"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Divisi Layanan Bisnis Syariah PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera. Untuk mengukur variabel motivasi kerja digunakan 5 (lima) indikator dari "motivator factor Herzberg", sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja diukur dengan menggunakan 20 indikator dari "The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire". Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah sample yang diambil sama banyaknya dengan jumlah populasi penelitian yaitu sebanyak 30 orang karyawan. Untuk mengukur kekuatan hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja digunakan korelasi Spearman-Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Divisi Layanan Bisnis Syariah PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera.terdapat hubungan yang positif dengan kekuatan hubungan ditampilkan sedang. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa pihak perusahaan hendaknya memperhatikan dan memperbaiki beberapa indikator yang masih dirasa kurang baik oleh karyawan.

ABSTRACT
This study focused to know the correlation between work motivation with work satisfaction at Syariah Business Division employee in PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera. This research use 5 (five) indicators from "Herzberg motivation factors" for work motivation, and use 20 (twenty) indicators from "The Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire" for work satisfaction. This research is quantitative explanative interpretive. The data were collected by survey, namely use questionaire. Because population only amounting to 30 people, hence level of sample is equal with level of population. To check relation between variable work motivation with work satisfaction, used by Correlation of Spearman-Rho. The result revealed that between work motivation with work satisfaction at Syariah Business Division employee in PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera there are a relation which are positive and presented is middle. The researcher suggest that company should improve several things which there is still less."

"Human resources is an important asset in an organization, inclusive of governance institution. Human resources management in organization is an systems with complex. Therefore, the organization required an integrated systems which can accommodate the officer data better. Personel Management Information System (SIMPEG) represent an integrated computerized system can be used in human resource management. The basic problem of this research is 'how the implementation of Personel Management Information System at Personel Bureau of Domestic Departement and its implementation barriers'. This research arranged to analyze how the implementation of Personel Management Information System at Personel Bureau of Domestic Departement. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach. Primary data were gathered through in depth interview using guidance. Secondary data were gathered through literature study.
Based on research conducted, in the implementation, Personel Management Information System (SIMPEG) has able to provide and manage information about all personel at Domestic Department as decision support systems. SIMPEG related to 5 things: hardware, software, brainware, netware, and dataware that connected and influenced each other. Barriers in application happened because 3 things: limit of budgets, internal accessibilities limitations, and low quality of human resources.
Result from this research are result of information from SIMPEG have good, but its applying not yet optimal, because use result of SIMPEG information still be depended from itself user. There are four suggestion based on research summary: (1) more attention to budget from government, (2) repair of network problem at internal of Domestic Departement and Local Government."

"Penelitian ini membahas persepsi kepuasan karyawan terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 21 karyawan tetap bagian operasional di Wisma Makara UI, Depok dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif.
Kesimpulan atas hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa karyawan mempunyai persepsi kepuasan yang tinggi atas faktor karakteristik pekerjaan, kondisi kerja yang menyenangkan, dukungan rekan kerja, penyeliaan dan dimensi kesesuaian kepribadian-pekerjaan. Skor tertinggi untuk persepsi kepuasan yang tinggi ditunjukkan oleh faktor kesesuaian kepribadian-pekerjaan dengan nilai skor 83,67. Untuk faktor ganjaran yang diterima mendapatkan skor 49,143, sehingga menunjukkan bahwa karyawan memiliki persepsi kepuasan yang rendah.
Dari hasil penelitian ini kiranya dapat disarankan agar pengelola/pimpinan Wisma Makara lebih memberikan perhatian kepada karyawan sebagai wujud kepedulian atas kepuasan kerja karyawan, khususnya terhadap aspek kepantasan ganjaran yang diterima karyawan dengan memperhatikan unsur keadilan dan kesesuaian.

This study focused to analyze the satisfaction perception of employee toward the factors that influence job satisfaction. For this research, data were collected from 21 permanent employees in operational department of Wisma Makara UI by using quantitative approach with descriptive method.
The result revealed that the employee have high satisfaction's perception toward the factor such as well-job characteristic, enjoyable working conditions, co-workers support, supervision and the job conformity. The highest score of high satisfaction's employee perception revealed by the job conformity with score 83,67. Perception of low satisfaction showed by the reward factor with score 49,143.
As suggestion based on this study, the chairman of Wisma Makara should pay more attention to the factors that influence job satisfaction, especially in reward factor with consider equitability and conformity aspects."

"Organization well off inside area nominalizing particle always change, cause of that organization with economic base must be more responsive with change in era free market, in other that for organization can survive from tight competition. PT. EMS Indoappliances to confront the free market with tight competition attempt to create opportunity with rise new business in Indonesia. To deal with new business PT. EMS need human resources with good skill dan personality. Human play an important role in build, manage and develop organization. The leader have a big challenge to motivate the employee to work harder and make the employee more productive to achieve aim organization/company, for that situation the leader need to know the knowledge abaout motivation. This research has objective to know about work motivation of the employee in PT. EMS Indoappliances and also to know employee PT.EMS Indoappliaces perception about motivation.
The research in PT.EMS Indoappliances take around 45 sample (fourty five) of responden from 62 (sixty two) of EMS employee. The research rapproachement to quantitative methode, to process questionnaire data become frequency table and interview data to support the research. This research based on Frederich Herzberg theory which devide work motivation into 2 (two) dimension that is intrinsic dimension and extrinsic dimension. Intrinsic dimension is motivation factor from work it self such as acknowledgement, achievement, work it self, responsibility, promotion and development career. And the extrinsic dimension it is came from outer work such as company administration policy, company supervision, work condition, work relation, salary and work peacefulness.
Result from this research are that Intrinsic motivation factor more dominated than extrinsic factor, this result has positive value because be in accordance with FrederichHerzberg theory that intrinsic factor ( factor from work it self ) will be main trigger for employee and will give employee gratification by doing they job, extrinsic factor only impact as a trigger to the employee for a while because the trait for maintenance.Further the employee perception about work motivation in PT.EMS indoappliances for intrinsic factor very good and for extrinsic factor is well. The suggestion from this research that PT.EMS indoappliances company management should be more enrich of the jobdesk from each employee and give the employee more responsible to make each employee more productive,creative and also improve their skill not only doing administration, marketing and support only. The management PT.EMS indoappliances need to concern for the employee carrer, rotation for allay employee bored with their job desk and routine activity and training from the company should be more manage. And the PT. EMS management need more concern about amount of salary and allowance for the employee because there is still negative perception, also the annuity for the employee to make they feel safe, comfortable and loyal.

"Every employee expecting better career improvement on his/her work life cycle and every company design career development path for its employee to motivate them for work better and to developing human resources. One of the tools that used by company to gives promotion for employee is performance assessment result. An employee that has good performance will be promoting on career development. PT. Sumiati Ekspor Internasional, a handicraft export-import company, is one of the company that has a commitment to promoting its employee for better managerial position in the company. Promotion on career development is based on employee performance assessment result.
This research focused on studying correlation between performance and career development of Back Office Staff at PT. Sumiati Ekspor Internasional. On this research, performance variable is used as independent variable and carrier development variable is used as dependent variable. Analysis to answer research question based on theory of performance by John M. Ivancevich and theory of career development by Gouzali Saydam. Quantitative approach and descriptive type are used to conduct this research. Population and sample used on research are 72 Back Office Staffs at PT. Sumiati Ekspor Internasional. Likert Scale with ordinal data and Spearman Rank Order are used to analyzing correlation between performance and career development.
Based on research analysis, both of performance and career development variables can be categorize as good criteria. By Spearman Rank Order this research result shows that performance and career development have strong correlation. According on this study, the research gives conclusion that performance and career development have strong correlation, which it means that the better performance achievement the better career development of Back Office Staff at PT. Sumiati Ekspor Internasional."

"Liberalization of telecommunication industry which conducted since 2002 had change market structure in Indonesia. Liberalization telecommunication industry had encouraged presence of more operator, so that inter-operators competition among operators in attracting customers more tight as well. Refer to importance of qualified and quality human resource in the company, PT Infomedia Nusantara provide particular attention in the form of training and development of every existing human resources, especially for division Call Center 147. Appropriate training quality, thus it would be resulted employees who have high quality so that will improve company productivity and may compete in a more progressively tight business field nowadays.
Training quality is very important to increase knowledge and skill of the employees. Every company expects to get perfect training thus it will be resulted employees who have high quality. The objective of this research is knowing how the training was held and what the perception of the employees about the training.
This research implemented in call center 147 division of PT Infomedia Nusantara. The respondent of this research are totally 120 people. Method of research is survey and simple random sampling technique. Quantity of sample responden is 55 people. Data collecting method is using questioner and interview to the respondent. This research use quantitative approach to describe perception of the employees for the service excellent training which is held by PT Infomedia Nusantara Company.
This research had found that the service excellent training was held for two days that contain about knowledge of the company product and how to operate computer system. Service excellent training had good assessment from the employees it means that service excellent training had been done with good standart. Even that the training had good standart but the company must increase the quality of the training to get more excellent sevices. One of step to increase the quality of the training is change the place of training to another place that can reach for all of employees and session of the training can be added become three days.

"Skripsi ini menganalisis hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan keinginan mereka untuk berpindah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan 75 Sampel karyawan dengan tingkat Jr Clerk, Clerk, dan Senior Clerk yang diambil dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi rank Pearmen.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi merniliki hubungan positif dengan kepuasan kerja, dan berhubungan negatif dengan Turnover Intention. Sedangkan Kepuasan Kerja merniliki hubungan yang negatif dengan Turnover Intention. Untuk dapat mempertahankan Karyawan, maka perlu diperhatikan segala aspek-aspek terkait dengan kepuasan kerja.

This Reaserch analyze the relationship between organization culture with employee work satisfaction and their willing to quit. this research is quantitative explanative research with 75 employee samples on jr clerk, clerk, and senior clerk level that taken by using simple random sampling. The analysis method that used was Spearman Rank Correlation.
The founding of this research ils Organization Culture has positive correlation with work satisfaction, and negative correlated with turnover intention, while Job Satijaction has negative correlation with turnover intention. The company have to concern about employee job satisfaction in order to retaint theier employee.
