Abstrak :
This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 8th International Workshop on Computational Processing of the Portuguese Language, PROPOR 2012, held in Coimbra, Portugal in April 2012. The 24 revised full papers and 23 revised short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 86 submissions. These papers cover the areas related to phonology, morphology and POS-Tagging, acquisition, language resources, linguistic description, syntax and parsing, semantics, opinion analysis, natural language processing applications, speech production and phonetics, speech resources, speech processing and applications.

ABSTRAK
This research essay will examine whether or not regulatory reform will succeed in providing a good regulation that gives significant effect to the development agenda, particularly in developing of the hydroelectric power plant which eventually fulfil citizen's electricity needs. In order to obtain the license in developing hydroelectric power plant, the investor has to engage with at least 6 ministries at the national level and with the local government. The institutions are the Ministry of Public works, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Forestry, Capital Investment Coordinating Board, State Electricity Company and Ministry of Finance. In each institution, the investors have to do some stages which mostly take a very long time. Until this recent time, the investors of hydroelectric power plant must comply with at least forty four national level regulation and should gain at least fourteen license from the various ministries. The figure does not include the license from the local goverment such as principle permits, location permits. License zoning, building permits and nuisance permit (hinderordonnantie). Regulation problems that occurred in the process of developing hydroelectric power plant greatly hamper the effort on providing electricity to all Indonesia's citizen. To overcome this issue, national strategy on regulatory reform was made. While reconceptualization on regulatory making process strategy and the capacity building on the policy and regulatory maker strategy might increase the effectivity on the implementation of upcoming regulation, regulatory simplification is the effective strategy that can accurately overcome the existing regulatory problem in developing a hydroelectric power plant in Indonesia.

Berbagai kasus remaja seperti tawuran, pencurian, narkoba, dan sex bebas yang terjadi tahun 2011 menunjukan bahwa banyak sekali remaja Indonesia yang memiliki pengendalian stress yang tidak tepat. Pengendalian diri terhadap stress yang disebut koping, dibentuk oleh lingkungan yang mendominansi remaja seperti akademik dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara interaksi sosial dan kemampuan akademik terhadap pemilihan koping pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang serta menggunakan 108 sampel siswa SMAN 14 Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa karakteristik responden tidak ada hubungan dengan kemampuan interaksi sosial, akademik, dan pemilihan mekanisme koping kecuali variabel suku (p value 0.028; α 0.05). selain hal tersebut tidak ada hubungan antara kemampuan akademik dan interaksi sosial terhadap pemilihan mekanisme koping individu. ......Various juvenile cases such as brawl, theft, drugs, and free sex that occurred in 2011 showed that many Indonesian teenagers who have improper control stress. Stress self-control called coping, is formed by a teenager such environments mendominansi academic and social. This study aims to determine the relationship between social interaction and academic skills to the selection of coping in adolescents. This study uses a descriptive correlational design with a cross sectional sample of 108 students and use SMAN 14 Jakarta. Results of this study found that the characteristics of the respondents are not related to the ability of social interaction, academic, and coping mechanisms election unless the tribe variable (p value = 0.028; α 00:05). other than that there is no relationship between academic ability and social interaction for the selection of individual coping mechanisms.

Abstrak :
Pola asuh orang tua merupakan suatu dukungan ataupun motivasi bagi korban bullying untuk patuh dalam menjalani rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis pola asuh orang tua dengan kepatuhan korban bullying dalam menjalani rehabilitasi. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kolerasi menggunakan sampel 50 responden (usia rata-rata 16,1) yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen pola asuh orang tua (0,507; r tabel = 0,317: reliabel) Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 44% tidak patuh dan 56% patuh dalam menjalani proses rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis pola asuh orang tua dengan kepatuhan korban bullying dalam menjalani proses rehabilitasi (p value = 0,208; α = 0,05). Disarakan bagi peneliti lain untuk dapat meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak adanya hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kepatuhan.

The type of parenting is a motivation or can be a support for victim of bullying to be compliance in rehab. This study to determine the relationship between the type of parenting with compliance bullied in rehab. The study design was a descriptive correlation using a sample of 50 respondents (average age 16.1) were selected with a total sampling technique. The instrument used is a parenting instrument (0.507; r = 0.317 table: reliable). The results showed that 44% of non-compliant and 56% compliant to undergo rehabilitation process. This study shows that there was no significant relationship between the type of parenting with bullying victim compliance in undergoing the process of rehabilitation (p value = 0.208; α = 0,05). It is recommended for other researchers to be able to examine the factors that influence the lack of association between parenting parents with compliance.

Perawat merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang sangat beresiko mengalami burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan burnout dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Metropolitan Medical Centre Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskripsi korelasi dengan responden sebanyak 110 orang yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner modifikasi Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) dan kuesioner Rivai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Burnout dengan Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Metropolitan Medical Centre (p value = 0,018; α = 0,05). Tingkat burnout yang dialami perawat termasuk kategori sedang, dan kinerja yang dicapai oleh perawat dalam kategori kinerjanya baik, menggambarkan bahwa perawat bekerja secara profesional meskipun mengalami burnout tingkat sedang. Penelitian ini menyarankan rumah sakit agar memperhatikan tingkat kejenuhan untuk menghindari pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat.

Nurses are one of the professions vulnerable to burnout. This study aim is to determine the relationship between burnout and nurses work performance at Metropolitan Medical Centre Hospital, Jakarta. The research design of this study was descriptive-correlation with 110 samples selected using simple random sampling technique. Research instrument was modified Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Rivai Questionnaire. Study result showed a significant relationship between burnout and the work performance of nurses at Metropolitan Medical Centre Hospital (p value = 0,018; α = 0,05). Burnout level of nurses was moderate, and nurses showed good work performance. This finding suggested nurses work professionally despite the level of burnout was moderate. It is recommended to hospitals to regard the level of burnout to avoid influence on nurses work performance.

Pelayanan kegawatdaruratan onkologi merupakan pelayanan kondisi akut mengancam kehidupan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pelayanan kesehatan adalah upaya yang dilakukan secara sendiri atau bersama sama dalam suatu organisasi untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan mencegah dan mengobati penyakit serta memulihkan kesehatan yang ditujukan terhadap perorangan kelompok dan masyarakat. Metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan tekni cross sectional bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan kualitas asuhan keperawatan pada kasus onkologi di rumah sakit kanker Dharmais Jakarta. Penelitian ini melibatkan 53 responden perawat dan 53 responden pasien dengan teknik proportional sampling. Hasil analisis bivariat menjelaskan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan kenyamanan p 0 19 0 05 Pengetahuan perawat perlu ditingkatkan tentang kegawatan onkologi serta menerapkan perilaku caring sehingga pasien lebih merasa nyaman.

An oncology emergency service acute care conditions life theretening either directly or indirectly. Health care is the effort made by themselves or together in an organization to maintain and promote health prevent and treat disease and restore health are directed against individuals groups and comunities. This research method with a descriptive analytic cross sectional technique aims to determine the relationship of nurses knowledge toward the quality of nursing care in the case of oncology at the cancer hospital Dharmais Jakarta. The study involved 53 respondents nurses and 53 respondents patiens with proportional sampling technique. Results showed there is no significant relationship between the level of knowledge toward the quality of nursing care comfort Knowledge of nurses needs to be improved about the gravity of oncology and implement caring behaviors so that patients feel more comfortable.

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada remaja yang memiliki kecenderungan berperilaku agresif seperti berkelahi, memukul, mencubit, mendorong, menendang, mengancam, mengejek, memberi sebutan buruk dan menyindir orang lain, dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara pola komunikasi keluarga dengan perilaku agresif remaja. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelatif. Data didapat dengan membagikan kuesioner mengenai perilaku agresif dan pola komunikasi keluarga kepada 100 siswa SMAN 4 Bekasi yang berkecenderungan atau pernah melakukan perilaku agresif. Dari analisa bivariat menggunakan chi-square test didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pola komunikasi keluarga dengan perilaku agresif remaja. Hasil penelitian ini berbeda dengan beberapa teori dan penelitian sebelumnya. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena terdapat beberapa faktor yang juga mempengaruhi perilaku remaja.

Abstract
The study focused on adolescents who have a tendency to aggressive behavior such as fighting, hitting, pinching, pushing, kicking, threatening, taunting, giving a bad name and insinuated other people. The aims of this study is to determine the relationship between family communication patterns with aggressive behavior in adolescents. This is a quantitive research mode which is use correlative descriptive design. Data was collected by distributed questionnaires of aggressive behavior and family communication pattern to the 100 students of SMAN 4 Bekasi, who is prone to or have had aggressive behavior. From the bivariate analysis using chi-square test, found that there was no significant relationship between family communication patterns with aggressive behavior in asolescents. These results contrast to some previous theory and research. This can happen because there are several factors that also affect the behavior of adolescents.

Perilaku bunuh diri merupakan penyebab kematian utama pada klien skizofrenia yang mengakibatkan kesedihan dan kerugian yang tidak terukur terhadap individu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Tindakan keperawatan ners, Cognitive Therapy dan Sosial Skiil Training diberikan pada klien bertujuan untuk menurunkan tanda gejala risiko percobaan bunuh diri, meningkatkan harga diri klien, mampu mnegontrol emosi dan perilaku, memanfaatkan system pendukung yang ada, mampu mengendalikan keinginan untuk mencederai diri sendiri serta meningkatkan kemampuan klien dalam bersosialisasi dengan orang lain. Tindakan keperawatan diberikan kepada 10 klien risiko bunuh diri 5 klien mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan Ners generalis dan Ners Spesialis Cognitive therapy dan 5 klien mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners generalis, ners spesialis cognitive therapy dan social skill training dengan menggunakan pendekatan model stres adaptasi stuart. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terjadi penurunan tanda gejala risiko bunuh diri pada aspek kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial, terjadi peningkatan harga diri klien dan kemampuan klien dalam bersosialisasi dengan orang lain, dan tindakan keperawatan ners generalis, ners spesialis cognitive therapy dan sosial skill training mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pada klien yang hanya mendapatkan pemberian tindakan keperawatan Ners generalis dan Ners Spesialis Cognitive therapy. Hasil penanganan kasus ini merekomendasikan pentingnya tindakan keperawatan ners generalis, ners spesialis cognitive therapy dan sosial skill training dan melakukan pengawasan evaluasi stressor yang muncul serta perlunya kolaborasi dengan tim medis dalam pemberian antidepresan. ......Suicidal behavior is the leading cause of death in schizophrenic clients resulting in grief of suffering, and unmeasured harm to individuals, families and communities. Nursing intervention and Cognitive Therapy and Social Skiil Training SST are given to clients aimed at reducing the risk symptom signs of attempted suicide, increasing client self esteem, being able to control emotions and behavior, utilizing existing support systems, self injury and improve the ability of clients in socializing with others. Nursing Intervention, CT and SST were given to 5 clients of risk suicide 5 clients received Ners generalist action and Ners Specialist Cognitive therapy and 5 clients received ners generalist treatment, cognitive therapy ners specialist and social skill training by using the stuart tress adaptation model approach. The finding indicated decrease in signs of suicide risk symptoms on the aspects of cognitive, affective, physiological, behavioral and social aspects, increasing client 39 s self esteem and the ability of clients in socializing with others and ners generalist actions, specialist cognitive therapy and social skills training has a better effect than the clients who only get nursing treatment Generalist Ners and Ners Specialist Cognitive therapy. The results of this case recommend the importance of generalist nursing actions, specialist cognitive therapy and social skills training and monitoring evaluating the emerging stressors as well as the need for collaboration with the medical team in the administration of antidepressants
