"[Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran beban kerja pegawai di Unit SDM pada RS X. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat gambaran beban kerja pegawai di Unit SDM apakah sudah sesuai standar atau belum. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode work sampling oleh kedua informan dimana pelaksana pengamatan mencatat seluruh kegiatan kedua informan tersebut selama jam kerja selama bergantian dengan interval waktu 5 (lima) menit. Untuk menjaga validitas data, peneliti melakukan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode.
Pengamatan dilakukan selama 7 (tujuh) hari mulai pukul 08.00-17.00 WIB dengan waktu istirahat 12.00-13.00 WIB. Setelah mengolah hasil pengamatan, didapatkan bahwa beban kerja pada pegawai Unit SDM di RS X mengalami kelebihan (over capacity) dimana beban kerja pada Unit SDM mencapai persentase 83,93% dimana standar beban kerja optimum hanya 80%. Peneliti kemudian melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan pegawai dengan metode WISN yang kemudian didapatkan hasilnya adalah Unit SDM membutuhkan 3 pegawai dimana saat ini pegawai SDM hanya berjumlah 2.

This study examines HRD workload description at X Hospital. The goal of this study is to know the description of HRD workload whether it is compliant or not. The research adopts kualitatif with descriptive analysis methodology. Data collected by using work sampling method to both informants. Work sampling method conducted by recording all activities from both informant during office hours with 5 (five) minutes interval each. To estabilish the validity of data, the researcher conducted triangulation of data sources and triangulation method.
Observations were made during 7 (seven) days starting at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with time off around 12:00 to 1:00 pm. After processing the results of the observation, it was found that the workload on the employees in the HRD at X Hopital run into over capacity. In this category, the workload on the employees in the HRD reached 83.93% where the optimum standard of workload is only 80%. Researcher conducted an anlysis of the needs of emplyees with WISN Method, and the result is the optimal amount of energy needs in HRD as many as 3 people. HRD has deficiency staff because amount of employee of the HRD are 2 people.;This study examines HRD workload description at X Hospital. "Dokumentasi keperawatan adalah catatan yang merekam bagaimana proses keperawatan dilakukan dan merupakan salah satu indikator mutu asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran kelengkapan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RS X tahun 2011-2014 berdasarkan rincian aspek-aspek dari proses keperawatan. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan instrumen baku yang diterbitkan oleh Kemenkes RI, yaitu Instrumen Studi Dokumentasi Penerapan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan (Instrumen A). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai kelengkapan Pengkajian, Diagnosa, Perencanaan dan Evaluasi Asuhan Keperawatan RS X 2011-2014 masih dibawah standar Kemenkes RI. Sedangkan variabel Implementasi Asuhan Keperawatan, kelengkapan catatan asuhan keperawatan sudah mencapai standar Kemenkes RI.

Nursing documentation is a record that records how the nursing process is done and is one indicator of the quality of nursing care. This study aims to analyze the complete overview of the documentation of nursing care in the hospital X in 2011-2014 based on the details of the aspects of the nursing process. The method in this research is quantitative using standard instruments issued by Ministry of Health of Indonesia, namely Instrumen Studi Dokumentasi Penerapan Standar Asuhan Keperawatan (Instrument A). These results indicate that the value of the completeness of the Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning and Evaluation Nursing in X hospital at 2011-2014 was below the standard of Ministry of Health Affairs. While the variable implementation of Nursing, the completeness of the record of nursing care has reached the standard of Ministry of Health Affairs."

"Perawat mempunyai fungsi kolaborasi dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan dan kemampuan dalam penerapan 6 tepat pemberian obat meliputi: tepat pasien, tepat obat, tepat dosis, tepat waktu, tepat cara, dan tepat dokumentasi.Tujuan penelitian mengetahui perilaku profesional perawat dalam penerapan 6 tepat benar obat dan hubungan dengan karakteristik, pengetahuan, sikap,pemahaman etis&hukum serta humanisme dan kultur kompetensi yang mempengaruhi kinerja selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode cross sectional dengan total sampel 50 perawat di ruang Intensive Care RSPI Prof Dr Sulianti Saroso. Analisis bivariat dengan Contiunity Corretion dan multivariat dengan regresi logistic berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan antar humanisme dan kultur kompetensi dengan perilaku profesional dalam penerapan 6 tepat pemberian obat (p Value 0,000) sejumlah 74.2%, dan pemahaman etis dan hukum dengan perilaku profesional perawat dalam penerapan 6 tepat pemberian obat (p value 0,043) sejumlah 63,39%. Hasil multivariat variabel humanisme dan kultur kompetensi menjadi faktor dominan perilaku profesional perawat dalam 6 tepat pemberian obat. Perilaku profesional perawat dalam penerapan 6 tepat pemberian obat mendukung peningkatan pelayanan terhadap keselamatan pasien dalam pemberian obat yang aman. Perilaku professional perawat menjadi penilaian sangat mendasar dalam proses kredensi untuk seleksi karyawan.Upaya penerapan.prinsip ini dapat dilakukan dengan pendidikan keperawatan berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan supervisi.

Nurses have a collaborative function in providing nursing care and the ability to implement appropriate 6 drugs, including: the right patient, the right drug, the right dose, the right time, the right way, and the right documentation. the relationship with the characteristics, knowledge, attitudes, ethical & legal understanding as well as humanism and the culture of competence that affect performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach with cross sectional method with a total sample of 50 nurses in the Intensive Care Room at RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso. Bivariate analysis with Contiunity Corretion and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression. The results showed a significant relationship between humanism and a culture of competence with professional behavior in the correct application of medication (p value 0.000) amounting to 74.2%, and ethical and legal understanding with professional behavior of nurses in the correct application of 6 drugs (p value 0.043). 63.39%. The multivariate results of humanism and competency culture variables are the dominant factors in the professional behavior of nurses in administering drugs. The professional behavior of nurses in the proper application of drug administration supports the improvement of services for patient safety in safe drug administration. The professional behavior of nurses is a very basic assessment in the credential process for employee selection. Efforts to implement this principle can be done by continuing nursing education and increasing supervision."
