Skripsi ini membahas mengenai nilai royalti impor film di dalam nilai pabean. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Permasalahan difokuskan pada fenomena adanya penambahan nilai royalti atas impor film ke dalam nilai pabean. Namun, pada penerapan atas ditambahkannya nilai royalti ke dalam nilai pabean bukan hal yang tepat, mengingat pembelian atas film impor merupakan barang yang dikenakan pajak, sehingga mengacu pada Peraturan Pajak Nilai Lain Atas Film Cerita Impor yang menjadi dasar pemungutan PPN. Oleh karena itu, dalam tulisan ini, penulis mencoba untuk membahas permasalahan ditambahkannya nilai royalti ke dalam nilai pabean dengan perbandingan atas persepsi perpajakan. ...... This paper discusses the royalty value of imported films in the customs value. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The problem is focused on the phenomenon of the addition of royalties on the value of imported films into the customs value. However, the adoption of value added royalty to the customs value is not appropriate, considering the purchase of goods over imported films are to be taxed, so the reference to Rule of Other Value Tax of Imported Film on which the collection of VAT. Therefore, in this paper, the author attempts to discuss the issue of royalties to the value added in the customs value by comparison of the perception of taxation.
