The potential of endowments (waqf) in Indonesia cannot be denied, accompanied by the number of Muslim populations worldwide. However, it is still a work in progress, as the target for realizing endowment funds has not yet reached 1 trillion rupiahs. Product innovations are continually being introduced to attract the interest of Muslim communities in waqf. Share-Waqf emerges as an alternative to cash-based endowment products, primarily targeting stock investors facilitated by securities firms. This research employs a combination of qualitative research and indirect observation through interviews with representatives from MNC Sekuritas, Philip Sekuritas, and HP Sekuritas, as well as representatives from various endowment houses, including one Rumah Wakaf chosen as a sample for this study. The findings of this research indicate that securities play a role as intermediaries between the endower (wakif), endowment manager (nazhir), and the beneficiaries (mauquf alaih). Additionally, there is a division of nisab in the distribution of equity-based endowments and reinvestment of profits from managed equity stocks by the endowment managers."

"Government Regulation Number 42 of 2024 on the Implementation of Halal Product Assurance delays the halal certification obligation for MSMEs until October 2026. One of the considerations is that as of May 15, 2024, only 44.18% of MSME actors have been certified, out of the target of 10 million. This delay is supported by research showing that halal certification is not considered crucial by MSMEs, as buyers rarely ask whether the products they purchase are halal or not. Another factor discouraging MSME actors from processing the certification is the lack of pressure from the government. However, contrary research results show that halal certification is important for the sustainability of MSMEs in running their businesses and indicates a connection between halal certification and the economic resilience of MSME actors. Regardless of these findings, the halal status of food and beverage products is a necessity to protect the majority Muslim population. This includes Magelang, which is one of the cities with the highest Muslim population in Central Java, as well as a city with a Chinatown that has more than 2,000 Chinese ethnic residents.
This study uses a qualitative research method supported by quantitative data to describe the actual conditions, with a case study approach. The perceptions of MSME actors in the Chinese food sector in Magelang City towards halal certification are seen from three aspects: (1) Cognitive, understanding that halal certification is a guideline to ensure the product is halal according to regulations, and viewing halal certification as a business strategy to expand market acceptance. The lack of literacy and halal human resources causes business actors not to fully understand the Halal Product Assurance Law; (2) Affective, seeing the law as non-burdensome as long as its implementation is accompanied by inclusivity measures; (3) Conative, believing that displaying the halal logo and emphasizing Islamic positioning will remove consumer doubts about Chinese food products. This research also finds challenges faced by stakeholders in implementing halal certification. The halal certification has been shown to impact the economic resilience of family businesses in the Chinese food sector in Magelang City."

Sharia economic literacy in Indonesia only increased from 16.3% to 20.1% at the end of 2021, which indicates that the level is still less literate (BI, 2022). Meanwhile, the target market share of the Sharia economy in 2023 as planned by Bank Indonesia has not yet reached 20%. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase Sharia economic literacy through institutions that have a Sharia economic education curriculum. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of majelis taklim as a non-formal educational institution and its influence on increasing Sharia economic literacy. Through the SLR method, it is classified that the problems faced by majelis taklim are in terms of administration and funding. The SLR method was also used to find indicators of Sharia economic literacy which became the variables of this study and suggestions for their application in the majelis. Then the results of SLR were proven to respondents using the Delphi method. In accordance with the Delphi method, respondents in the research must involve experts to find solutions to problems in the research, so the respondents who are the focus of the research are nine experts from various institutions. The results showed that the obstacles faced by taklim assemblies can be overcome by making superior programmes that are in accordance with the characteristics of taklim assemblies. Increasing Sharia economist literacy in taklim assemblies can be a superior programme with an implementation strategy involving various parties that directly or indirectly affect taklim assemblies."
