"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Guardian Pharmatama Citeureup Periode Bulan Juli-Agustus Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul "Pengaruh Viskositas Terhadap Durasi Filling Fungasol Shampo". Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Guardian Pharmatama adalah untuk mengetahui besar viskositas dan lama waktu filling yang dibutuhkanserta dapat menentukan solusi untuk menurunkan durasi waktu filling agar tidak melebihi standart yang telah ditentukan.

Internship at PT Guardian Pharmatama Citeureup Plant Period July - Agust 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry.

The special assignment given is "The Influence of Viscocity to the Duration Filling Time". The purpose of this special assignment at PT Guardian Pharmatama is to find out the ammount of viscocity and filling time that needed and to find the solution to reduce the filling time until below the standart."

"Apoteker memiliki peran penting di berbagai bidang, baik di Industri Farmasi, Distributor, maupun Fasilitas Kesehatan, seperti Apotek, Puskesmas, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit, dan sebagainya. Seorang Apoteker haruslah mampu memenuhi standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dan senantiasa mengikuti standar dan etik yang berlaku selama menjalankan tugasnya sehingga peran Apoteker pada berbagai bidang tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut, dilaksanakanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di tiga tempat praktik kefarmasian yang berbeda, yaitu PT Guardian Pharmatama, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, dan Apotek Kimia Farma 14 Bandung pada periode Januari hingga April 2019. Dengan melaksanakan praktik kerja tersebut, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam praktik pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have an important roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Distributors, or Health Facilities such as Pharmacies, Puskesmas, Hospital Pharmacy Installation, etc. Pharmacists must be able to establish competency standards and always follow the applicable standards and ethics along their duties so that Pharmacist's role can be fulfilled properly. To accomplish those aims, internship were done in three different pharmacy practice facilities, namely PT Guardian Pharmatama, The South Jakarta Administration City Health Office, and Apotek Kimia Farma 14 Bandung period Januari to April 2019. Hopefully, Pharmacists will gain knowledge and experiences in pharmaceutical practice."

Guardian Pharmatama.

Pharmacist Professional Practice report (PKPA) proposed as one of the requirements to obtain a degree Pharmacists. The main objective of Professional Practice Pharmacist implementation in the pharmaceutical industry for prospective pharmacist aims to:

1. Increase knowledge and insight on all aspects of the pharmaceutical industry related with the implementation of guidelines for making a good medicine and to know the implementation of guidelines for making a good medicine in PT. Guardian Pharmatama.

2. Know and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in PT. Guardian Pharmatama which is expected to be a lesson to face a real working world. The Special assignment in Erra Medika pharmacy is titled the Annual Product Review (APR) of Acetaminophen 500 mg Caplet in PT. Guardian Pharmatama. The objectives of that special assignment for the students of PKPA is to know the procedures and implementation of the annual product review activities for the products contain of paracetamol caplets in PT. Guardian Pharmatama."

This internship is aimed to make the student of apothecary profession understand the role, duty, and responsibility of pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry. In addition, through this internship the student of apothecary profession is expected to gain insight, knowledge, skills, as well as practical experience in doing the pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment that is given entitled Creating a Basic Quality Training Module that aims to improve the knowledge of the employees of PT Guardian Pharmatama towards CPOB comprehension and the implementation of its rsquo aspects and evaluate the effectiveness of Basic Quality Training conducted during internship program."

"Industri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri kesehatan untuk melakukan kegitaan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Guardian Pharmatama bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang industri farmasi serta mendapatkan gambaran secara nyata terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh Apoteker di industri farmasi. Melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi ini, mahasiswa dapat menerapkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari dengan melakukan kegiatan di bidang pemastian mutu, pengawasan mutu dan produksi berdasarkan CPOB. Selain itu melalui tugas khusus, mahasiswa melakukan evaluasi persentase limbah hasil proses kemas primer. Praktik Kerja Profesi dilakukan selama delapan minggu pada bulan Januari hingga Februari Tahun 2017.

Through this Internship, the author can apply the knowledge they have learned by doing activities in the field of quality assurance, quality control and production based on Good Manufacturing Process GMP. In addition, through a special assignment, the author evaluate the percentage of waste from primary packing process. Internship conducted for eight weeks in January to February 2017."
