Penelitian diskriptif korelasi dan crossectional ini bertujuan menguraikan tugas pokok fungsi(tupoksi) kepala seksi dan komite keperawatan dalam efektifitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Hasil Penelitian pada 190 menunjukan mean 33,57 tahun, masa kerja 9,51 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan 56,8% D3 keperawatan 90% menikah. Analisis data regresi logistik. Hasil analisis ada hubungan antara tupoksi kepala seksi, komite keperawatan dengan efektifitas pelayanan keperawatan (p=0,001>0,05). Tidak ada karakter individu terbukti sebagai variabel konfonding, tidak masuk dalam konfonding, tidak masuk dalam model akhir analisis multivariat. Disarankan pada kepada rumah sakit tentang pentingnya kejelasan tupoksi untuk peningkatan kinerja kasi dan komite keperawatan untuk menetapkan kebijakan setara dengan kepala bidang keperawatan. ......This research is a descriptive correlation with cross sectional program. The research was aimed to describe the relationship between main duties and function of the section and nursing committee with effectiveness of nursing service at the hospital. The result showed that from 190 respondent, their average age is 33,57 years old; 9,51 years working period,; 56,8% of the female sex; as much as 90% have a diploma in nursing and has been married. The data was analyzed by the Chi-square test, the independent t test and the logistic regression test. From he data analysis, it has been recognized that there is relation between main duties and function of the section heads and nursing committee with effectiveness of nursing services (p=0,001>0,05). No individual character that proved as confounding variables, not includes in the multivariate analysis model. It is suggested to the director of the hospital to learn more about the importance of the main duties and function clarity to improve the performance of the section head and nursing committee by arranging a policy that is equivalent to the head of nursing departement.

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan perilaku caring dan motivasi dengan kinerja menerapkan prinsip etik keperawatan di RSUD Sragen. Desain penelitian deskripsi korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional. Tempat penelitian di ruang IRNA dan ICU pada minggu ke-3 dan ke-4 April 2010. Sampel penelitian seluruh perawat pelaksana di IRNA RSUD Sragen, yaitu 100 perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku caring (p=0,000), dimensi respectful (p=0,000), dimensi assurance of human presence (p=0,000), motivasi (p=0,001), otonomi (p=0,006), tanggung jawab (p=0,000), dan kebijakan (p=0,004) berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kinerja menerapkan prinsip etik. Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan adalah dimensi assurance of human presence.
This research aims to identify the relationship between caring behavior and motivation with performance in applying nurse ethics principles in nursing caring Public Hospital of Sragen (RSUD Sragen). The research design uses correlation description with cross sectional design. The place of research is hospitalized rooms and ICU in the third and the fourth week of April 2010. The research sample are all nurses in duty in Hospitalized Installation, they are 100 nurses. The result shows caring behavior (p=0.000), respectful dimension (p=0,000), assurance of human presence dimension (p=0,000), motivation, autonomy (p=0,006), responsibility (p=0,000) and policy (p=0,004) related significantly with performance of nurse in duty in applying ethics principles. The dominant variable is assurance of human presence dimension caring behavior.

Upaya membangun budaya keselamatan pasien memerlukan komitmen yang dipengaruhi pengetahuan perawat. Tujuan penelitian Quasi Experiment ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan keselamatan pasien terhadap pemahaman perawat pelaksana mengenai penerapan keselamatan pasien. Hasil penelitian pada 83 perawat pelaksana RS Tugu Ibu Depok (kelompok eksperimen) dan 83 perawat pelaksana RS Bhakti Yudha (kelompok kontrol) menunjukkan ada perbedaan signifikan pemahaman perawat pelaksana sebelum dan setelah mendapatkan pelatihan pada kelompok eksperimen (p value 0,000) dan tidak ada perbedaan pemahaman perawat pelaksana sebelum dan setelah pada kelompok kontrol (p value 0,417). Rumah sakit perlu melakukan program pelatihan keselamatan pasien secara berkelanjutan dan mengembangkan standar kinerja untuk memfasilitasi transfer pengetahuan perawat.
Efforts to build a culture of patient safety required commitment is influenced by knowledge of nurses. This study as Quasi-Experiment aimed to describe the influence of patient safety training for nursing staff?s comprehension of the implementation of patient safety?s procedure. Results for 83 nursing staffs Tugu Ibu Depok Hospital (experimental group) and 83 nursing staffs Bhakti Yudha Hospital (control group) showed no significant differences in understanding nursing staffs before and after receiving training in the experimental group (p value 0.000) and no difference in understanding nursing staffs before and after in the control group (p value 0.417). Hospitals need to make patient safety training program on an ongoing basis and develop performance standards as a facilitation of transfered of nursing staff?s knowledge.

Kolaborasi merupakan hubungan rekanan sejati, semua pihak menghargai kekuasaan pihak lain, mengenal, menerima lingkup kegiatan, melindungi, tujuan diketahui bersama. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kolaborasi perawat dengan dokter di Rumah Sakit Pusat Kepolisian RS. Sukanto Jakarta. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah sample 104. Sampel penelitian adalah random sampling perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap, instrumennya kuesioner. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan kontrol kekuasaan dengan kolaborasi p value 0,001, tujuan bersama p value 0,006, proses p value 0,000. Hasil Multivariat : faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap kolaborasi perawat dengan dokter adalah proses. Saran : manajemen melibatkan perawat dalam proses, tujuan bersama, berbagi kontrol kekuasaan disetiap kebijakan organisasi.
Abstract
Collaboration respresents a real partnership, all respect the authority of each party, recognize, accept the scope of activities, preserve, and the goal is known together. The purpose of this research was to find out factors that influence nurse-doctor collaboration at Sukanto Police Central Hospital Jakarta. This research design was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach, involving 104 samples. Research samples were the total population of nurses working at impatient unit. This study used questionnaire as the instrument. Result of this study showed a correlation between power control and collaboration (p value 0,001), conmon goal (p value 0,006), and process (p value 0,000). Conclusion the most influential factor to nurse-doctor collaboration is the process. Suggestion management engage nurses in process, common goal, sharing power control in every organizational policy.
