"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial, inovasi serta motivasi yang berhubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Labuan Bajo. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah metode campuran (Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method) dengan 2 fase. Fase pertama menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan jawaban kuesioner terstruktur dari 303 responden. Hasil data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan software Lisrel. Fase kedua dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dan indepth interview terhadap 10 orang informan yang diolah dengan software Dedoose. Modal Sosial berpengaruh signifikan pada masyarakat di Labuan Bajo memanfaatkan modal sosial untuk tolong menolong dan gotong royong berlandaskan kepercayaan, saling berbagi informasi positif. Masyarakat juga memperlihatkan ada motivasi yang melahirkan inovasi. Dengan demikian, inovasi masyarakat sangat berkorelasi erat dengan motivasi yang mereka memiliki.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social capital, innovation and motivation that are directly or indirectly related to the welfare of the community in Labuan Bajo. The approach taken is a mixed method (Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method) with 2 phases.
