Abstrak :
Varises esofagus (VE) merupakan salah satu komplikasi hipertensi vena porta yang serius. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan keperawatan dapat membantu memonitor kondisi klien sirosis hepatis setelah perawatan di Rumah Sakit. Meskipun sebagian edukasi diterima dengan baik, seringkali edukasi yang diberikan kurang optimal, khususnya pada pasien berobat jalan di poliklinik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas edukasi melalui WebApps pencegahan perdarahan berulang varises esofagus terhadap pengetahuan pasien sirosis hepatis di RSUP Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Kuasi Eksperimen dengan Nonequivalent Kontrol Group Design. Sample dipilih secara purposive sebanyak 132 responden dengan 66 pada kelompok kontrol dan 66 pada kelompok intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara kelompok usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, dengan pengetahuan (p>0,05). Lama rawat (0,05). Pendidikan (rendah, menengah, tinggi) tidak menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam nilai pengetahuan pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok intervensi. Meskipun terdapat variasi, nilai pre-test dan post-test pada semua tingkat pendidikan tidak berbeda secara signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa karakteristik responden seperti usia, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan pengetahuan, meskipun pendidikan sedikit memiliki variasi nilai, namun tidak signifikan. Sedangkan lama rawat hanya signifikan pada pengetahuan pretest. ......Esophageal varices (VE) is one of the serious complications of portal vein hypertension. Utilization of information technology in nursing services can help monitor the condition of hepatic cirrhosis clients after hospitalization. Although some education is well received, often the education provided is not optimal, especially for outpatients at the polyclinic. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of education through WebApps to prevent recurrent bleeding of esophageal varices on the knowledge of patients with hepatic cirrhosis at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital. This research method uses Quasi Experiment with Nonequivalent Kontrol Group Design. The sample was purposively selected as many as 132 respondents with 66 in the kontrol group and 66 in the intervention group. The results showed no significant relationship between age group, gender, occupation, and knowledge (p>0.05). Length of stay (0.05). Education (low, middle, high) showed no significant difference in pre-test and post-test knowledge scores in the intervention group. Despite the variation, the pre-test and post-test scores at all education levels were not significantly different. Praktek Spesialis Keperawatan merupakan sebuah proses penting dari pendidikan profesi dalam rangka mengaplikasikan peran perawat spesialis yang berdampak pada upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan keperawatan. Praktek ini dilakukan dan dikembangkan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui berbagai penelitian. Model Adaptasi Roy dan Teori Sosial Kognitif Bandura di RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta. Tiga kompetensi yang harus dicapai dalam praktek residensi ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori keperawatan, menerapkan implementasi keperawatan yang berbasis bukti ilmiah (evidence based nursing practice), dan melakukan proyek inovasi keperawatan yang berguna bagi lahan yang menjadi tempat praktek residensi. Sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan, mahasiswa residensi telah memberikan asuhan keperawatan menggunakan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy pada 1 kasus kelolaan utama dan 30 kasus resume pasien HIV/AIDS dengan berbagai infeksi oportunitis. Sebagai peneliti, mahasiswa residensi telah mengaplikasi penerapan skrining malnutrisi pada pasien HIV/AIDS menggunakan Modiffied Subjective Global Asessessment dan hasil dari evidence based nursing ini menunjukkan bahwa kuisioner MSGA-HIV akurat dan reliable untuk menilai status resiko malnutrisi khusus pada pasien HIV. Sedangkan sebagai innovator, telah dilakukan inovasi edukasi pengetahuan terkait pencegahan infeksi oportunistik yang mana media edukasi juga dibetuk dapat barcode dan hasil penerapan proyek inovasi ini menunjukkan manfaat yang sangat signifikan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dalam melakukan pencegahan infeksi oportunistik pada ODHA. ......Nursing Specialist Practice is an important process of professional education in order to apply the role of specialist nurses which has an impact on efforts to improve the quality of nursing services. This practice is carried out and developed based on science and technology through various studies. Roy's Adaptation Model and Bandura's Cognitive Social Theory at Fatmawati General Hospital, Jakarta. The three competencies that must be achieved in this residency practice are providing nursing care using a nursing theory approach, implementing nursing practice based on scientific evidence (evidence-based nursing practice), and carrying out nursing innovation projects that are useful for the land where the residency is practiced. As nursing care providers, residency students have provided nursing care using Roy's adaptation theory approach in 1 main managed case and 30 resume cases of HIV/AIDS patients with various opportunistic infections. As researchers, residency students have applied the application of malnutrition screening to HIV/AIDS patients using the modified Subjective Global Assessment and the results of this evidence- based nursing show that the Modified SGA HIV questionnaire is accurate and reliable for assessing the risk status of specific malnutrition in HIV patients. Meanwhile, as an innovator, innovative knowledge education has been carried out related to the prevention of opportunistic infections in which educational media has also been formed to be barcoded and the results of implementing this innovation project show very significant benefits for increasing knowledge in preventing opportunistic infections in PLHIV.

Pelaksanaan praktek residensi keperawatan medical bedah peminatan imunologi ditujukan supaya perawat residen mampu memberikan asuhan keperawatan spesialis dalam menerapkan evidence-based nursing (EBN) yang berperan sebagai inovator dan edukator di pelayanan keperawatan. Peran perawat residen sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan dilakukan dengan menerapkan teori adaptasi Roy pada pasien dengan HIV dan AIDS dengan TB Paru dan 30 pasien HIV dan AIDS dengan infeksi oportunistik lainnya. Masalah keperawatan yang paling banyak didapatkan yaitu risiko ketidakseimbangan elektrolit, intervensi keperawatan yang dilakukan adalah pemantauan elektrolit dengan tujuan keseimbangan elektrolit meningkat. Penerapan EBN pemberian probiotik yogurt pada pasien dengan HIV, AIDS dan keganasan yang menunjukkan kandidiasis oral berupa plak putih pada lidah. Probiotik yogurt diberikan 2 kali sehari selama 5 hari dengan penilaian evaluasi skor tongue coating Miyazaki, hasil menunjukkan 45,6% terjadi penurunan skor dari grade 3 menjadi grade 0. Proyek inovasi pemberian edukasi dengan materi infeksi oportunistik yang menunjukkan pengetahuan dan sikap ODHA meningkat setelah pemberian edukasi. ...... The implementation of medical surgical residency practice with specialization in immunology is intended for resident nurses to provide specialist nursing care in implementing evidence-based nursing (EBN) which acts as an innovator and educator in services that are capable of being involved. The role of the resident nurse as a care giver is carried out by applying Roy's adaptation theory to patients with HIV and AIDS with pulmonary TB and 30 HIV and AIDS patients with other opportunistic infections. The most commonly encountered problem is the risk of going to electrolyte court, the engagement intervention for the risk of electrolyte stress is electrolyte monitoring with the aim of increasing electrolyte balance. Application of EBN giving probiotic yogurt to patients with HIV, AIDS and malignancy showing oral candidiasis in the form of white plaque on the tongue. Probiotic yogurt was given 2 times a day for 5 days with an evaluation of the Miyazaki tongue coating score, the results showed a 45.6% decrease in score from grade 3 to grade 0. An innovation project providing education with material on opportunistic infections which shows that the knowledge and attitudes of PLWHA have increased after providing education.

Praktik ners spesialis keperawatan medikal bedah peminatan muskuloskeletal bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan peran perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan, pengelola, pendidik, dan peneliti. Peran sebagai pemberi asuhan dilakukan dengan mengelola 30 pasien dengan gangguan sistem muskuloskeletal dan satu kasus kelolaan utama dengan spinal cord injury menggunakan pendekatan teori keperawatan Virginia Henderson. Penerapan intervensi keperawatan berbasis bukti ilmiah merujuk pada peran perawat sebagai peneliti, dalam hal ini adalah respiratory muscle training terhadap fungsi pernafasan pada pasien spinal cord injury. Peran perawat sebagai pengelola sekaligus pendidik teraplikasikan dalam inovasi edukasi berbasis website pada pasien yang menjalani total hip arthoplasti. Praktik residensi spesialis keperawatan medikal bedah dengan kekhususan pada system musculoskeletal dilaksanakan selama 1 tahun yang bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan peran perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan, pendidik, peneliti, dan innovator. Peran sebagai pemberi asuhan dilakukan dengan mengelola sebanyak 30 pasien yang mengalami masalah system musculoskeletal dan 1 pasien kelolaan utama dengan kasus OA Genu Bilateral Grade 4 dengan deformitas Varus dan Hipertensi dengan pendekatan Need Theory Handerson. Osteoarthritis (OA) merupakan penyakit radang kronis pada area sendi yang bersifat degenerative dan progresif. Osteoarthritis dilaporkan sebagai salah satu penyebab utama disabilitas. Penatalaksanaan Osteoarthritis dapat beragam tergantung pada derajat OA, mulai dari pemberian therapi analgesic, therapy latihan dan aktifitas, atau tindakan operasi penggantian sendi atau Arthropasty, sehingga dibutuhkan peran perawat dalam menangani pasien dengan OA. Peran perawat sebagai peneliti dilakukan dengan penerapan posisi kaki “knee flexion” untuk menurunkan jumlah kehilangan darah dan memfasilitasi mobilisasi lebih awal pada pasien post operasi penggantian sendi lutut atau Total Knee Replacement. The role as a care provider is carried out by managing 30 patients who have problems with the musculoskeletal system and one main case of Ostearthritis Genu Bilateral Grade 4 with Varus deformity and Hypertension with the Need Theory Handerson approach. Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic inflammatory disease in the joint area that is degenerative and progressive. Osteoarthritis is reported as one of the leading causes of disability. Osteoarthritis management can vary depending on the degree of OA, ranging from providing analgesic therapy, exercise and activity therapy, or joint replacement surgery or arthropasty, so the role of nurses is needed in treating patients with OA. The nurse's role as a researcher is carried out by applying the knee flexion to reduce the total of blood loss and facilitate early mobilization in postoperative Total Knee Replacement patients. Meanwhile, the role of educator and innovator is carried out by providing Web-based education to increase the perception of readiness for discharge in Hip Arthroplasty patients who were evaluated using the Readiness for Hospital discharge Scale (RHDS) questionnaire.

As a nursing care provider, the resident students have provided nursing care using the Virginia Henderson theory approach on a primary management case and 30 resume cases of HIV/AIDS patients with various opportunistic infections. As researchers, students have applied the application of Spiritual Therapy to Reduce Stress Levels in People with HIV/AIDS. The effect of the therapy is in line with related evidence-based nursing, showing that there was a signifact effect on decreasing level of stress in PLWH. Meanwhile, as an innovator, student has carried out web-based educational innovations to increase knowledge of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) patients at Persahabatan Hospital Jakarta. The results of the innovation show that the use of educational media neglected webApp accessed using barcodes showed significant results in increasing knowledge of SLE patients.
