"Direktorat Jenderal Bina Usaha Kementerian Kesehatan RI menyatakan bahwa tahun 2020 semua rumah sakit di Indonesia harus sudah menerapkan green hospital, namun di lapangan belum semua rumah sakit yang mengimplementasikan green hospital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesiapan RSIA Assalam dalam kesiapan menuju green hospital berdasarkan pedoman Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif  dengan metode studi kasus. Penilaian kesiapan green hospital dilakukan dengan skoring self assessment green hospital Kementerian Kesehatan. Setelah dilakukan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa kesiapan green hospital di RSIA Assalam secara keseluruhan mencapai total 50%, dengan perincian kepemimpinan 50%, lokasi dan landscape 50%, bangunan RS 71%, pengelolaan bahan kimia dan B3 54%, pengelolaan limbah 71%, efisiensi energi 7%, efisiensi air 33%, kebersihan lingkungan dan sektor penyakit 80%, pengelolaan makanan 80%, kualitas udara 40%, inovasi lain terkait green hospital 0%, penghargaan bidang kesehatan lingkungan lainnya 0%. Elemen yang memiliki persentase paling tinggi adalah elemen kebersihan lingkungan dan sektor penyakit dan elemen pengelolaan makanan, sedangkan elemen yang memiliki persentase terendah adalah elemen inovasi lain terkait green hospital dan elemen penghargaan bidang kesehatan lingkungan lainnya. Berdasarkan status kesiapan green hospital maka RSIA Assalam berada di posisi brown hospital
......The Directorate General of Business Development of the Indonesian Ministry of Health stated that in 2020 all hospitals in Indonesia must have implemented a green hospital, but in the field not all hospitals have implemented a green hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the readiness of RSIA Assalam in readiness to go to a green hospital based on the Ministry of Health guidelines in 2018. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The assessment of green hospital readiness is carried out by scoring the Ministry of Health's green hospital self-assessment. After conducting research, it was found that the readiness of green hospitals at RSIA Assalam as a whole reached a total of 50%, with details of leadership 50%, location and landscape 50%, hospital buildings 71%, chemical and B3 management 54%, waste management 71%, energy efficiency 7%, water efficiency 33%, environmental cleanliness and disease sector 80%, food management 80%, air quality 40%, other innovations related to green hospital 0%,  Other Environmental Health Awards 0%. The elements that have the highest percentage are elements of environmental hygiene and the disease sector and food management elements, while the elements that have the lowest percentage are other innovation elements related to green hospitals and other environmental health appreciation elements. Based on the readiness status of the green hospital, RSIA Assalam is in the position of brown hospital."

"Tenaga keperawatan dituntut untuk dapat menjalankan kinerjanya dengan baik sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh rumah sakit. Rumah sakit yang memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja tenaga keperawatan tentunya membutuhkan instrumen yang dapat mengukur kinerja. Rumah sakit ibu dan anak Assalam telah memiliki instrumen penilaian kinerja yang didalamnya terdapat indikator dan ukuran kinerja tenaga keperawatan, penelitian ini bertujuan menilai instrumen tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain potong lintang, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data primer didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh tenaga keperawatan di RSIA Assalam. Total sampel 56 sama dengan populasi, dengan analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil analisis bivariat variabel terukur, relevan, hasil kerja berhubungan secara signifikan (p<0,05) dengan penilaian kinerja. Perilaku paling dominan terhadap penilaian kinerja dengan hasil analisis multivariat ukuran kinerja perilaku (p=0.0001) dan indikator jelas (p=0.039). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini indikator kinerja yang digunakan sudah jelas tapi kurang terukur, kurang relevan dan kurang terikat waktu. Instrumen yang digunakan dapat mengukur perilaku dengan baik, tapi belum dapat mengukur hasil kerja dan kompetensi dengan baik. Perbaikan indikator kinerja dan ukuran kinerja pada instrumen penilaian kinerja perlu dilakukan demi meningkatkan kinerja tenaga keparawatan.

Nursing staff are required to be able to carry out their performance well in accordance with the standards set by the hospital. Hospitals that have a performance appraisal system for nursing staff certainly need an instrument that can measure performance. Assalam's mother and child hospital has a performance appraisal instrument in which there are indicators and measures of nursing staff performance, this study aims to assess the instrument. The research method used a cross-sectional design, with a quantitative approach, the primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all nursing staff at RSIA Assalam. The total sample of 56 is the same as the population, with multivariate analysis using logistic regression. The results of the bivariate analysis of measurable, relevant variables, work results were significantly associated (p <0.05) with performance appraisal. The most dominant behavior towards performance appraisal with the results of multivariate analysis of behavior performance measures (p = 0.0001) and clear indicators (p = 0.039). The conclusion of this study is that the performance indicators used are clear but less measurable, less relevant and less time-bound. The instrument used can measure behavior well, but has not been able to measure work results and competencies properly. Improvements in performance indicators and performance measures on performance appraisal instruments need to be done to improve staff performance."

"Penyakit chikungunya adalah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus, yang ditularkan kepada manusia melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes albopictus. Salah satu faktor penyebaran penyakit chikungunya adalah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor lingkungan dan sosiodemografi dengan Kejadian Luar Biasa Chikungunya di Desa Anyar. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Kasus Kontrol dengan studi analitik.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyakit chikungunya adalah keberadaan tempat penampungan air, kebersihan lingkungan rumah, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pengetahuan, pekerjaan dan mobilitas. Dari penelitian ini disarankan masyarakat melakukan kegiatan Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk di semua tempat penampungan air baik di dalam maupun di luar rumah.
......The Chikungunya disease is a contagious disease caused by a virus and transmitted to a human by mosquito bites of the Aedes albopictus. One of factors in spreading the disease is the environment. This study has an objective on exploring the relationship between environment and socio-demographic factors with the outbreak of Chikungunya at Anyar village. The design of the study is using a Case-Control with analytical study.
The result of the study revealed that factors have relation with the disease of Chikungunya are: the existences of water reservoir, house environment cleanliness, sex, level of education, knowledge, occupation and mobility. It is suggested that the community should always carried out a continuous activities regarding to the Mosquito Breeding-place Eradications (PSN) in all water reservoir both inside and outside of the house."
