Abstrak :
Manajemen Talenta dalam hal ini merupakan praktik pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia yang erat berkaitan dengan hasil kinerja dari individu dan organisasi. Masih sangat sedikit literatur yang membahas mengenai topik ini khususnya pada sektor publik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari praktik manajemen talenta (Talent Management) terhadap kinerja individu pegawai (Individual Work Performance) dari pegawai di lingkungan Direktorat ABC dengan mediasi keterikatan kerja (Work Engagement). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak LISREL untuk mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada para talenta di lingkungan Direktorat ABC tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara manajemen talenta dan kinerja individu pegawai. Dalam hal ini manajemen talenta memberikan pengaruh kepada kinerja individu pegawai melalui keterikatan kerja. ......Talent Management is a practice of managing human resources that is closely related to the performance outcomes of individuals and organizations. There is still limited literature discussing this topic, especially in the public sector in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of talent management practices on individual work performance of employees in the Directorate ABC, with work engagement as a mediating factor. The data used in this research are primary data collected through a questionnaire survey. The data was then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with LISREL software to determine the relationships between variables. The results of the study, based on the questionnaires administered to the talents in the Directorate ABC in 2022, indicate that work engagement fully mediates the relationship between talent management and individual work performance. In this context, talent management influences individual work performance through work engagement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan Tipe Kepemimpinan dengan Kepuasan Kerja: Studi Kasus pada pegawai di Direktorat Jenderal Perencanaan Pertahanan di Kementrian Pertahanan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke setiap Departemen yang ada pada Direktorat Jenderal Perencanaan Pertahanan Kementerian Pertahanan secara acak. Dari hasil data dan pengajuan hipotesis yang menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman diperoleh hasil bahwa Tipe Kepemimpinan yang terdiri dari Transformational Leadership dan Transactional Leadership dengan secara sangat signifikan memiliki hubungan cukup kuat dan searah terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Peneliti menyarankan agar Ditjen Renhan Kemhan mendorong gaya kepemimpinan Transformational dan Transaksional yang sesuai dan dibutuhkan oleh Para Pegawai dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. ......This study aims to investigate the relationship with Job Satisfaction Leadership Type: A Case Study on the employees in the Directorate General for Defense Planning at the Ministry of Defense. The collection of data used in this study by distributing questionnaires to every department that existed at the Directorate General for Defense Planning of the Ministry of Defense at random from the resulting data and submission of hypotheses using Rank Spearman correlation test obtained results that the type of leadership that consists of Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership to be very significant to have quite a strong and direct relationship to job satisfaction Researchers suggest that DG Renhan Kemhan encourage. ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan kepuasan hidup dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor mediasi yang diperoleh karyawan yang bekerja di DKI Jakarta sebagai sampel penelitian. Subjek penelitian menggunakan 210 responden yang bekerja di DKI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah dengan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa keberadaan kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif tidak langsung terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan kepuasan hidup yang diperoleh karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor penghubung / mediasi antara kepemimpinan etis dengan kesejahteraan karyawan dan kepuasan hidup yang diperoleh. oleh karyawan tersebut.
ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to determine the effect of ethical leadership on employee welfare and life satisfaction with job satisfaction as a mediating factor obtained by employees who work in DKI Jakarta as the research sample. The research subjects used 210 respondents who worked in DKI Jakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire and processed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. From the results of this study it was found that the existence of ethical leadership has an indirect positive effect on employee welfare and life satisfaction obtained by employees, and job satisfaction is a mediating factor between ethical leadership and employee welfare and life satisfaction obtained. by these employees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat servant leadership, job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction dan family quality of life pada Biro SDM. Selain itu penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui pengaruh organizational-based self-esteem sebagai mediator dari variabel servant leadership dan job social support terhadap family satisfaction dan family quality of life. Responden penelitian ini adalah 100 pegawai tetap di Biro SDM BKF pada berbagai bidang dan tingkatan yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun dan sudah menikah. Pengujian pengaruh antar variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi pada aplikasi SPSS. Hasilnya adalah OBSE terbukti memediasi pengaruh servant leadership dan job social support terhadap family satisfaction dan family quality of life. ...... This study aims to determine the level of servant leadership, job social support, organization-based self-esteem, family satisfaction and family quality of life at the HR Bureau. In addition, this study also wants to know the effect of organizational-based self-esteem as a mediator of the servant leadership and job social support variables on family satisfaction and family quality of life. The respondents of this study were 100 permanent employees in the BKF HR Bureau in various fields and levels who had worked for more than one year and were married. Testing the influence of variables in this study uses regression in SPSS applications. The result is that OBSE has been proven to mediate the influence of servant leadership and job social support on family satisfaction and family quality of life.

Organisasi dalam berbagai macam bentuk dan latar belakang senantiasa dituntut untuk terus mengikuti perubahan kebijakan dan dinamika lingkungan eksternal. Maka dari itu, diperlukan perhatian organisasi dalam mempertimbangkan faktorfaktor yang sekiranya dapat berpengaruh dalam pengambilan kebijakan seperti work-life balance, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengaruh dari motivasi kerja dan work-life balance terhadap komitmen kerja serta bagaimana kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan work-life balance terhadap komitmen kerja pegawai Markas Besar Badan Narkotika Nasional. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data responden, diperoleh 292 data yang valid dan dapat dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara langsung, work-life balance dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja pegawai. Namun secara tidak langsung, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara work-life balance dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen kerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Atas hal tersebut, pembuat kebijakan di Markas Besar Badan Narkotika Nasional harus menaruh perhatian terhadap work-life balance, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan komitmen kerja pegawai. Selain itu, organisasi juga perlu mempertimbangkan motivasi kerja serta work-life balance dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. ......Organizations in various forms and backgrounds are always required to continue to follow changes in policy and dynamics of the external environment. Therefore, organizational attention is needed in considering factors that could influence policy making such as work-life balance, work motivation, job satisfaction and work commitment. This research aims to explore the influence of work motivation and work-life balance on work commitment and how job satisfaction can mediate the influence of work motivation and work-life balance on the work commitment of employees at the National Narcotics Agency Headquarters. Based on the collection of respondent data, 292 valid data were obtained and further analysis could be carried out. This research found that directly, work-life balance and work motivation did not significantly influence employee work commitment. However, indirectly, there is a significant relationship between work-life balance and work motivation on work commitment which is mediated by job satisfaction. Due to this, policy makers at the National Narcotics Agency Headquarters must pay attention to work-life balance, work motivation and job satisfaction in an effort to increase employee work commitment. Apart from that, organizations also need to consider work motivation and work-life balance in increasing employee job satisfaction.

Bank Negara Indonesia wilayah Jakartakota serta mengukur tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap proses tersebut. Program magang dilakukan selama tiga bulan di divisi Human Resources Regional PT Bank Negara Indonesia wilayah Jakartakota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah menjalankan proses rekrutmen yang baik dan sesuai dengan teori yang ada dan peserta merasa puas terhadap proses rekrutmen dan seleksi perusahaan. ...... The internship programs aim to study and understand the process of recruitment and selection at PT Bank Negara Indonesia and to measure the level of satisfaction of user interview participant towards the process. The internship program was conducted over three months in the Human Resources Regional of PT Bank Negara Indonesia region Jakartakota. This study found the company has done the recruitment and selection process well following the theory existed and the interview participant feel satisfied with the recruitment and selection process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person-job fit dan person-organization fit terhadap employee-customer identification yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification pada perawat di Sukabumi, Jawa Barat dengan jumlah sampel 157 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif serta menggunakan teknik structural equation modeling SEM yang diolah menggunaka Lisrel 8.51. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa person-job fit pada perawat di Sukabumi tidak terbukti mempengaruhi employee-customer identification secara langsung tetapi dimediasi terlebhi dahulu oleh organizational identification. Sedangkan person-organization terbukti memiliki hubungan dengan employee-customer identification baik secara langsung maupun ketika dimediasi oleh organizational identification. ...... This research aims to identify the effect of person job fit and person organization fit to employee customer identification, through organizational identification as a mediator, to nurses in Sukabumi, West Java with 157 participants as the research sample. The present research used quantitative method with descriptive design, and employed a structural equation modelling SEM technique using Lisrel 8.51 program. The results showed that the employee customer identification of nurses in Sukabumi is not affected by person job fit directly, but mediated first by the organizational identification. Meanwhile, the person organization fit give a positive impact to employee customer identification both directly and indirectly through organizational identification as a mediator.

[Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari motivasi intrinsik (intrinsic motivation), budaya inovatif organisasi (innovative culture) dan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi (acquired knowledge) terhadap transfer pengetahuan mahasiswa magang (transfer knowledge). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dampak dari motivasi intrinsik, pengetahuan yang didapat dan budaya inovatif organisasi terhadap transfer pengetahuan pada yang melakukan program magang. Studi kasus yang dipilih adalah para mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia, karena pengetahuan yang didapat dari Fakultas Teknik merupakan pengetahuan terapan dan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia mewajibkan program magang pada semester genap. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Sturctural Equation Modelling (SEM) di program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan yang didapat di perguruan tinggi dan budaya inovatif organisasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap transfer pengetahuan para mahasiswa yang melakukan magang. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa terhadap pengetahuan yang didapat, dan budaya inovatif organisasi terhadap motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa. Untuk meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan transfer pengetahuan mahasiswa yang dapat meningkatkan performa kerja, maka perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat memicu transfer pengetahuan serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik dan menyenangkan serta memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang berguna dan relevan bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh tiga dimensi dari Spiritualitas di Tempat Kerja, yaitu Inner Life, Meaningful Work dan Sense of Community terhadap Stres Kerja di komunitas perawat bagian Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 perawat bagian Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif dari ketiga dimensi Spiritualitas di Tempat Kerja terhadap tingkat Stres Kerja di dalam komunitas perawat bagian Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Jakarta sekaligus memberikan saran bagi manajemen Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Jakarta dalam menurunkan tingkat Stres Kerja perawat dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek penting dari ketiga dimensi Spiritualitas tersebut. ......This study discusses the influence of three dimensions of Workplace Spirituality, there are Inner Life, Meaningful Work and Sense of Community to Work Stress in community of Emergency nurse section, Fatmawati Jakarta Central General Hospital. Data collection method in this research is quantitative with descriptive analysis. This study involved 60 nurses of Emergency Room of Fatmawati Jakarta Central General Hospital. The results of this study indicate the negative influence of the three dimensions of Workplace Spirituality to the level of Work Stress in the nurse community of Emergency Room of Fatmawati Jakarta Central General Hospital as well as providing advice for the management of Fatmawati Jakarta Hospital in reducing the level of nurses Working Stress by paying attention to important aspects of the three dimensions of spirituality.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi Workplace Spirituality terhadap Job Satisfaction. Workplace Spirituality memiliki empat dimensi yaitu Meaningful Work, Sense of Community, Compassion, dan Organizational Values. Penelitian ini melibatkan 72 orang karyawan PT Chubb Safes Indonesia. Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science SPSS 20.0 menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja dipengaruhi oleh Meaningful Work, Sense of Community, Compassion, dan Organizational Values. ......Job satisfaction is very important in the human resources management within the organization. Workplace spirituality plays an important role in overcoming job satisfaction. The research aims to determine the effect of workplace spirituality dimension to job satisfaction. Workplace spirituality has four dimensions meaningful work, sense of community, compassion, and organizational values. The study involves 72 employees of PT Chubb Safes Indonesia. The result of data processing using Statistical Package for the Social Science SPSS 20.0, shows that job satisfaction is influenced by meaningful work, sense of community, compassion, and organizational values.
