"ABSTRAKPraktek kerja profesi di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional Periode Bulan Maret-Mei Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Selama kegiatan praktik kerja berlangsung, penulis ditempatkan di departemen Quality System and Compliance. Tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu berjudul ldquo;Kualifikasi Personil rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional adalah memahami jenis kualifikasi personil di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional beserta proses pelaksanaannya. Secara umum, PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

In general, PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on products in the industry pharmacy. "ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional FIMA selama 2 dua bulan. Apoteker di industri farmasi memiliki peranan penting yaitu sebagai personil kunci, penanggungjawab produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu sesuai aspek-aspek yang terdapat di pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB agar dihasilkan obat yang memenuhi kriteria mutu, kemanfaatan, dan keamanan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah analisis gap penerapan GMP yaitu PIC/S, CPOB, WHO, dan EU di PT FIMA. Tujuan analisis gap ini untuk mengetahui pencapaian pemenuhan berbagai GMP di PT FIMA dan mengidentifikasi tindakan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai kinerja yang diharakan pada masa datang.

Apotecary in pharmaceutical industry have an important role as a key personnel, responsible for production, quality control, and quality assurance in accordance with aspects in Good Manufacturing Practices/GMP guidelines CPOB to produce drugs that meet the criteria of quality, usefulness, and safety. Special assignment entitled gap analysis of GMP implementation i.e PIC/S, CPOB, WHO, and EU guidelines at PT FIMA. The aims of this gap analysis is to know the achievement of various GMPs at PT FIMA and to identify the actions that necessary to archieve future performance. "

Finusolprima Farma Internasional terhadap Regulasi PIC/S, CPOB, TRS, dan EU Guidelines rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan/gap antara standar regulasi yang berlaku terhadap kondisi aktual yang dilakukan di PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional.

"Profesi Apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, apoteker dituntut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan manajerial, serta menguasai kemampuan dalam melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Apoteker tidak hanya perlu pengetahuan dalam bentuk teori namun, dibutuhkan juga praktik. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan calon apoteker dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Dankos Farma periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Atrika periode Mei – Juni 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

In providing pharmaceutical services, pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge, managerial skills, and master the ability to perform clinical pharmacy services. Pharmacists do not only need knowledge in the form of theory but also practice. The knowledge and skills of prospective pharmacists can be improved through Professional Practice of Pharmacist activities. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Dankos Farma for the period January – February 2022 and Apotek Atrika for the May – June 2022 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."
