SymbioSa Communal Living (Co-Living) merupakan sebuah proyek perancangan yang didasari oleh konsep rumah modern di mana para penghuni saling berinteraksi dan bersosialisasi secara komunal karena kesamaan minat ataupun pekerjaan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berupa studi literatur dan data survey, program-program ruang dipilih untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penghuni, baik yang terikat secara komunal, maupun ruang dengan kepentingan privasi. Konsep communal living ini juga dijadikan sebagai jawaban atas kebutuhan tempat tinggal di Kawasan Berorientasi Transit (TOD) Sawah Besar yang telah dirancang. Proyek SymbioSa ini dirancang menyesuaikan dengan tema kawasan, menawarkan fasilitas-fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh karakter pekerja di kawasan TOD, seperti ruang-ruang komunal yang digunakan bersama (dapur, ruang makan, ruang workshop), sampai dengan konsep kamar pribadi yang melindungi privasi dan produktivitas. ......SymbioSa Communal Living (Co-Living) is a design project based on the concept of a modern home where inhabitantsinteract and socialize communally because of similar interests or jobs. With a qualitative approach in the form of literature studies and survey data, spatial programs are selected to answer the needs of inhabitants, both those who are communally bound, as well as spaces with privacy interests. The concept of communal living is also used as an answer to the housing needs in the Transit Development Oriented Area (TOD) Sawah Besar that has been designed before. The SymbioSa project is designed according to the concpet of the area, offering the facilities needed by the character of workers in the TOD area, such as communal spaces that are shared (kitchen, dining room, workshop room), to the concept of private rooms that protect privacy and productivity.

Kekuatan fisik dan mental pembalap sangat besar mempengaruhi penampilan mereka di lintasan balap. Di dalam ras apapun tentunya dibutuhkan kekuatan fisik yang baik untuk pembalap. Untuk mendapatkan kekuatan fisik yang baik, ada banyak cara untuk melakukannya, seperti melakukan gym dan fisioterapi secara teratur. Terletak di kawasan desain TOD Sawah Besar dengan sebuah konsep otomotif. Proposal desain ini mengusulkan desain pusat kebugaran yang tidak hanya digunakan untuk umum tetapi juga berfokus pada pembalap. Ini gym akan menyediakan Fisioterapi, Simulator Balap, F&B sehat, dan juga area tempat duduk untuk Umum mendukung Konsep Pembangunan Berorientasi Transit. Dengan proposal ini, diharapkan dapat mencapai SDGs poin nomor 3, tentang Good Health & WellBeing dan mendukung pembalap Indonesia untuk meningkatkan prestasi mereka prestasi di ajang balap. ......The physical and mental strength of racers greatly influences their performance on the race track. In any race, of course, good physical strength is neededfor racers. To get good physical strength, there are many ways to do it, such as doing gym and physiotherapy regularly. Located in the TOD Sawah Besar design area with an automotive concept. This design proposal proposes the design of a gym center that is not only used for the public but also focuses on racers. This gym will provide Physiotheraphy, Race Simulator, Healthy F&B, and also seating area for Public to support the Transit Oriented Development Concept. With this proposal, it is expected to achieve SDGs point number 3, about Good Health & Well-Being and supporting Indonesian racers to improve their performance in the racing events.

Glodok merupakan salah satu kawasan unik yang menjadi perhentian moda transportasi MRT fase 2. Glodok telah lama dikenal oleh masyarakat sebagai kawasan pecinan yang kental akan pusat elektronik dan kuliner. Kehadiran pemberhentian MRT pada kawasan Glodok dapat memberi peluang bagi kawasan dan masyarakat sekitar, baik dari segi usaha maupun peluang lainnya. Namun demikian, tanpa perencanaan yang jelas, daya tarik ini dapat perlahan menggusur identitas kawasan Glodok beserta masyarakatnya. Proyek Glodok Culinary Center berada pada sebuah masterplan kawasan TOD baru yang Bernama ‘Neo – Glo(w)dok’. Kawasan TOD baru ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah lingkungan dimana bisnis, masyarakat, serta identitas Glodok dapat bersinergi dengan tepat, sehingga tidak menghilangkan satu sama lain. Glodok Culinary Center merupakan sebuah pusat kuliner, tidak hanya terdapat proses jual beli makanan, proyek ini dirancang untuk dapat mewadahi proses penyaluran informasi melalui ruang-ruang workshop dan kelas memasak. Dengan kehadiran Glodok Culinary Center, diharapkan masyarakat dapat memanfaatkannya tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian melalui penjualan makanan, namun dapat melestarikan baik resep maupun budaya dalam kuliner kepada khalayak umum, serta menjadi pusat komunitas kuliner di Glodok. ...... Glodok is one of the unique areas that will be a stop for the MRT phase 2 transportation mode. Glodok has long been known by the public as a Chinatown area that is thick with electronic and culinary centers. The presence of the MRT stop in the Glodok area can provide opportunities for the area and surrounding communities in terms of business and other opportunities. However, without thoughtful planning, this attraction can slowly erode the identity of the Glodok area and its people. The Glodok Culinary Center project is located in a new TOD masterplan called 'Neo - Glo(w)dok'. This new TOD area aims to create an environment where business, community, and Glodok's identity can synergize appropriately, so as not to eliminate each other. Glodok Culinary Center is a culinary center, not only for the buying and selling of food, the project is designed to accommodate the process of information distribution through workshops and cooking classes. With the presence of Glodok Culinary Center, it is hoped that the community can use it not only to improve the economy through food sales, but can preserve both recipes and culture in culinary to the general public, and become the center of the culinary community in Glodok.
