Pada Simulated VSM didapatkan penurunan lead timeyang signifikan menjadi 30,09 menit, peningkatan persentase Value AddedActivities dan penurunan Non Value Added activites. "Stroke iskemik menduduki urutan pertama dalam daftar 10 penyakit terbanyak di RS Pusat Otak Nasional (RSPON) tahun 2016-2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui probabilitas ketahanan hidup satu tahun pasien stroke iskemik yang dirawat di RSPON tahun 2016-2017 berdasarkan fase perawatan awal dan tingkat keparahan penyakit. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kohort retrospektif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien stroke iskemik yang dirawat di RSPON periode 1 Januari 2016 sampai 31 Desember 2017. Sampel terpilih sebanyak 232 pasien dengan memperhatikan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas ketahanan hidup satu tahun pasien stroke iskemik di RSPON adalah 58,2%. Regresi cox ganda menunjukkan bahwa setelah dikontrol oleh status gangguan jantung maka pasien dengan tingkat keparahan penyakit mengancam jiwa memiliki risiko mengalami kematian 4,484 kali dibanding pasien yang tidak memiliki gejala stroke.

Ischemic stroke ranks first on the list of 10 most diseases at the National Brain Center Hospital (RSPON) in 2016-2017. This study aims to determine the probability of one-year survival of ischemic stroke patients admitted to RSPON in 2016-2017 based on the initial treatment phase and the severity of the disease. The design of this study was a retrospective cohort. The population of this study was ischemic stroke patients admitted to RSPON for the period of January 1, 2016, until December 31, 2017. A total of 232 patients were selected by observing the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that the probability of one-year survival of ischemic stroke patients at RSPON was 58.2%. Multiple cox regression showed that after being controlled by heart disease status, patients with life-threatening disease severity had a risk of experiencing 4,484 deaths compared to patients with no symptoms of stroke."
