Hormone Quality Control Laboratory of PT Harsen Laboratories, as well as a question and answer with the Branch Regulatory Quality Assurance (BRQA) of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Jakarta Distribution Center branch. In the implementation of practice in pharmacies, the author conducts comparative procedures for closing pharmacies in the DKI Jakarta area and other regions in Indonesia. There are similarities and differences in pharmacy closing procedures in DKI Jakarta and other regions in Indonesia.In the implementation of practice in the pharmaceutical industry, the author determines the levels and uniformity of Estradiol Cypionate and Medroxyprogesterone Acetate content in injection preparations in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (KCKT) and the results obtained are to meet the requirements of level specifications in USP 43 (United States Pharmacopeia) in 2020. While in the implementation of practices in pharmaceutical distributors, writing does advice for the addition of barcode scan feature batch number product in zyllem application to check the suitability of batch number product received by customer. The addition of this feature is useful to avoid the occurrence of batch differences in the physical product with batches on the expense document, as well as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of batch number product readings.

Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian dimana Apoteker melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian. Seiring perkembangan di bidang kefarmasian, orientasi pelayanan kefarmasian mengalami perubahan. Pelayanan kefarmasian yang semula berorientasi pada pengelolaan obat sebagai komoditi kini telah bergeser menjadi pharmaceutical care. Agar pelayanan kesehatan terjamin sebagai kebutuhan masyarakat, jumlah penyelenggaraan sarana dan praktek kesehatan mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan yang pesat ini akhirnya menimbulkan kompetisi antara apotek dalam suatu wilayah. Tujuan mengetahui tata cara dan persyaratan pengurusan perpindahan Apotek agar jika tingkat kompetisi di suatu daerah sudah terlalu tinggi maka perpindahan lokasi Apotek dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk menghindarkan diri dari praktik-praktik yang tidak sesuai dengan fungsi utama Apotek sebagai unit layanan kesehatan karena mengutamakan fungsi sebagai unit bisnis, kedua fungsi ini harus dijalankan dengan seimbang.. Tata cara pengurusan perpindahan Apotek dari suatu daerah ke daerah lain adalah sama, yaitu sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 9 Tahun 2017. Persayaratan yang perlu dilengkapi untuk mengurus perpindahan Apotek dari suatu daerah ke daerah lain adalah berbeda untuk tiap-tiap daerah sesuai dengan ketentuan daerah masing-masing. ......Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists carry out pharmaceutical practices. Along with developments in the field of pharmacy, the orientation of pharmaceutical services has changed. This rapid increase has finally led to competition between pharmacies in a region. The purpose of knowing the procedures and requirements for the transfer of pharmacies so that if the level of competition in an area is too high then the location of the pharmacy can be taken into consideration to avoid practices that are not in accordance with the main function of the Pharmacy as a health service unit because it prioritizes its function as a business unit. , these two functions must be carried out in a balanced manner. Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan virus yang pertama kali ditemukan di Wuhan, Cina pada akhir tahun 2019. Sebanyak 65 negara telah terjangkit virus ini salah satunya yaitu Indonesia. Peningkatan jumlah kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia memberikan dampak bagi masyarakat, terutama pada peningkatan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan dan kesehatan tubuhnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa pengaruh pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pola perilaku pembelian masyarakat terhadap produk Over The Counter (OTC) dan ethical serta untuk menganalisa pengaruh pandemi COVID-19 terhadap jenis produk yang terjual di Apotek Safa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu berupa literatur dan data hasil penjualan obat-obatan di Apotek Safa pada Bulan Maret dan September 2020. Dari hasil analisa, diperoleh bahwa terdapat penurunan pembelian obat-obatan pada Bulan Maret ke September 2020, dan didapatkan bahwa jenis obat-obatan golongan OTC yang paling banyak dibeli yaitu berupa masker dan Vitamin C. Industri Farmasi merupakan suatu usaha yang memiliki kegiatan berupa produksi obat-obatan. Dalam menghasilkan produk obat yang aman, bermutu serta berkhasiat sehingga risiko-risiko yang mungkin timbul selama proses produksi dapat diminimalkan diperlukan pedoman yang diatur sistem manajemen mutu yaitu berupa prosedur Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memahami manajemen risiko mutu sediaan gel X di line produksi PT. Pharos Indonesia dan untuk menganalisa tindakan penanganan risiko mutu produk. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dari sediaan gel X dari PT. Pharos Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa tinjauan pustaka dan observasi secara langsung di Line Produksi PT. Pharos Indonesia. Dari hasil analisa, diperoleh bahwa parameter proses yang berperan dalam produksi sediaan gel X antara lain kebersihan ruangan; kecepatan pengadukan; waktu pengadukan; suhu mesin; keadaan tube dan lainnya, serta tindakan penanganan risiko mutu produk gel X dilaksanakan berdasarkan derajat risiko tertinggi hingga terendah. ......Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) is a virus that was first discovered in Wuhan, China at the end of 2019. From the study, it was found that there was a decrease in drug purchases from March to September 2020, and it was found that the the most purchased OTC drugs are masks and Vitamin C. The Pharmaceutical Industry is a business that has activities to produce drugs. In producing safe, quality and nutritious medicinal products so that the risks that may arise during the production process can be minimized, guidelines that are regulated by a quality management system are needed, called Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures. The purpose of this study is to understand the quality risk management of gel X preparation in the production line of PT. Pharos Indonesia and to analyze product quality risk management. The sample in this study is a gel X preparation that was taken from PT. Pharos Indonesia. The method used in this research was by literature review and direct observation in the Production Line of PT. Pharos Indonesia. From the study, it was found that the process parameters that played a role in the production of gel X were room cleanliness; stirring speed; stirring time; engine temperature; condition of tubes, and others, furthermore the handling quality risk of gel X product is carried out based from the highest to the lowest degree of risk.

Untuk mempersiapkan apoteker yang profesional maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dibeberapa tempat, sehingga diharapkan para calon apoteker dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan selama kuliah. Selain itu para calon apoteker mendapatkan ilmu baru yang belum pernah didapatkan sebelumnya di tempat PKPA. Pada kesempatan kali ini penulis berkesempatan melakukan PKPA di Apotek Safa, PT. Harsen Laboratories dan PT. Sammarie Tramedifa Periode September-Desember 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan dapat menjadi calon apoteker yang profesional dan siap memasuki dunia kerja. ......Apothecary have an important role for society, especially in the pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical wholesalers. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Praktek Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Home Pharmacy Care pada Pasien di Lingkungan Apotek Safa rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat melaksanakan salah satu bentuk praktek kefarmasian yaitu Home Pharmacy Care serta memahami permasalahan terkait obat yang terjadi.

ABSTRACT Internship at Safa Pharmacy Period May 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. This internship at was conducted for four weeks with special assignment Home Pharmacy Care Assesment at Safa Pharmacy . The purpose of this special assignment is that the prospective pharmacist may know how to give home pharmacy care as one of the pharmaceutical services and understanding the drug related problems that happened.
