Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 348 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas pokok dan tanggung jawab apoteker sebagai Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di apotek, memberikan kesempatan calon apoteker untuk dapat beradaptasi secara langsung praktik di dunia kerja, serta memahami sistem manajemen dan administrasi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 348. Tugas khusus dalam PKPA ini berjudul Customer Satisfaction sebagai Penerapan Customer Relationship Management di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 348.

Pharmacist Profession Internship Program (PKPA) at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 348 aims to understand the main duties, functions and role of pharmacists as pharmacy manager (APA) in pharmacies and to provide an opportunity for prospective pharmacists to adapt directly to the actual working environment of pharmacy in Pharmacy and understand the management and administration systems in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 348. Given special assignments titled Customer Satisfaction as Application of Customer Relationship Management in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 348.

Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 348 Bogor Periode Bulan April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Penyebaran Informasi Diabetes Mellitus yang Efektif Dengan Media Poster rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat mengetahui penyakit Diabetes Mellitus serta membuat media informasi yang efektif berupa poster mengenai Diabetes Mellitus untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pasien secara umum. ...... Internship at Kimia Farma 348 Bogor Pharmacy Period April aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. This internship at was conducted for four weeks with special assignment Effective Dissemination of Diabetes Mellitus Information With Poster Media . The purpose of this special assignment is that the prospective pharmacist may know the Diabetes Mellitus disease and create an effective information media in the form of posters about Diabetes Mellitus to improve patient awareness in general.
