"PT. MJG sebagai distributor alat kesehatan dan pedagang besar farmasi yang tersertifikasi IDAK (Izin Distribusi Alat Kesehatan) harus dapat mempertahankan implementasi aspek-aspek yang dimuat CDOB (Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik) dan CDAKB (Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik). Aspek personalia, bangunan, dan fasilitas merupakan beberapa aspek yang terdapat pada pedoman teknis CDOB dan CDAKB. Personil sangat berperan penting, dengan keahlian dan jobdesk masing-masing personil untuk dapat menjaga mutu rantai distribusi berjalan dengan baik. Sedangkan, bangunan dan fasilitas sangat berperan penting sebagai pelindung dan penunjang mutu rantai distribusi agar terhindar dari kontaminasi dan hal yang mengancam. Sehingga pemantauan, pemeliharaan dan konsistensi kesesuaian implementasi aspek personalia, bangunan, dan fasilitas di PT. MJG penting dilakukan. Berdasarkan studi literatur mengenai persyaratan aspek personalia, bangunan, dan fasilitas yang terdapat di Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) dan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB) disertai dengan wawancara dengan staff PT. MJG, serta pengamatan dan analisis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa aspek personalia, bangunan, dan fasilitas telah diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh PT. MJG dan sesuai seperti yang dipersyaratkan pada CDOB dan CDAKB.

PT. MJG, as a distributor of medical equipment and a wholesale pharmaceutical trader certified with IDAK (Medical Equipment Distribution Permit), must be able to maintain the implementation of the aspects outlined in Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (CDOB) and Good Distribution Practice for Medical Equipment (CDAKB). Personnel, buildings, and facilities are some of the aspects covered in the technical guidelines of CDOB and CDAKB. Personnel play a crucial role, with their respective skills and job responsibilities ensuring the quality of the distribution chain. On the other hand, buildings and facilities are important for protecting and supporting the quality of the distribution chain to prevent contamination and potential threats. Therefore, monitoring, maintenance, and consistent adherence to the suitability of the implementation of personnel, buildings, and facilities aspects at PT. MJG are important. Based on a literature review regarding the requirements of personnel, buildings, and facilities aspects outlined in Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (CDOB) and Good Distribution Practice for Medical Equipment (CDAKB), along with interviews with PT. MJG staff, as well as observations and analysis, the conclusion is drawn that PT. MJG has successfully implemented the personnel, buildings, and facilities aspects in accordance with the requirements of CDOB and CDAKB."

"Penyaluran sediaan farmasi dan alat Kesehatan dapat melalui Pedagang Besar Farmasi, Distributor Alat Kesehatan, instalasi sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan milik pemerintah. Untuk memastikan bahwa mutu dari suatu produk sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan terjaga dari awal proses pembuatan hingga sampai ke tangan konsumen, maka perlu sistem yang dapat menjamin mutu dalam distribusi produk. Penjaminan mutu dalam alur distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan masing-masing berpedoman pada CDOB (Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik) dan CDAKB (Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik). Sebagai penangguna jawab dalam proses distribusi, apoteker penting untuk dapat memahami prinsip CDOB dan CDAKB. Sebagai calon apoteker penulis diberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan observasi dan mengkaji kesesuaian aspek manajemen mutu pada CDOB dan CDAKB dengan PBF PT.MJG. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung kegiatan operasional ataupun tanya jawab langsung kepada narasumber dari PT. MJG. Hasil observasi yang diperoleh dibandingkan kesesuaiannya dengan aspek manajemen mutu dari CDOB dan CDAKB sesuai keputusan BPOM dan Kementerian Kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan pengkajian terhadap manajemen mutu pada PT. MJG, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem manajemen mutu yang telah dijalankan oleh PT.MJG telah memenuhi aspek manajemen mutu pada pedoman teknis CDOB dan CDAKB.

Distribution of pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices can be done through pharmaceutical wholesalers, medical equipment distributors, government-owned pharmaceutical preparations and health equipment installations. To ensure that the quality of a pharmaceutical product and medical device is maintained from the beginning of the manufacturing process until it reaches the consumer, a system is needed that can guarantee quality in product distribution. Quality assurance in the distribution flow of medicines and medical devices is guided by CDOB (Good Medicine Distribution Method) and CDAKB (Good Medical Device Distribution Method) respectively. As the person responsible for the distribution process, it is important for pharmacists to understand the principles of CDOB and CDAKB. As a prospective pharmacist, the author was given the opportunity to make observations and assess the suitability of quality management aspects at CDOB and CDAKB with PBF PT.MJG. Data collection was carried out through direct observation of operational activities or direct questions and answers to resource persons from PT. MJG. The observation results obtained were compared for their suitability with the quality management aspects of CDOB and CDAKB in accordance with BPOM and Ministry of Health decisions. Based on the results of observations and studies of quality management at PT. MJG, it can be concluded that the quality management system implemented by PT. MJG has fulfilled the quality management aspects of the CDOB and CDAKB technical guidelines."
