ABSTRACTProfessional Practices for Pharmacists in General Directorate of Pharmacy and Medical Devices was performed so that pharmacist candidates able to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in General Directorate of Pharmacy and Medical Devices, Assessment Directorate of Medical Devices and PKRT. Also, so that pharmacist candidates had knowledge, information, ability and practical experiences, also an actual picture about the problems usually occur in General Directorate of Pharmacy and Medical Devices and PKRT. The additional task given was written and titled Pharmacist Registration Plot Study in National Pharmaceutical Committee."

Salah satunya adalah menjamin alat kesehatan dan perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga yang beredar memiliki manfaat bagi masyarakat. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA yang dilaksanakan di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker mengetahui dan memahami tugas, peran, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di instansi pemerintahan. Selain itu, kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi juga memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam memahami gambaran nyata permasalahan kefarmasian di instansi pemerintahan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah prosedur pemberian izin edar untuk alat pacu jantung. Secara umum, Kementerian Kesehatan telah berusaha melakukan penyelenggaraan kesehatan di Indonesia. Pemberian izin edar alat kesehatan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan manfaat dan dampak yang timbul berdasarkan pertimbangan dari tenaga kesehatan yang salah satunya adalah apoteker.

The internship conducted at the Directorate General of Pharmacy and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia aims that the pharmacist 39;s professional students know and understand the duties, roles, and responsibilities of pharmacists in government agencies. In addition, the internship also facilitates students in understanding the real picture of pharmaceutical problems in government agencies. The specific task given is the procedure for giving market authorization of pacemaker. Overall, the Ministry of Health has tried to conduct health-related activities in Indonesia. The market authorization of the medical devices are given after the benefits and risk of the medical devices are evaluated by the health worker, one of whom is the pharmacist."
