ABSTRAK Praktek kerja profesi di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat periode bulan April tahun 2016 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku dan dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat, memahami dan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas, memahami gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas serta mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas.

ABSTRACT The aim of apothecary profession internship program at Johar Baru District District Community Health Centers on April 2016 are to understand the role, duties and responsibilities in pharmaceutical care at Community Health centers in accordance with the provisions of legislations and ethics pharmacy that applies in community health, perceive and have knowledge, skill, behavior and attitude insight and experience real to do practice of a profession and pharmaceutical care in Community Health Centers, look and study the development of strategies and practice of the profession of pharmacists at Community Health Centers, understand a real picture of the problems and work practices pharmaceutical in Community Health Centers and able to communicate and interact with other health workers working there.

Salah satu jenis fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama adalah Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat yang biasa disingkat menjadi Puskesmas. Puskesmas adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat. Program Studi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia menyelenggarakan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker, salah satunya di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru pada periode Maret 2016, sebagai salah satu upaya peningkatan kompetensi apoteker.

ABSTRACT
One type of health care facility is the first level of Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat are commonly abbreviated as Puskesmas. Puskesmas is a health care facility that organizes public health efforts. Apothecary Program Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia held a Internship Program, one of them in Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru in the period March 2016, as part of efforts to increase the competence of pharmacists.;;

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung-jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam bilang kesehatan masyarakat. Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru memiliki peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik sesuai dengan perundangan yang berlaku. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan berjudul Pelayanan Konseling Pasien Hipertensi Oktober 2016. Tujuan dilakukannya tugas khusus ini adalah mampu memahami tahap dan peran Apoteker dalam pelayanan konseling di Puskesmas. Pharmacist Internship at Public Health Centre Kecamatan Johar Baru aims to understand the role and responsibilities of Pharmacist in Public Health Centre. Managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and single use medical tools, and also clinical pharmaceutical cares at Health Centre Kecamatan Johar Baru are appropiate to Regulation of Ministry of Health No.30 2014. Meanwhile, the purpose of spesific asignment is evaluating the rasionality of medicine treatment using prescription indicators. Praktek kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru Jakarta Pusat dilaksanakan selama dua minggu dimulai dari tanggal 18 Juli sampai dengan 29 Juli 2016. Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon Apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Puskesmas Kecamatan Johar Baru telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku yaitu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang belum dilakukan adalah pemantauan terapi obat dan pelaporan efek samping obat.

ABSTRACT
Internship at Internship at Johar Baru District Central Jakarta Primary Health was held at 18th July until 29th July 2016. This internship was intended to make Apothecary student understand roles and responsilibities of Pharmacist in primary health, understand managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools and also giving pharmaceutical care. Moreover, managerial activities pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools in Johar Baru District Central Jakarta Primary Health are appropriate with Regulation of Minister of Health No. 30 Year 2014 about Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Primary Health. Clinical pharmacy activities in Johar Baru District Central Jakarta Primary Health that are not done is therapeutic drug monitoring and reporting of drugs side effect.
