"Keselamatan pasien merupakan indikator kualitas pelayanan yang berdampak pada kepuasan pasien. Ketidakpatuhan terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien dapat menimbulkan insiden keselamatan pasien. Pelaksanaan penerapan keselamatan pasien yang belum optimal berkaitan dengan human error (beban kerja, pemanfaatan waktu dan sumber daya manusia, dan pembagian beban kerja yang belum sesuai). Dibutuhkan kemampuan perawat primer/ketua tim sebagai lini terdepan dalam pemberian asuhan melalui pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pelaksanaan pendelegasian dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien. Rancangan penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 160 perawat pelaksana yang diambil secara total sampling pada salah satu rumah sakit di Jakarta. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji chi square dan regresi logistik ganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan pendelegasian dengan penerapan keselamatan pasien (p 0,001; OR 4,302 2,215-8,356). Bidang Keperawatan membuat perencanaan capaian indikator mutu melalui pelaksanaan SKP yang belum optimal.  Kepala ruangan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap  pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang dilakukan perawat primer/ketua tim.

Patient safety is an indicator of service quality that has an impact on patient satisfaction. Non-compliance with the application of patient safety could lead to incidents of patient safety. The implementation of patient safety that is not optimal is related to human error (workload, utilization of time and human resources, and the division of workload that is not appropriate). It takes the ability of the primary nurse / team leader as the frontline in providing care through the implementation of effective delegation. This study aims to identify the relationship between the implementation of delegation and the application of patient safety. The study design was a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken on 160 nurses with a total sampling method at one hospital in Jakarta. The analysis was done by chi square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that there was a relationship between the implementation of delegation and the application of patient safety (p 0.001; OR 4.302; CI 2.215-8.356) Director of Nursing makes planning the achievement of quality indicators through the implementation of patient safety goals that is not optimal The head manager monitoring and evaluation implementation of the delegations carried out by the primary nurse / team leader."

"Lingkungan kerja perawat di ruangan rawat anak memiliki banyak tantangan. Perawat anak membutuhkan tempat yang nyaman dan sehat. Beban kerja yang tinggi bagi perawat berkaitan dengan kecemasan, kelelahan, stress dan memberikan dampak yang tidak baik. Peran kepala ruangan sangat dibutuhkan dalam memperbaiki lingkungan kerja yang buruk. Kepala ruangan telah menjalankan peran manajer liaison, dessiminator, dan spokesperson. Peran kepala ruang belum optimal pelaksanaannya adalah peran sebagai figure head, leader, monitoring, disturbance handler, resource allocator dan negotiator.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi peran kepala ruangan dalam pelaksanaan kesehatan lingkungan kerja perawat di rumah sakit. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dilakukan pada 204 perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling.
Hasil terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran kepala ruangan, faktor psikologi, faktor dukungan sosial, faktor pekerjaan, dan faktor organisasi (p 0.001-0.035) dan terdapat faktor yang paling mempengaruhi pelaksanaan kesehatan lingkungan yaitu peran kepala ruangan (2.900; 95% CI: 1.565-5.373) dan faktor dukungan sosial (3.727; 95% CI: 2.018-6.884).
Saran Bidang keperawatan membuat program evaluasi kepala ruangan dengan mendampingi, observasi, wawancara, supervisi untuk membantu meningkatkan peran kepala ruangan. Kepala ruangan harus mampu mempengaruhi dan mengatur jadwal dinas, ada jam istrahat 30 menit setelah bekerja 4-5 jam, memiliki jam makan tepat waktu dan rekan kerja saling menopang, setiap keputusan dari perawat pelaksana dapat dipertimbangkan dan mengikut sertakan perawat pelaksana dalam setiap kegiatan organisasi baik diruangan maupun di rumah sakit.

The working environment of nurses in child care rooms has many challenges. Pediatric nurses need a comfortable and healthy place. High workload for nurses is related to anxiety, fatigue, stress and has an adverse impact. The role of the head nurse is needed in improving a bad work environment. The head nurse has assumed the roles of liaison manager, dessiminator, and spokesperson. The role of the head nurse that has not been optimally implemented is the role of a figure head, leader, monitoring, disturbance handler, resource allocator and negotiator.
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the role of the head nurse and the implementation of nurses’ healthy work environment in the hospital. Quantitative research with cross sectional design was conducted on 204 nurses in the hospital with a purposive sampling technique.
The results showed a significant relationship between the role of the head of the room, psychological factors, social support factors, occupational factors, and organizational factors (p 0.001-0.035) and there were factors that most influenced the implementation of environmental health, namely the role of head nurse (2.900; 95% CI: 1.565). -5,373) and social support factors (3,727; 95% CI: 2,018-6,884).
Suggestions in the field of nursing to make an evaluation program for the head nurse by accompanying, observing, interviewing, supervision to help improve the role of the head nurse. The head nurse must be able to influence and manage the service schedule, there are rest hours 30 minutes after working 4-5 hours, have meal hours on time and co-workers support each other, every decision of the executive nurse can be considered and involve the nurse in every organizational activity either in the room and in the hospital.

"Kualitas pelayanan keperawatan ditentukan oleh kualitas tenaga perawat yang memberikan asuhan langsung kepada pasien. Perawat di kamar operasi memerlukan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang baik untuk memastikan pemberian asuhan keperawatan di kamar operasi aman dan berkualitas. Mentoring merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam praktek keperawatan professional. Program mentoring dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawat di kamar operasi. Program mentoring dilakukan oleh perawat berpengalaman diatas lima tahun, dengan tingkat pendidikan Ners, dan pernah mengikuti pelatihan preseptorship dan bedah lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penerapan metode mentoring terhadap kompetensi perawat di kamar operasi RS X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pre eksperimen dengan pemberian intervensi berupa program mentoring kepada perawat di kamar operasi selama satu bulan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 perawat. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Perceived Perioperative Competence Scale Revised (PPCSR) yang sudah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti yang berisi 43 pernyataan dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata kompetensi perawat di kamar operasi sebelum dan setelah intervensi berupa program mentoring selama satu bulan sebesar 24,933 dengan nilai p < 0,001 (α = 0,05) dengan perbedaan nilai rata-rata tertinggi yaitu pada dimensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar kamar operasi sebesar 7,867. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini program mentoring yang dilakukan selama satu bulan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi perawat di kamar operasi. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu dengan menambahkan kelompok kontrol dalam penelitian dan penggunaan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar.

The quality of nursing services is determined by the quality of the nurses who provide direct care to patients. Nurses in operating rooms need good knowledge, skills and attitudes to ensure safe and quality nursing care in operating rooms. Mentoring is a learning method that can be used in professional nursing practice. The mentoring program in this study aims to improve the competence of nurses in the operating room. The mentoring program is carried out by nurses with experience of more than five years, with a Nurse education level, and have attended preceptorship and advanced surgery training. This study aims to see the effect of implementing the mentoring method on the competence of nurses in the operating room of X Hospital. The research method used was pre-experimental with the provision of an intervention in the form of a mentoring program to nurses in the operating room for one month and a total sample of 15 nurses. The instrument used is the Perceived Perioperative Competence Scale Revised (PPCSR) which has been modified by researchers which contains 43 statements using a Likert scale of 1-5. The results showed that there was a difference in the average competency score of nurses in the operating room before and after the intervention in the form of a one-month mentoring program of 24.933 with a p value < 0.001 (α = 0,05) with the difference in the highest average score in the dimensions of knowledge and skills operating room basis of 7.867. The conclusion from this study is that a mentoring program that is carried out for one month can improve the competence of nurses in the operating room. Suggestions for further research are to add a control group to the study and use a larger sample size."

"Latar belakang: Situasi global akan efek pandemic menuntut pelayanan keperawatan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi CCTV, sehingga perilaku caring perawat yang merupakan inti dari keperawatan harus digantikan dengan penggunaan teknologi CCTV yang menimbulkan persepsi pasien tentang perilaku caring perawat. Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan antara kompetensi teknologi penggunaan CCTV dengan perilaku caring perawat di ruangan isolasi COVID-19 menurut persepsi pasien COVID-19 di RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta. Metode: deskriptif korelasi, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel 140 pasien COVID-19 diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan: A:karakteristik pasien, B:Technological Competency as Caring in Nursing Inventory (TCCNI), dan C:The Caring Nurse-Patient Interactions Scale (CNPI-23P). Analisis meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: proporsi perawat yang kurang kompeten sebesar 51,4%. Perilaku caring perawat baik sebesar 52,1%. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kompetensi teknologi penggunaan CCTV (p value=0,001), pendidikan (p value=0,003), frekuensi dirawat (p Value=0,001) dengan perilaku caring perawat menurut persepsi pasien. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara umur (p value=0,067), jenis kelamin (p value=0,666), lama dirawat (p value=0,937) dengan perilaku caring perawat menurut persepsi pasien. Kesimpulan: Kompetensi teknologi penggunaan CCTV 31 kali mempengaruhi peningkatan perilaku caring perawat dibandingkan perawat yang kurang kompeten, tanpa dikontrol oleh faktor determinan. Rekomendasi: Membuat regulasi tentang penggunaan teknologi CCTV di ruangan isolasi COVID-19. Mengembangkan program pelatihan penggunaan teknologi CCTV berbasis caring.

Background: The global situation of pandemic effect demands nursing services optimize the utilization of CCTV technology, so caring nurse behavior that is the core of nursing should be replaced with the use of CCTV technology that gives rise to the patient's perception of caring nurse behavior. Objective: to know the relationship between the competence of CCTV technology and caring behavior of nurses in the isolation room of COVID-19 according to the perception of COVID-19 patients at RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta. Method: descriptive correlation, cross sectional approach. A sample of 140 COVID-19 patients was taken by purposive sampling method. Instruments used: A:patient characteristics, B:Technological Competency as Caring in Nursing Inventory (TCCNI), and C:The Caring Nurse-Patient Interactions Scale (CNPI-23P). Analysis includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results: The proportion of incompetent nurses was 51.4%. Caring nurse behavior was good at 52.1%. There is a meaningful relationship between the technological competence of using CCTV (p value=0.001), education (p value=0.003), frequency of treatment (p Value=0.001) with caring behavior of nurses according to patient perception. There is no meaningful relationship between age (p value=0.067), gender (p value=0.666), length of care (p value=0.937) with caring behavior of nurses according to patient perception. Conclusion: The competence of cctv technology use 31 times affects the improvement of caring behavior of nurses compared to incompetent nurses, without being controlled by determinant factors. Recommendation: Make regulations on the use of CCTV technology in COVID-19 isolation rooms. Develop training programs for the use of cctv technology based on caring."
