"Pertambahan penduduk dan peningkatan pemanfaatan tanah untuk pemukiman maupun sarana dan prasarana di Kota Depok, mengakibatkan terjadi peningkatan transaksi tanah. Belum tersedianya data dan peta pertanahan yang lengkap menimbulkan terjadinya transaksi tanah/jual beli di bawah tangan, yang menimbulkan potensi terjadi tanah bermasalah. Selama periode Tahun 2001 hingga 2007 terjadi peningkatan jumlah tanah bermasalah di Kota Depok. Berdasarkan analisis tetangga terdekat pola sebaran tanah bermasalah tahun 2001 adalah acak (random) berubah menjadi mengelompok (clustered) pada Tahun 2007.
Pada Tahun 2007 wilayah yang banyak ditemukan tanah bermasalah terjadi pada wilayah dengan tanah terdaftar tinggi, wilayah dengan penggunaan tanah kosong (belum terbangun) dan tanah perumahan, wilayah dengan harga tanah cenderung tinggi, wilayah dengan kemiringan relatif datar serta wilayah dengan jaringan jalan yang tidak terlalu padat. Sedangkan wilayah yang jarang ditemukan tanah bermasalah terjadi pada wilayah dengan kepadatan penduduk tinggi, wilayah yang dilintasi jalan kereta api dan wilayah dengan penggunaan tanah jasa dan tanah perusahaan. Faktor jarak terhadap pusat ekonomi kota Depok (Margonda) mempengaruhi sebaran tanah bermasalah Tahun 2007. Di wilayah yang dekat dengan Jalan Margonda ditemukan banyak tanah bermasalah.

The increasing of population influence improvement of land utility for residential area and its facilities so that its condition also cause improvement of land transaction happened in Depok city. Incompletely data of land management provided became one factors to emerge illegal land transaction which have big potency of happened land acquisition problems. Growing population and increased utilization of land for settlement and the facilities and infrastructure in the city of Depok, causing increased land transactions occur. Data not yet available and a complete map of land cause the occurrence of a transaction of land / sale and purchase under the hand, the potential to cause ground problems occur. During the period 2001 to 2007 it was increasing the amount of land problems in the city of Depok. Based on the analysis of nearest neighbor pattern of land problems in 2001 is random change to clustered in the 2007.
In the Year 2007 found that many problems occur on the land area registered, the area with the use of vacant land and housing, with the price of land tends to be high, the area with the slope is relatively flat and the area with a road network is not too rapid. While problems is rarely found occur on the land area with high population density, the area where is over the railway and the area with the use of the services land and company land. The distance to the center of economic in Depok city (Margonda street) affect the land problem in 2007. In the region which is close to the Margonda street found many land problems.

"ABSTRACT
This study of land price pattern was intended to reveal the lactors affecting land price using statistical method The study area covers four kecamatans (sub- district) within the municipality of Bekasi, Two contiguous Kecamatans (Bekasi Barat and Medansatria) located at the north-west edge of the municipality next to the east border of DKI Jakarta province, while the other contiguous ones (Bekasi Timur and Rawalumbu) cover the east part of Kota Bekasi The whole data sets in this study are referenced to land parcel maps obtained from Kantor Pertanahan (Land Agency) Kota Bekasi, The parcel maps showed about 63% of land parcels are registered land, The unregistered land parcels were compiled from PBB (Land and Building Tax) maps Land price was estimated using a lincar multiple regression model built Irom a sample ata set (about 700 sample points)l The dependent ( Y) variable, ie the land price, was collected for cach sample parcel- using- salc comparison method The values of independent (X) variables were extricted from various thematic maps. The X variables comprise of intrinsic aspect of the fand (land title, 1ind use type, size/area), environmental quality (building puttern, food prone, availability of urban facilities, etc) and accessibility (distance from busincss and service centers). The validity of this land price model was approached through two-siage tests The first stage is the overall test, aimed to sec if there is any independent variable(s) significantly affecting the land price If null hypothesis is rejected (using F-statistic), there is at least one X variable significantly aftecting the land price. Then test proceed to the second stage (using T-statistic) to know which X variable(s) significantly affecting the land price. The coefficient of determination of the model resulted from these tests is 0837, which means 83,7%6 or the land price variation can be explained by the model This study revealed that the majority of land price falls within Rp250,000 - Rp400,000 class. The lowest price (Rpl15,877 per sq m) found in Rawalumbu whereas highest price (Rp2,269,741 per'sq m) occurred in Bekasi Barat This high price occurrence formed a ribbon-like pattern along main arterial roads Main arterial roads, land use type and spatial plan (Rencana Tata Ruang) seem to the major factors generating high land price Main roads generating high land price occurred in Bekasi Barat., Land use type especially housing estate generating high land price found in Bekasi Barat and Bckasi Timur. Spatial plan for high density residential, trade and services generated high land price in Bekasi Barat"

Abstract
Bogor City is growing rapidly population growth, especially since the beginning of 1990
approximately 2.7%, was compensated by growth in housing development as a consequence
of population growth that need a place to live.
Housing developments, especially in the northern city of Bogor requiring social facilities and
public utilities to serve the housing needs of residents. One of the vital social facilities are
educational facilities. The selection of the location of housing and educational facilities
providing accessibility refers to the path of an affordable mode of transportation. The
pattern of distribution of educational facilities to the location of housing affects the cost of
transportation from home to school.
Transportation link between the residential educational facility or school that is used is urban
transport and / or motorcycle taxis are available almost all over the city and economically
affordable.
Based on research, school distribution patterns random or random-shaped and almost in
every Village there are at least close to a school. Distance and time from housing to school
depends on the path used public transportation routes and pathways affect the cost of
transportation routes."

"Upaya pembangunan nasional berkelanjutan senantiasa menghasilkan konflikkonflik sebagai efek sampingnya. Konflik-konflik ini jika tidak ditangani secara baik akan menimbulkan kerugian bagi pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Salah satu upaya penanganan konflik adalah dengan mengidentifikasi sedini mungkin potensi-potensi konflik yang dapat terjadi di masa datang. Dewasa ini jumlah konflik dalam bidang perkebunan cenderung meningkat dan persentasenya paling tinggi di antara sektor lainnya. Konflik penggunaan tanah dalam bidang perkebunan dapat mengganggu tujuan pembangunan nasional. Di sisi lain, pertumbuhan penduduk dan kemiskinan menyebabkan meningkatnya kebutuhan tanah yang menjadi faktor penyebab timbulnya konflik penggunaan tanah.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, wilayah yang berpotensi konflik tinggi terletak di bagian tengah sebelah barat, sedangkan wilayah berpotensi konflik sedang terletak di bagian utara dan tengah sebelah timur, sedangkan wilayah berpotensi konflik rendah terletak di bagian selatan daerah penelitian. Karakteristik spasial yang mempengaruhi adanya potensi konflik penggunaan tanah perkebunan adalah pengelolaan perkebunan, kepadatan penduduk, jumlah keluarga miskin, lahan belum digarap dan rasio penguasaan tanah pertanian. Karakterteristik spasial pengelolaan perkebunan dan jangka waktu berakhirnya HGU perkebunan mempengaruhi tingkat potensi konflik pada masing-masing perkebunan.

Sustainable national development efforts continue to generate conflicts as a side effect. These conflicts if not handled properly will cause harm to the parties involved. One of conflict resolution is to identify as early as possible the potential conflicts that may occur in the future. Today the number of conflicts in the plantation sector is likely to increase and the highest percentage among other sectors. Land use conflicts in the plantation sector can interfere with national development objectives. On the other hand, population growth and poverty lead to increased soil needs to be a factor causing land use conflicts.
Results showed, a high potential conflict region located in the central west, while a medium potential conflict region located in the northern and central east, while the lower potential conflict region located in the southern of the study area. Spatial characteristics that influence the potential conflicts of land use is plantation estates management, population density, the number of poor families, the land has not been farmed and the ratio of agricultural land ownership. Characteristics of spatial management of plantation and plantation HGU expiration affects the level of potential conflicts in their respective plantation.
