"Minimnya perlindungan atas hak pekerja perihal upah mengakibatkan pekerja di kantor Notaris X masih memperoleh upah di bawah upah minimum Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Upah ialah imbalan yang diberikan oleh perusahan kepada seseorang atas jasa kerja yang dilakukannya untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan tertentu di perusahaan yang dimaksud. Upah yang layak bagi pekerja selalu menjadi hal yang penting yang diperjuangkan oleh buruh. Tipe penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran dan pemaparan fakta-fakta atau untuk memberikan data yang seteliti mungkin mengenai obyek penelitian. Jenis data yang dipergunakan adalah menggunakan jenis data sekunder atau data kepustakaan. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa studi dokumen atau bahan pustaka serta didukung dengan hasil wawancara dengan responder atau informan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif yaitu suatu tata cara penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif analitis. Pemberian upah sendiri mempunyai tujuan sebagai bentuk timbal balik yang diberikan oleh pemberi kerja atas jasa yang diberikan oleh pekerjanya, yang kemudian upah yang diterima oleh pekerja tersebut akan digunakan oleh masing-masing pekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya masing-masing. Kantor Notaris X sendiri merupakan suatu bentuk usaha yang tidak masuk dalam kategori usaha kecil dan mikro, sehingga pengaturan pengupahannya haruslah tunduk pada ketentuan upah minimum yang telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah. Penerapan hukum upah minimum provinsi dki jakarta pada pekerja perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu di kantor notaris x wilayah jakarta timur masih belum berjalan secara optimal. Petugas Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan harus tegas memberikan sanksi terhadap pengusaha yang tidak melaksanakan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan. Petugas Pengawas Ketenagakerjaan harusnya melakukan monitoring ke perusahaan UMKM, kantor firm’a, kantor notaris, dan badan usaha lainnya. Remuneration itself has a purpose as a form of reciprocity given by the employer for the services provided by the worker, which then the wages received by the worker will be used by each worker to meet their respective needs. The Notary X Office itself is a form of business that is not included in the small and micro business category, so that the wage arrangement must comply with the minimum wage provisions determined by the government. The implementation of the law on the minimum wage for the province of DKI Jakarta for workers with an unspecified time agreement at the Notary X office in the East Jakarta region is still not running optimally. Labor inspectors must firmly impose sanctions on employers who do not comply with the provisions of the labor laws and regulations. Labor inspectors should monitor MSME companies, firm offices, notary offices and other business entities. Workers must understand more about the rights that should be obtained by workers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations."
