"Giant Hypermarket merupakan jenis pasar serba ada yang dibuat dengan format modern. Didalam Giant hypermarket dijual berbagai macam produk dan merek. Dalam penjualan berbagai macam produk, Giant Hypermarket memberi merek nama produknya dengan nama Giant atau disebut dengan store brand atau private label brand. Dengan adanya berbagai macam merek yang dijual oleh Giant Hypermarket, hal ini akan membuat persaingan diantara produk merek manufaktur dengan produk merek Giant. Dalam memenangkan persaingan merek maka Giant Hypermarket harus dapat mengetahui ekuitas produk merek tokonya. Komponen - komponen yang membentuk ekuitas merek diantaranya persepsi kualitas, kesadaran merek/asosiasi merek, dan loyalitas merek.
Dari latar belakang permasalahan di atas, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh reputasi toko, citra komersial toko, dan citra harga toko terhadap pembentukkan ekuitas produk merek toko. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu mall intercept interviews dengan responden sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi toko, citra komersial toko, dan citra harga toko berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi kualitas dan kesadaran merek. Selanjutnya adanya hubungan yang positif antara persepsi kualitas dan kesadaran merek terhadap loyalitas merek. Dalam pembentukan ekuitas produk merek toko, maka terdapat hubungan positif diantara persepsi kualitas, kesadaran merek, dan loyalitas merek terhadap ekuitas produk merek toko. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi para ritel untuk meningkatkan persaingan pada produk-produk merek tokonya.

Giant Hypermarket is a type of convenience market which create in modern format. In Giant hypermarket sold varieties of products and brands. In selling varieties of products, Giant Hypermarket give brand name of the product by named of Giant which called store brand or private label brand. With the wide varieties of brands sold by Giant Hypermarket, it will create competition among manufacturing brands with the Giant brand products. In the competition to win the Giant Hypermarket brand should be able to find out the store brand equity products. The components of brand equity such as perceived quality, brand awareness / brand association, and brand loyalty.
From the background of the problems above, the purpose of this study was to determine the influence of store reputation, store commercial image, and store price image on equity Giant brand products. The study used a questionnaire method of data collection which a mall intercept interviews with respondents as much 200 respondents. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The results showed that store reputation, store commercial image, and store price image have positive effect on perceived quality and brand awareness. Furthermore, the existence of a positive relationship between perceived quality and brand awareness to brand loyalty. In the formation of brand equity products store, then there is a positive relationship between perceived quality, brand awareness, and brand loyalty towards the private label brand equity products. This study is expected to provide information for the retailers to increase competition in private label brand products.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hadirnya fitur belanja pada media sosial populer seperti Instagram Shopping dan TikTok Shop di Indonesia selama masa pandemi Covid-19 sebagai alternatif baru social commerce terhadap perilaku belanja impulsif dan kompulsif produk apparel. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengkaji pengaruh media sosial, motivasi hedonis, kondisi berbelanja online selama pandemi Covid-19 serta peran iklim sosial komunitas pengikut social media influencer terhadap perilaku belanja impulsif dan kompulsif. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode variance based Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) secara cross-sectional kepada 475 responden untuk menguji keterkaitan variabel Social Media Influence, Social Commerce, EWOM of Social Commerce, Hedonic (Happiness), Hedonic (Fun), Shopping in the Times of Covid-19, dan variabel moderasi Social Climate terhadap variabel dependen Impulsive Buying dan Compulsive Buying. Hasilnya, didapatkan bahwa Hedonic (Happiness) dan Shopping in the Times of Covid-19 memiliki hubungan signifikan positif terhadap perilaku Impulsive dan Compulsive buying. Hedonic (Fun) serta peran moderasi Social Climate berhubungan signifikan positif dengan Impulsive Buying. Sedangkan variabel lainnya tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan yang positif terhadap variabel Impulsive Buying dan Compulsive Buying.

This study aims to determine the effect of the presence of shopping features on popular social media namely Instagram Shopping and TikTok Shop in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic as a new social commerce alternative which could affecting impulsive and compulsive shopping behavior for apparel products. In this study, the impact of social media, hedonic motivation, shopping in the times of Covid-19, and social climate of social media influencers community are observed towards impulsive and compulsive shopping behavior. The study used variance-based partial least squares structural equational modelling (PLS-SEM) on a cross-sectional study conducted on 475 respondents observing the association of several variables: Social Media Influence, Social Commerce, EWOM of Social Commerce, Hedonic (Happiness), Hedonic (Fun) variables, Shopping in the Times of Covid-19 and Social Climate as a moderating variable towards the Impulsive Buying and Compulsive Buying as the dependent variables. The study result show that Hedonic (Happiness) and Shopping in the Times of Covid-19 had a significant positive relationship to Impulsive and Compulsive buying behavior. Hedonic (Fun) and the moderating role of Social Climate had a significant positive relationship with Impulsive Buying. Whilst the other variables do not have a positive significant relationship to the Impulsive Buying and Compulsive Buying variables."

"Terlepas banyaknya program loyalitas pada e-commerce marketplace, penelitian hubungan antara loyalty program dengan online relationship quality masih langka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara faktor – faktor (antecedents) dan konsekuensi dari online relationship quality dalam industri e-commerce marketplace dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program loyalitas memoderasi variabel attitudinal dan behavioral loyalty sebagai konsekuensi dari online relationship quality. Data dikumpulkan dari 769 pengguna e-commerce marketplace di Indonesia sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan structural equation modeling - partial least squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa 10 dari 11 hipotesis yang mengukur pengujian langsung antecedents online relationship quality dan konsekuensi dari online relationship quality diterima, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa online relational bonds dan persepsi reputasi vendor mempengaruhi online relationship quality. Hasil pengujian yang menguji moderasi loyalty program menunjukkan 1 dari 4 hipotesis diketahui memoderasi hubungan online relationship quality dengan konsekuensinya yaitu EWOM pada kelompok subsample Low loyalty Program. Namun 3 hipotesis lainnya menunjukkan bahwa loyalty program tidak memperkuat hubungan online relationship quality dengan variabel online customer review dan behavioral loyalty. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bagaimana antecedents dari online relationship quality dan konsekuensinya dan moderasi loyalty program yang dilakukan e-commerce dapat disesuaikan sebagai panduan untuk memperkuat kualitas hubungan e-commerce dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Despite the abundance of loyalty programs in e-commerce, their interplay with online relationship quality is scarce. The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedents and consequences of online relationship quality in the e-commerce marketplace and to test if and how a loyalty program moderates consumer attitudinal and behavioral loyalty as the online relationship quality outcomes. The study is explanatory research, data were collected from 769 e-commerce marketplace buyers in Indonesia that participated in this study by completing questionnaires. The research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling - partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that 10 out of 11 hypotheses that measured the direct effect of antecedents online relationship quality on consequences online relationship quality are supported, it exhibits that online relational bonds and perceived vendor reputation affected online relationship quality. To assess the moderation of loyalty program, this study split samples into low and high loyalty program group. However only 1 out of 4 hypotheses of moderating effect from loyalty program are supported, it showed that loyalty program moderates the connection between online relationship quality and EWOM. This study provides wide antecedents of online relationship quality and their consequences towards attitudinal and behavioral loyalty with loyalty program for e-commerce marketplace, through being aware of them e- commerce could adjust their suitable guideline to sustain their relationship quality with online customers and choose a suitable loyalty program to help increasing customer loyalty."

"Pasar produk kecantikan yang ramah lingkungan serta preferensi masyarakat terhadap produk yang alami di dunia saat ini sedang mengalami perkembangan. Sementara itu, perempuan usia muda merepresentasikan perkembangan segmentasi konsumen terhadap produk kecantikan dan perawatan yang ramah lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, penelitian mengenai perilaku konsumen terhadap produk natural skincare saat ini masih sedikit. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami intensi perilaku perempuan muda terhadap pembelian produk natural skincare di Jabodetabek Indonesia. TPB Theory of Planned Behavior, yang mana sering digunakan dalam penelitian terdahulu terhadap perilaku konsumen digunakan sebagai dasar teori dalam penelitian. Selanjutnya, variabel yang digunakan untuk memprediksi perilaku konsumen terhadap produk natural skincare dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor lainnya: kesadaran kesehatan, pengetahuan terhadap produk, persepsi harga, dan persepsi ketersediaan. Survei terhadap 227 responden dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang terstruktur. Data kemudian dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kesadaran kesehatan, persepsi harga dan persepsi ketersediaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap perempuan muda terhadap produk natural skincare. Selanjutnya, sikap terhadap produk natural skincare dan norma subjektif terbukti memiliki pengaruh pada sikap terhadap pembelian produk natural skincare. Sementara itu, hanya norma subjektif yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi perempuan muda untuk membeli produk natural skincare.

The market of green beauty products and consumer preference for naturally derived ingredients are expanding worldwide. In addition, young women represent an emerging ecological segment for green beauty and personal care products. However, there are still few researches about consumer behavior towards natural skincare products. Hence, the purpose of this research is to investigate young female consumers rsquo behavioral intention with regard to purchasing natural skincare products in Jabodetabek, Indonesia. The Theory of Planned Behavior was used for the research as it is one of the most widely used theories for investigating consumers rsquo behavioral intention. This research also used attitude towards natural skincare product as an additional variable to predict TPB. The variable was influenced by four more factors health consciousness, product knowledge, perceived price, and perceived availability to predict attitude towards natural skincare products. The survey for this research was collected from 227 respondents through structured questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SEM Structural Equation Modeling . Results have confirmed that health consciousness, perceived price, and perceived availability influence young female consumers attitude towards natural skincare products. The results also showed that attitude towards natural skincare products and subjective norm positively influence attitude towards purchasing natural skincare products. Meanwhile, subjective norm does not have any influences in purchasing intention."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ulasan online di aplikasi Zomato sebagai situs panduan restoran online adalah kredibel atau dapat dipercaya oleh penggunanya, untuk menganalisis apakah informasi yang tersedia di aplikasi Zomato mempengaruhi persepsi individu ketika pengguna mereka mengadopsi informasi tersebut sebagai proses di mana orang-orang yang terlibat dalam menggunakan informasi dapat mempengaruhi citra merek fungsional dan hedonis dari aplikasi Zomato. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk mengungkap hubungan antara kredibilitas ulasan online, kegunaan informasi dan adopsi informasi dan sikapnya terhadap citra merek fungsional dan hedonis dari aplikasi Zomato sebagai panduan restoran paling terkenal di Indonesia. Kemudian, penelitian ini memiliki 200 responden pada survei online yang dilakukan di Jabodetabek, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jika konsumen dapat menginvestasikan waktunya untuk browsing atau membaca ulasan online yang dapat dipercaya, maka konsumen yakin bahwa motivasi fungsional atau nilai mereka terhadap merek dapat terpenuhi. Sedangkan konsumen yang pernah mengalami motivasi hedonis suatu merek rela meluangkan waktunya untuk membaca ulasan online karena mereka merasakan kepuasan dan kesenangan membaca masukan dari pelanggan lain di halaman review. Namun, ulasan yang diberikan di Zomato tidak selalu informatif dan membantu para pembaca untuk membuat keputusan yang cepat. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan variabel adopsi informasi yang juga berpengaruh positif terhadap citra merek fungsional. Artinya semakin besar adopsi informasi yang dilakukan oleh konsumen maka citra merek fungsional aplikasi Zomato sebagai aplikasi restaurant guide juga semakin meningkat. Temuan penelitian ini berimplikasi pada manajer pemasaran untuk memahami perilaku pembelian dari masalah ini dan digunakan sebagai alat perencanaan strategis untuk potensi pasar di masa depan dan melanjutkan kesuksesan Aplikasi Zomato yang ada.

This study aims to examine whether the online reviews in the Zomato application as an online restaurant guide site is credible or can be trusted by their users, to analyse whether the information available in the Zomato application affects individual perceptions when their users adopt this information as a process where people are involved in using the information can influence the functional and hedonic brand image of the Zomato app. Specifically, the study used Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to unveil the relationship between credibility of online reviews, information usefulness and information adoption and its attitude towards functional and hedonic brand image of Zomato application as the most well-known restaurant search engine and online review platform in Indonesia. Moreover, this research had 200 respondents on the online survey that was conducted in the Greater Area of Jakarta, Indonesia. The results of this study indicates that if consumers are able to invest their time on browsing or reading trustworthy online reviews, then customers believe that their functional motivation or value towards the brand can be satisfied. While, consumers who have experienced the hedonic motivation of a brand are willing to spend their time reading online reviews because they experience a sense of satisfaction and pleasure about reading feedbacks of other customers in the review page. However, the reviews provided on Zomato are not always informative and help the readers to make quick decisions in deciding where or what to eat. This study also shows the information adoption variable also has a positive effect on the functional brand image. This means that the greater the information adoption made by consumers, the functional brand image of the Zomato application as a restaurant guide application also increases. The findings of this study have implications for the marketing managers to understand the purchasing behaviour of this matter and to be used as a strategic planning tool for future market potential and continued success of Zomato Application."

"Dengan meningkatnya jumlah ritel di Indonesia, pasar modern dituntut memiliki keunggulan kompetitif untuk dapat bersaing. Pop-up store experience menjadi salah satu strategi marketing yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan willingness to pay dan brand loyalty konsumen. Willingness to pay dan brand loyalty tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh pop-up store experience, namun juga oleh perceived uniqueness, scarcity, dan hedonic shopping value yang merupakan karakteristik dari pop-up store experience. Penelitian ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pop-up store experience terhadap willingness to pay dan brand loyalty konsumen dengan mempertimbangkan perceived uniqueness, scarcity, dan hedonic shopping value. Sampel penelitian ini adalah penduduk Jabodetabek yang termasuk dalam usia angkatan kerja dan mengetahui adanya jenis toko berupa pop-up store. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penelitian ini membuktikan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pop-up store experience dengan perceived uniqueness, scarcity, hedonic shopping value, dan willingness to pay secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari pop-up store experience terhadap brand loyalty secara langsung, kecuali variabel tersebut dimediasi oleh perceived uniqueness, scarcity, dan hedonic shopping value.

As the number of retailers in Indonesia increases, modern markets are demanded to have competitive advantages to be able to compete. Based on this condition, pop-up store experience become one of the marketing strategies that is aimed to increase consumers willingness to pay and brand loyalty. Consumers willingness to pay and brand loyalty does not just affect by pop-up store experience, but also with perceived uniqueness, scarcity, and hedonic shopping value which is also the characteristics of pop-up store experience. Therefore, this study aims to see the effect of pop-up store experience on consumers willingness to pay and brand loyalty with the consideration of perceived uniqueness, scarcity, and hedonic shopping value. Respondents of this study are Indonesian citizen who live in Jabodetabek, in the age of working labor, and have heardabout pop-up store before. This research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to process the data. The findings suggest factors that affected by pop-up store experience both directly and indirectly are perceived uniqueness, scarcity, hedonic shopping value, and willingness to pay. This study does not find any direct effect from pop-up store experience on brand loyalty, unless this variable is mediated by perceived uniqueness, scarcity, and hedonic shopping value."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lanjutan dari Kasri (2013) yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya sepertiga donator muslim yang secara rutin berdonasi melalui lembaga donasi formal, di mana hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa lembaga formal belum mengimplementasikan pemasaran relasional yang tepat untuk mempertahankan kepercayaan dan komitmen para donornya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi dan memvalidasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan dan komitmen para donatur muslim terhadap lembaga donasi formal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner online yang melibatkan sekitar 190 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Model (LISREL) dan juga analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan dan komitmen para donator muslim terhadap lembaga donasi formal adalah Perceived Ability, Perceived Benevolence, Shared Values. Sedangkan hubungan trust ke komitmen dimediasi secara parsial oleh Non-Material Benefit. Selain itu, penelitian juga menjabarkan dan menganalisis informasi umum lainnya terkait perilaku dan persepsi donator muslim dalam menyumbang baik ke lembaga formal maupun jalur informal.

ABSTRACT
This study follows-up Kasri (2013) that shows more than sixty percent of the Muslim people in Indonesia donates through informal charitable distribution channel. This indicates that formal charitable institutions have not implemented the proper relationship marketing framework to maintain trust and commitment of its donors. Hence, this paper aims to elaborate and provide validation on the drivers of trust and commitment of Muslim donors to the formal charitable organizations The study was performed with quantitative approach using online questionnaire involving about 190 respondents. The analysis was conducted with Structural Equation Model and also descriptive analysis. The study resulted that factors the drivers of trust and commitment of Muslim donors to formal charitable organizations were confirmed as Perceived Ability, Perceived Benevolence and Shared Values Moreover, the relationship between trust and commitmen is mpartially mediated by Non-Material Benefit. In addition, the paper also describes the other general information related to Muslim donor`s behavior and perception."

"Cause-related Marketing (CRM) semakin popular karena perkembangan media sosial dapat membantu menyebarkan informasi dan konten dari perusahaan ke banyak auidience. CRM termasuk program CSR yang memberikan bantuan kepada pihak tertentu saat konsumen membeli produk CRM. Kesuksesan penerapan CRM memberi manfaat kepada perusahaan dalam bentuk attitude dan reputasi, kepada cause yang dibantu dan konsumen sendiri. Oleh karena itu penerapan CRM menjadi lebih kompetitif antar brand, sehingga penting bagi pemasar untuk memahami strategi dalam merancang program CRM yang efektif. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perbandingan penerapan strategi CRM yang dilakukan oleh luxury brand maupun non-luxury brand yaitu visibilitas kampanye dan donation proximity terhadap evaluasi konsumen berupa brand attitude, willingness to publish dan referral intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2x2 yaitu brand level (luxury vs. non-luxury) x visibilitas (conspicuous vs. non-conspicuous) x donation proximity (national vs. international) dengan juga menguji pengaruh perceived quality dan brand familiarity terhadap evaluasi konsumen. Hasil ANCOVA dan MANCOVA yang digunakan untuk menguji perbedaan evaluasi antar 8 kombinasi strategi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan efek penerapan strategi visibilitas, donation proximity dan brand level terhadap evaluasi konsumen. Kombinasi strategi luxury brand, conspicuous campaign dan national donation menghasilkan brand attitude, willingness to publish dan referral intention paling tinggi.

Cause-related marketing (CRM) is increasingly popular because the development of social media enables the firm to spread marketing content to many audiences. CRM is a form of CSR program that assists a cause when customers purchase goods from CRM program. Successful implementation of CRM benefits the company, the helping cause and the consumers themselves. Therefore, CRM implementation becomes more competitive amongst brands; thus, marketers need to consider strategies when developing a CRM program. This research examines the contrast of how brands execute techniques in running CRM, including campaign visibility and the donation proximity to customer assessments. The research method used is an experiment with a factorial design of 2x2x2, namely brand level (luxury vs. non-luxury) x visibility (conspicuous vs. non-conspicuous) x donation proximity (national vs. international) by also testing the effect of perceived quality and brand familiarity. ANCOVA and MANCOVA used to test the differences in responses between 8 combinations of strategies show that there are differences in the effect of applying the strategies to consumer assessments. The combination of luxury brand strategy, conspicuous campaign, and national donation results in the highest value of brand attitude, willingness to publish, and referral intention."

"Dalam satu dekade terakhir, pertumbuhan usaha kuliner di Indonesia sangat cepat. Warunk Upnormal muncul sebagai salah satu usaha yang tingkat pertumbuhannya sangat tinggi. Bagaimana Warunk Upnormal menjaga kualitas layanannya agar konsumen tetap merasa puas dan loyal? Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh service quality, perceived value pada customer satisfaction dan loyalty yang dilakukan Warunk Upnormal di Jakarta. Menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, kuesioner penelitian dibagikan kepada sebanyak 245 responden. Software yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah SPSS dan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa service quality yang dilakukan oleh Warunk Upnormal berpengaruh postif terhadap customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction yang pada akhirnya memberikan pengaruh positif pada loyalitas pelanggan. Menarik untuk disikapi bahwa hasil dari variabel perceived value memperlemah hubungan antara service quality terhadap customer satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya diberikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan.

In the past decade, the growth of culinary businesses in Indonesia is very fast. Warunk Upnormal emerged as one of the businesses whose growth rates were very high. How does Warunk Upnormal maintain the quality of its services so that consumers remain satisfied and ultimately loyal? This study studies the effect of service quality, perceived value on customer satisfaction and loyalty by Warunk Upnormal in Jakarta. Using the non-probability sampling technique, questionnaire distributed to 245 respondents. This research was processed using SPSS and SmartPLS 3.0 tools. Realizing the quality of service performed by Warunk Upnormal determines positively to customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction determines which eventually provide a positif impact toward customer loyalty. It is interesting to note here that the perceives value aparently weakning the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Managerial implication and and suggestions for further research are given based on the research report."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kognitif dan afektif dari country image kepada repurchase intention konsumen terhadap produk skin care dari Korea Selatan. Beberapa tahun belakangan ini dunia Korea semakin dikenal dan mendunia, khususnya dibidang entertainment. Banyak pengaruh yang datang dari musiknya yaitu melalui boyband dan girlband nya, serta drama Korea yang sangat menarik perhatian berbagai orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat adanya pengaruh dari demam Korea atau Hallyu Wave, yang masuk ke Indonesia dan mempengaruhi pembelian dari konsumen-konsumennya terkait dengan produk skin care. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa yang dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention dari produk skin care Korea Selatan ternyata bukan hanya dari country image, melainkan dari beberapa variabel juga seperti product image, word of mouth, dan perceived price.

This study is intended to see if there are cognitive and affective infulences from country image to repurchase intention of customers toward skin care product from South Korea. A few years back in the beauty world of korea, it is getting more well known globally, especially in the entertainment field. A lot of influences are coming from the music through their boybands and girlbands, also the famous Korean Drama that attracts a lot of intention from the people. The purpose of this study is to see if there is an influence from Korean Fever or Hallyu Wave, that goes into Indonesia and the effect of buying from the custumers regarding the skin care product. The results of this study proves the one who can influence repurchase intention for skin care product from South Korea is not just from country image itself, however through several variables like product image, word of mouth, and perceived price.
