"Pemberian ASI eksklusif dapat memberikan perlindungan yang optimal pada bayi sehingga terhindar dari berbagai penyakit yang terjadi pada tahun pertama kehidupannya. Antenatal Care (ANC) diharapkan dapat meningkatkan cakupan ASI eksklusif karena pelayanan ANC akan memotivasi ibu untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas antenatal care terhadap keberhasilan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional pada 169 ibu -.l menyusui di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cipayung, Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari penelitian "Intervensi Peningkatan ASI dan MPASI Dalam Rangka Penerapan Program 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan". Hasil penelitian bivariatmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara pekerjaan, pengetahuan, kualitas ANC, dan suplementasi susu dengan keberhasilan ASI eksklusif. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan suplementasi susu, pengetahuan, pekerjaan dan kualitas ANC berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan ASI eksklusif (CI 95%; OR:5,460; 3,986; 3,700;2,540). Faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan keberhasilan ASI eksklusif adalah suplementasi susu (OR= 5,460). Pemberian suplementasi susu pada ibu menyusui dapat meningkatkan pemberian ASI eksklusif hingga 6 bulan.......Exclusive breastfeeding can provide optimal protection for babies so that they haveimmunities to various diseases that occur in the first year of life. The results ofthe bivariate study showed that there was a significant relation between work, knowledge,ANC quality, and milk supplementation with the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Multivariate analysis showed milk supplementation, occupation, knowledge, and ANCquality influenced the success of exclusive breastfeeding (CI 95%; OR:5,460; 3,986;3,700; 2,540). The dominant factor associated with the success of exclusive breastfeedingwas milk supplementation (OR = 5,460). Giving milk supplementation to nursing motherswould increase exclusive breastfeeding for up to 6 months."
