"The drug abuse which done by adolescence in the progress of the drugs it self has been increase and brings more anxiety for the family, society, nation and country. The adolescence abuser of drugs are constitute of the next generation who will continue the nation and the country development. They don't just come out of the high-class economical society, but they also come from the middle class to the lower economical society. In addition of the drugs abuse by adolescence doesn't go around among the city civilian only, but it is also there in the village civilian. That's way, it is so important to do some prevention and rescuing effort to the adolescence to keep them a way from the danger of drugs abuse, so there will be no lost generation because of the drugs abuse. Till the time for the adolescence are ready to be the next generation of the nation and the country development of theirs. Because the nation and the country need to have the adolescence with quality, creativity, sound of body and their sound of mind.The examination about drugs abuse by adolescence use the qualitative examination method, which is an examination procedure that is produce descriptive data, words, writer, and behavior which can be observed from the subject. Meanwhile the kind of examination which use is the descriptive examination, it's and examination that has purpose to give a picture about a society or a particular group or a picture of a syndrome or the bonds between two symptoms or ever more. The method and the type of examination that is use to examine and to reveal the case of drugs that is marijuana and was done by a male young adolescence who was charged in guilty by the judge because of broke the law regulation number 22 of 1997 about narcotic and doing is time in the prison class II A at East Jakarta.One of the social control theories that were spoken by Travis Hirschi that is social bonds theory, which based of four elements. Those attachment, commitment, involvement and belief are the form of tool or analysis knife which is use to analyze the case of drugs abuse by adolescence. Social bonds theories explain the stronger social bonds of some body with their social norms of society; can be avoided from the behavior deviation or delinquency. And the opposite, if the bond of society of some body is weak, than it can cause the delinquency."

"Children are our national succeeding struggle and ideal generations, thus those children with substantial potential must completely be supported by government or community, in order they remain in qualified human resources position. Therefore, they must obtain a good and Wright education in their growth period in avoiding problems that they are not naughty. There are various children delinquency, and even have tendency to criminal act. One of the most serious children delinquencies is sexual violence. There is much sexual violence committed by children in Jakarta City; so that it is necessary to know what make these children committed them.The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach by case study technique. This research's informant is a child as sexual violence actor. Its data collecting method is carried out by a depth interview with informant, collection of information data, and observation in informant's environment.From conducted research, it is obtained a result that there are various factors causing those children commit to do sexual violence. They are, among others, negative environmental influence, inappropriate entertainment and information received by them (such pornographically media) and a lack of social relationship that cause a child commit to do sexual violence and others deviational behavior.In order to avoid that such children do not commit those deviational behavior, thus it is required for a collaborative action between elements in community and governmental role in regulation enforcement about pornography and porn action."

"Penelitian ini berawal pada permasalahan kejahatan pencurian yang ada di asrama mahasiswa UI Depok. berfokus pada penerapan pencegahan kejahatan yang diterapkan di Asrama Mahasiswa UI Depok dalam lingkup pencegahan kejahatan situasional khususnya teknik increasing perceived effort yang terdiri dari empat kajian teknik yaitu target hardening, access control, deflecting offenders, controlling facilitators dalam kasus kejahatan pencurian. Peneliti berusaha mencari tahu tentang kondisi keamanan asrama dan pencegahan apa saja yang telah diterapkan di tempat ini sebagai sebuah bentuk pencegahan kejahatan khususnya pada kasus-kasus pencurian yang pernah terjadi.Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pencegahan kejahatan situasional belum semuanya diterapkan di asrama karena peneliti menemukan banyak fasilitas dan prasana yang belum ada untuk mencegah kejahatan pencurian sehingga banyaknya kesempatan dan akses untuk masuk ke dalam asrama tanpa pengawasan yang diberikan oleh petugas menyebabkan kasus kejahatan pencurian dapat dengan mudah terjadi di gedung-gedung asrama hingga kini. Ke-empat teknik dalam analisa penelitian ini apabila secara detail dan seksama diterapkan bisa mengurangi kejahatan pencurian, namun teknik penerapan ini masih jauh dari yang semestinya. Dapat dikatakan bahwa asrama belum menerapkan pencegahan kejahatan sebagai upaya-upaya yang dapat mencegah kejahatan secara kasat mata. Pelaku dapat melakukan aksi kejahatannya karena minimnya pengawasan yang ada, sehingga pelaku dapat dengan mudah masuk ke target kejahatan yang ditujunya karena batasan-batasan fisik yang menghalangi pelaku dirasakan kecil. Berdasarkan adanya kesempatan, kemampuan dan keinginan yang datang dari pelaku untuk melakukan pencurian karena adanya kesempatan yang besar.

The focus of this research is crime prevention application that moulded in Asrama Mahasiswa UI Depok in cover situational crime prevention especially increasing perceived effort technique that are made up four technique study; target hardening, access control, deflecting offenders, controlling facilitators in case theft crime. Investigator seeking for know on dormitory peace condition and prevention anything that was inscribed locally as a crime form of prevention especially in theft cases that have occured.The result of this research describe that situational crime prevention not yet all moulded because dormitory investigator discovered not have to prevent theft crime until many him opportunity and access to enter into building without supervision administered by staff. Case theft crime obtain easily happened in this dormitory. Fourth technique in this analysis that less theft crime, however this application technique are still far from that sure. Can alleged that dormitory not yet crime prevention as efforts prevent crime. Theft can do easy crime because minimmum supervision to enter target. Based on the existence of opportunity, ability and desire who come from to do theft the existence of opportunity that large."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penerapan konsep crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan yang dilakukan perusahaan sumber daya nasional PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengelolaan sumber energi, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang memiliki potensi gangguan keamanan, terlebih perusahaan ini termasuk Objek Vital Nasional yang menyangkut kepentingan Negara dan hidup orang banyak. Penelitian ini termasuk kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisa strategi pencegahan situasional yang dilakukan perusahaan dilihat dari bagaimana penerapan konsep crime prevention through environmental design. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep crime prevention through environmental design telah dilakukan di PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi alam eksplorasi energi panas bumi.

This undergraduate thesis discusses about implementation of crime prevention through environmental design concept as situational crime prevention by national resource company PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang. As a resource management company, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang having securities invasive potency, furthermore this company classified as Objek Vital Nasional that concern State?s interest and many people. This study included qualitative descriptive that analyze crime prevention strategy by the company seen of how crime prevention through environmental design concept implemented. The result of this study shows that crime prevention through environmental design concept implemented at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang as a crime prevention strategy that adapted with natural condition of geothermal energy exploration."

"Skripsi ini membahas manfaat penggunaan meter prabayar yang merupakan salah satu dampak penerapan Layanan Listrik Prabayar oleh PT PLN (Persero), yang diprediksi dapat menjadi teknik pencegahan pencurian listrik secara situasional, yang berperan sebagai target hardening dan rule setting, dalam mencegah terjadinya pencurian listrik oleh pelaku dalam berbagai modus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat; murni, deskriptif, dan cross sectional. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan meter prabayar dalam keadaan normal, dapat menjadi teknik pencegahan pencurian listrik secara situasional, yang berperan sebagai target hardening dan rule setting, yang dapat mencegah terjadinya pencurian listrik dalam beberapa modus pencurian listrik.

This research discusses the advantage of prepaid meter using, as one of the result of prepaid electricity service by PT PLN (Persero), that is predicted to be a technique of situational electricity theft prevention. The role of prepaid meter, is a target hardening and rule setting in the prevention of electricity theft in several modus. This research uses qualitative approach and is a pure, descriptive, and cross sectional research. Result of the research shows the using of prepaid meter in normal situation could be a technique of situational electricity theft situational prevention as target hardening and rule setting. In general, this technique could prevent the electricity theft in several modus."
