Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 2 Jakarta Pusat periode bulan Maret tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Monitoring Penggunaan Obat pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Melalui Telefarma rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat menganalisis masalah terkait obat yang mungkin terjadi pada pasien diabetes melitus, serta memiliki pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik yaitu PTO dan MESO melalui telefarma.

ABSTRACT
Internship at Kimia Farma No. 2 Central Jakarta Pharmacy period March 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. This internship at was conducted for four weeks with special assignment ldquo;Drug Use Monitoring of Diabetes Mellitus Patients through Telepharmacy rdquo;. The purposes of this special assignment are enable the pharmacist to analyze drug-related problems that may occur in diabetes mellitus patients and having the practical experience to perform clinical pharmacy services, which are therapeutic drug monitoring and adverse drug reaction monitoring via telepharmacy.

Praktek kerja profesi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia periode bulan April tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan di pemerintahan, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan. Praktek kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Analisa Penelitian Daun Kelor Moringa oleifera Lam. sebagai Bahan Fortifikasi pada Pangan Fungsional rdquo;. Tujuan tugas khusus ini adalah menganalisa penelitian kandungan nutrisi yang terdapat pada tanaman kelor khususnya daun kelor, memahami penelitian potensi dan kebermanfaatan daun kelor sebagai bahan fortifikasi pada pangan fungsional, serta menyediakan landasan ilmiah yang dapat digunakan Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan untuk mendorong pelaku usaha Indonesia memanfaatkan daun kelor menjadi produk pangan guna memenuhi kebutuhan gizi baik pada masyarakat sehat maupun penderita malnutrisi.

ABSTRACT
Internship at Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia period April 2018 aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, the main duties and functions of the Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to work in government, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in government. This internship at was conducted for two weeks with special assignment ldquo;Analysis the Research of Moringa Leaves Moringa oleifera Lam. as Food Fortificant on Functional Food rdquo;. The purposes of this special assignment are to analyze the study of nutritional content of moringa plants especially moringa leaves, to understand the research of potency and utilization of moringa leaves as food fortificant on functional food, and to provide a scientific basis that can be used by Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device to encourage Indonesian business actors utilizing moringa leaves into food products to meet the nutritional needs of both healthy communities and communities with malnutrition.

ABSTRACT
The aims of internship at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia was to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical, gaining knowledges about main duties and functions of Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical in the pharmaceutical field, gaining knowledges, skills, practical experiences, and perspective about pharmaceutical practice in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical, and perspectives about pharmaceutical practice issue in Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices especially Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical. The internship was held for two weeks in Directorate of Production and Distribution of Pharmaceutical. The specific assignment was about analysis of regulation of the minister of health number 7 of 2017 about duties and functions at directorate of production and distribution of pharmaceutical.

Peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan selalu diupayakan oleh Pemerintah mengingat semakin berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam dunia kesehatan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan dapat melalui pelayanan kefarmasian yang professional. Apoteker memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab dalam mendukung tercapainya sasaran program kesehatan, terutama dibidang kefarmasian. Melalui kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA ini diharapkan calon apoteker dapat lebih memahami peran dan tugas Apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, khususnya Direktorat Produksi dan Distribusi Kefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan mulai dari tanggal 22 Mei ndash; 2 Juni 2017. Berdasarkan PKPA yang telah dilakukan, Direktorat Produksi dan Distribusi Kefarmasian merupakan tempat bagi seorang apoteker untuk dapat menjalankan profesi apoteker yang berkaitan dengan kepentingan perikemanusiaan terutama dalam bidang kesehatan. PKP ini bertujuan untuk agar calon apoteker mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memiliki pengetahuan tentang tupoksi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan. Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Mei hingga 5 Juni 2017. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKP untuk mendapatkan pengalaman kerja, pengetahuan, gambaran, dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di lingkup pemerintahan. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah mengetahui jenis bahan baku yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan oleh Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil tugas khusus, bahan baku yang berpotensi dikembangkan di Indonesia adalah bahan baku herbal.

Internship at Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia The period of April 2018 aims to prospective pharmacists to understand the duties, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists in the government, to know the processes and mechanisms of permit and regulatory arrangements, and to understand the problems and strategies settlement faced in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The special task given was entitled Analysis of Potential Raw Materials that can be Developed in Indonesia . The purpose of implementing a special task is to find out the type of raw material that has the potential to be developed by Indonesia. Based on the results of special assignments, raw materials that have the potential to be developed in Indonesia are herbal raw materials.
