"Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM), seperti hipertensi, merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan di Indonesia. Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) merupakan program BPJS Kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk menjamin pasokan obat bagi pasien dengan penyakit kronis, termasuk hipertensi. Namun, pelaksanaan PRB seringkali tidak sesuai dengan harapan karena kurangnya responsivitas pasien terhadap program ini (Noverdita, 2017). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma 0254 Pos Pengumben dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara retrospektif terhadap pasien hipertensi yang mengikuti PRB dari Maret 2023 hingga April 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari total 689 pasien hipertensi yang mengambil obat selama periode Maret-April 2023, sebanyak 397 pasien atau 57,62% patuh dalam mengikuti pengobatan, 179 pasien atau 25,98% tidak patuh, dan 113 pasien atau 16,40% merupakan pasien baru.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as hypertension, are significant public health issues in Indonesia. The Referral Back Program (RBP) is a program by BPJS Health aimed at ensuring medication supply for patients with chronic diseases, including hypertension. However, the implementation of RBP often does not meet expectations due to patients' lack of responsiveness to this program (Noverdita, 2017). This research was conducted at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 0254 Pengumben Branch using a retrospective data collection method on hypertensive patients participating in the RBP from March 2023 to April 2023. The results showed that out of a total of 689 hypertensive patients who took medication during the March-April 2023 period, 397 patients or 57.62% were compliant with their medication, 179 patients or 25.98% were non-compliant, and 113 patients or 16.40% were new patients."

"Diabetes melitus (DM) adalah penyakit metabolik yang melibatkan peningkatan kadar glukosa darah yang tidak semestinya. Data laporan WHO tahun 2003 menunjukkan bahwa hanya 50% pasien DM di negara maju memenuhi pengobatan yang diberikan. Tingkat kepatuhan pengobatan pasien untuk proses terapi pada pasien penyakit kronis di negara berkembang rata-rata hanya 50%. Pada DM yang tidak terkendali dapat terjadi komplikasi sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas hidup dan mempengaruhi perekonomian. Tujuan dari laporan praktik kerja ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan pasien diabetes program PRB. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode pengumpulan data kunjungan pasien PRB yang didapatkan berdasarkan pencatatan rate isi ulang obat (kontinuitas) antidiabetes periode Maret 2023 di bulan April 2023 diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel serta SPSS. Didapatkan kesimpulan terdapat 124 pasien (68,51%) patuh terhadap pengobatan diabetes melitus dan 57 pasien (31,49%) tidak patuh terhadap pengobatan diabetes melitus serta ada atau tidak adanya komorbid tidak mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan pasien.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease that involves an undue increase in blood glucose levels. WHO report data in 2003 showed that only 50% of DM patients in developed countries fulfilled the treatment given. The level of patient medication adherence to the therapy process in chronic disease patients in developing countries is only 50% on average. In uncontrolled DM, complications can occur that affect the quality of life and affect the economy. The purpose of this work practice report is to describe the adherence of diabetic patients to the PRB program. The research methodology used was the method of collecting data on PRB patient visits obtained based on recording the anti-diabetic drug refill rate (continuity) for the period March 2023 to April 2023, processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. It was concluded that there were 124 patients (68.51%) adherent to diabetes mellitus treatment and 57 patients (31.49%) non-adherence to diabetes mellitus treatment and the presence or absence of comorbidities did not affect patient treatment adherence."

"Analisis resep pada pasien program rujuk balik memainkan peran krusial dalam memastikan keselamatan dan keberhasilan perawatan pasien. Analisis resep dilakukan guna memverifikasi kesesuaian obat dengan diagnosis pasien, mencegah kesalahan atau kontraindikasi dalam pengobatan, serta memantau interaksi obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah jumlah pemenuhan obat antihipertensi PRB di Apotek Kimia Farma Pos Pengumben pada Bulan Februari 2023 serta mengkaji resep obat antihipertensi pasien PRB. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil data resep pasien PRB pada bulan Februari 2023, lalu diolah untuk mengetahui pola peresepan obat. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pemilihan 3 resep untuk dikaji menurut aspek administrasi, farmasetis, dan klinis. Jumlah obat antihipertensi pasien PRB untuk kebutuhan 30 hari sudah dapat dipenuhi oleh Apotek Kimia Farma Kemayoran dengan total 30486 obat antihipertensi dari 456 resep pasien PRB. Pada resep pasien PRB yang mengandung obat antihipertensi ditemukan beberapa masalah terkait obat seperti efek samping dan interaksi antara obat yang perlu diperhatikan. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan mengubah jadwal konsumsi obat pasien atau dengan memberikan obat tambahan untuk mengatasi efek samping yang muncul pada pasien...... The analysis of prescriptions in Back-Referral Program (BRP) plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and success of patient treatment. Prescription analysis aims to verify the suitability of prescribed medications with the patient's diagnosis, prevent errors or contraindications in treatment, and monitor drug interactions. This study aims to examine the fulfillment of antihypertensive medication prescriptions for PRB patients at Apotek Kimia Farma Pos Pengumben in February 2023 and assess the prescriptions for antihypertensive drugs. The research involved collecting prescription data from PRB patients in February 2023 and analyzing the prescribing patterns. Subsequently, three prescriptions were selected for evaluation based on administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. The quantity of antihypertensive drugs for PRB for 30 days use was met by Apotek Kimia Farma Kemayoran, totaling 30,486 antihypertensive drugs from 456 patient prescriptions. Several drug-related issues were identified in the prescriptions containing antihypertensive drugs, such as side effects and drug interactions that need attention. These issues can be addressed by adjusting the patient's medication schedule or providing additional medication to manage the observed side effects."
