"Identifikasi terhadap faktor-faktor risiko yang menyebabkan perubahan lingkup pada struktur atas dan arsitektur bangunan gedung bertingkat di Jakarta termasuk salah satu proses manajemen lingkup. Dilakukan proses analisis dampak terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek dan diketahui bagaimana respon risikonya. Dengan metode survey pada kontraktor utama untuk mengetahui sumber risiko perubahan lingkup. Lalu dianalisis dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui bagaimana peringkat risiko (risk ranking), kemudian dengan faktor risiko SNI dicari risk level. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan tingkat risiko dominan penyebab perubahan lingkup yang memengaruhi kinerja waktu pelaksanaan proyek dan didapat rekomendasi risk response antisipasi terjadinya penurunan kinerja waktu.

The identification process of risk factors that will cause scope chages during upperstructure construction phase of highrise building in Jakarta is one of scope management process. Then will be analyzed the effect on schedule and find out the risk responses. This research will do some survey toward the main contractor and the data will be analyzed with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to discover risk rank, and next identify therisk level which is the result of this SNI risk factor analyzing. "Kompetensi seorang manajer proyek memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesuksesan suatu proyek. Kompetensi tersebut tidak hanya membutuhkan kompetensi hard skill saja tetapi juga kompetensi soft skill. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis tentang critical soft skill competence manajer proyek terhadap kinerja biaya. Pada penelitian ini kompetensi soft skill akan dikelompokkan menjadi Konsep Diri (self-concept), Motif (motives), dan Karakter (Trait). Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja critical soft skill competence Manajer Proyek yang mempengaruhi kinerja biaya proyek infrastruktur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode regresi maka diperoleh 4 critical soft skill competence, yaitu : costumer service orientation, teamwork, initiative, dan analytical thingking.

Competence of project manager has a significant influence on the project success. Competence does not only require hard skills competence but also soft skills competence. Therefore, the analysis needs to be done about critical soft skills competence of the project manager on cost performance. In this research, soft skills competencies are grouped into self-concept, motives, and trait. The aim of this research is to find out the critical soft skills competence that affects the cost performance of infrastructure project. Based on the result of the analysis using a regression method are obtained 4 critical soft skills competence, such as : costumer service orientation, teamwork, initiative, dan analytical thingking."

"Seorang Manajer Proyek yang kompeten merupakan hal yang vital dalam sebuah proyek sehingga pemenuhan kompetensinya merupakan salah satu fokus dari asosiasi konstruksi. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui program pengembangan yang efektif untuk Manajer Proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitis, dengan perusahaan konstruksi BUMN sebagai subyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Model 4-Level Kirkpatrick menunjukkan bahwa program pengembangan kompetensi Manajer Proyek konstruksi sudah cukup efektif, namun terdapat potensi peningkatan. Hasil rekomendasi berupa model kompetensi dan silabus generik program pengembangan kompetensi Manajer Proyek konstruksi profesional.

A competent project manager is vital in a project so that the fulfillment of competence is one of the focuses of the construction association. This study aimed to determine the effective development program for construction Project Manager. This study is a descriptive analysis, with state-owned construction companies as the subjects. The results using Kirkpatrick?s 4-Level Model show that competence development programs for construction Project Manager are effective enough, but there are potential improvement areas. Recommendation from this study is competency model and competency development generic silabus for professional construction Project Manager."
