"Influence of Fire Safety Management (FSM) to Building Reliability in Preventing Fire Damage at Hotel Buildings in JakartaJakarta is the center of economic, politic, cultural activities and also the center of the state defense. Along with development in many sectors, numbers of building development grows accordingly with numerous functions: hotel, office, apartment, shop, amusement center, restaurant or a mix at the aforementioned functions. A commercially managed hotel should meet certain standards; one of them is fire prevention through a system that called Fire Safety Manage, rent. The existence of Fire Safety Management is important as most hotel guests have no or little knowledge at how to respond in case of fire.
This research on hotel Fire Safety Management is used to observe the correlation between application of Fire Safety Management and reliability of building in preventing and controling the damages caused by fire at hotels in Jakarta.
This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is gathered by distributing questioners to hotel building managers, data gathered is then analyzed by using statistic program SPSS 10.0 to obtain measurable and relevant indicators to improve reliability at a hotel building.
Data analysis shows same parameters in Fire Safety Management, Which are: Pre-estinguishment at fire : 50,0 %, Response to alarm and signal : 33,6 % , other variable from dummy analysis is : Identification potential at fire : 12, 3 %. The result at this research can be used to improve role of Fire Safety Management in building reliability in general and hotel building in specific."

"Influence of Fire Drills as Part of Fire Safety Management to Safety Performance of Shop Buildings in JakartaFire occurs unexpectedly and must be aware by people because fire is a complex problem. This complexity seems increasing as the technology construction development-increasing fire load, variety of construction material, completion of installation and equipment, and also bigger and higher buildings. The impact of high cost of building constructions tends to make owners minimize some cost especially cost of building safety. Because of that, the meaning and the effort to prevent fire damage must be improved continuously.
In accordance with KEPMEN PU 02/KPTS/1985, and Perda DKI No.3 1992 about Fire Safety Management, every building having capacity more than 50 occupants and public place having more than 30 people must have and conduct fire safety management system. Generally, function and task of Fire Safety Management are the same, to conduct inspection and maintenance, coordinate fire safety team, provide training and safety of fire damage, and conduct Fire Drills. Fire Drills could show preparedness quality oftearn entirely and people rescue related to fire occurs. In Jakarta, there are some shopping buildings conduct fire drills at least once a year and are observed directly by Fire Department.
In this research, we find that there is positive correlation between Fire Drills and Safety Performance of Shop Buildings. The correlation between Fire Drills and Safety Performance is linear with adjusted R2 = 0.849. This resume has two dominant variables influencing the model, as follows:

"Influence of Inspection & Maintenance System Implementation to the Building Asset Protection in Preventing Fire Damage on High Rise Office Building in Jakarta High rise office buildings are an asset which have high economics value, because investation in building construction is high enough. Because of that it would be natural if maintenance and protection of building toward one of disturbances is fire damage must have big awareness.
Observation of fire occurement shows that utility which is perfectly unfunetional when fire happens. Protection system realibility is installed Iike detector and fire alarm, automatic sprinkler, hydrant and also portable extinguisher or known as active fire protection is really influenced by quality of system design. One of activities which contribute in building protection in a part of Fire Safety Management is Inspection & Maintenance of all fire protections. Inspection & Maintenance activity is important part to ensure protection system and equipment reliability when fire occurs.
This research toward inspection & maintenance of protection system as a part of Fire Safety Management could be one of parameters in protecting building asset caused by fire at operational stage of high rise office building in Jakarta.
From 50 questionnaires sent to various high rise office building in Jakarta, 22 responses were received to be viable for in depth analysis. The result of the analysis shows clearly that the inspection & maintenance system implementation as a part of Fire Safety Management is positively correlated in a linear manner to two of the key Inspection & Maintenance System variables.
The two key variables influencing building asset protection from fire damage on operational phase in life cycle construction are performance of detection and fire alarm system after inspection & maintenance and inspection & maintenance schedule. This research can then be used to grow up awareness that importance of inspection & maintenance implementation to protect building asset on high rise building in Jakarta."

"The tire damage occurs in unpredictable time can caused property losses and life losses. Research from several countries show that tire damage can caused big loss. Statistical studies has done by public protection in every city and town in the United State and Canada. The tire department is one of the most important factors caused increasing the loss of tire damage. The criteria for measuring its eifectiveness rigidly schedule and cover the organization, membership, apparatus and equipment. In Indonesia, especially in Jakarta the level of tire damage at high rise building has an increasing tendency since 1981. From various of tire damage show that still low appreciation to Fire Safety Design and also Fire Safety Management. The Public Fire Department as public facility 63111101 be totally expected to overcome the tire damage. Facts that effort has only handle tire suppression mean while the tire prevention has rarely done. At operational stage , a team who can give responses quickly is known as Emergency Response Team that need to be established to anticipate emergency condition, so tire suppression could run elfectively and efficiently. Building has to be able to handle initial fire damage by protection system and Emergency Response Team skill. From 50 questionnaires sent to various high rise office buildings in Jakarta, 25 responses were received to be viable for in depth analysis using SPSS 10.1 version The result of the analysis shows clearly that Emergency Response Team is positively correlated in a linear manner to two of the Emergency Response Team variables. The two key variables influencing building the protection of building property in preventing fire damage carried out by building management and owner in high rise buildings are : The initial extinguishing of fire contributed 74,5 % in model, Inspection and Maintenance protection system contributed 13,3 % in model. This research can then be used to control and measure the quality of the protection of building property by Fire Safety Management theory on high rise oflice building in Jakarta."

"Kebakaran dapat mengakibatkan kerugian, baik fatal mau pun tidak fatal, terhadap bangunan itu sendiri serta bangunan yang ada di sekitarnya. Kebakaran dapat berakibat langsung, yaitu adanya kerusakan bangunan dan meninggalnya penghuni bangunan. Selain itu kebakaran dapat juga berakibat tidak langsung, yaitu terhentinya aktivitas yang ada dalam bangunan tersebut.
Kebakaran pasar di Jakarta cukup sering terjadi dikarenakan kurangnya kepedulian penghuni pasar terhadap risiko kebakaran, minimnya fasilitas pencegah kebakaran dan kondisi lingkungan pasar yang tidak tertata rapi. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan manajemen risiko kebakaran pasar yang baik untuk pencegahannya. Tindakan-tindakan yang dapat dilakukan dalam manajemen risiko kebakaran adalah dengan cara mengidentifikasi, mengurangi dan mengalihkan risiko.
Penelitian dilakukan pada pasar yang terrnasuk dalam kategori kelas A dengan kondisi fisik yang sama, yang dikategorikan pasar kelas sedang. Kemudian juga dibandingkan dengan pasar-pasar yang memiliki kondisi yang sangat baik dan sangat buruk.
Asesmen risiko kebakaran dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data-data melalui survei responden yang kemudian data-data tersebut ditransformasikan ke dalam fungsi kerapatan probabilita. Nilai risiko kebakaran didapatkan dari perhitungan berbasis formula Gretener di mana padanya dimasukkan fungsi kerapatan probabilita terkait, berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
Nilai asesmen risiko kebakaran pasar didapatkan melalui simulasi Monte Carlo, dan berdasarkan simulasi tersebut elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi asesmen risiko kebakaran juga dapat diketahui.
Pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa berdasarkan asesmen yang dilakukan tingkat risiko kebakaran pasar di DKI Jakarta dengan kelas sedang dimulai dari yang paling aman terhadap kebakaran adalah Pasar Kramat Jati, Pasar Palmerah, Pasar Minggu, Pasar Jatinegara, Pasar Mayestik, Pasar Tomang Barat, dan Pasar Senen Blok III.
Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ketika pasar kelas sedang dibandingkan dengan pasar dengan kondisi ekstrim adalah pasar kelas sedang tersebut diapit oleh pasar dengan kondisi sangat baik dan pasar dengan kondisi sangat buruk.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasar yang memiliki sistem proteksi dan sistem manajemen kebakaran yang baik memiliki kecenderungan nilai risiko kebakaran yang kecil, dan pasar yang tidak memiliki sistem proteksi dan sistem manajemen kebakaran yang kurang baik memiliki kecenderungan nilai risiko kebakaran yang besar.

Fire can caused losses, event fatal or not, to the building itself or the building nearby. Fire can gives direct losses, which is building damage or human death. For the indirect losses, fire can stop the activities that happened inside the building.
Fire in traditional markets in Jakarta mostly happened because of unawareness people in fire risk, minimum fire protection facility and messy traditional markets setting. Therefore, a good fire risk management is needed as avoidance. Things that can be done in fire risk management are identifying, reducing and transferring the risk.
The research was done in traditional markets in A-Class categorization, and then compared with traditional markets in extremely good condition and extremely bad condition.
Fire risk assessment was done by collecting some data through respondents. Those data then transformed to probability distribution function. The risk assessment was gained from a calculation based on Gretener formulation, which has probability distribution function related inside.
Monte Carlo simulation was used to gain the fire risk assessment. From the simulation above, the elements that give effect to the assessment were also obtained.
According to the assessment, it is gained that the risk of fire in traditional markets in Jakarta from the safest are Kramat Jati, Palmerah, Minggu, Jatinegara, Mayestik, Tomang Barat and Senen Blok III.
The result then compared by traditional markets with extreme condition, and those extreme markets are outside the markets mentioned above.
According to the research, it is concluded that traditional market with a good fire system protection and fire system management has a low indication of fire risk.

Sebagai fungsi hunian satu unit bangunan maupun sekelompok bangunan di atas lahan terbangun, perumahan dan permukiman memiliki kondisi untuk dapat melangsungkan fungsinya secara baik, serta secara khusus diharapkan mampu pula menyelamatkan dari bencana kebakaran. Permasalahan inilah yang menjadi fokus diskusi dalam penulisan ini, dengan mengamati beberapa karakteristik bangunan gedung apartemen di Jakarta Pusat. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP untuk mendapatkan faktor risiko yang dominan. Dengan implikasi dari analisis risiko kebakaran pada bangunan tinggi apartemen di Jakarta Pusat, diharapkan permasalahan risiko kebakaran baik dari segi bangunan, penghuni, serta sistem lingkungan, akan mampu mencegah dan bisa menanggulangi risiko kebakaran yang dapat terjadi setiap waktu.

ABSTRACT
As a function of housing, one or more building units on a constructed land have the condition to do its function correctly, and it also hopefully can save people from fire disaster. That is the focus of discussion in this writing, through observing some apartment building characteristic in Central Jakarta. This research analysis is using AHP method to overcome a dominant risk factor. With the implication from the analysis of fire accident risk at high apartment in Central Jakarta, it is expected that the risk of fire accident problem; whether its construction risk, human system, or environment system will be preventable, and able to cope with the fire disaster risk that can occur any time."

"Jakarta Pusat menjadi kawasan pusat perkantoran dan pusat pemerintahan yang menjadi sangat berisiko terhadap kebakaran. Menurut data Dinas Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan 42,5% gedung perkantoran pemerintahan tidak terawat sistem proteksi kebakarannya. Waktu respon darurat menjadi faktor penting pada terjadinya risiko kebakaran karena hal ini dapat menanggulangi kebakaran. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, digunakan metode penelitian analisis risiko untuk dapat mengetahui faktor risiko dominan dari kebakaran untuk evaluasi sistem emergency response time sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan lokasi pos pemadam kebakaran. Hasil evaluasi penelitian terdapat 8 risiko dominan pada penelitian yang berupa perbaikan SOP eksisting dan pemetaan perencanaan lokasi pos pemadam kebakaran.

Central Jakarta is the center of office area and central government, therefore this area become vital a risky area against fires. According data from Dinas Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan that 42.5% the fire protection sistem in office building is untreated. Emergency response time become a key factor in fire incident. To achieve this method, risk analysis method is used for this research to get risk factors dominant of fire incident for evaluation of sistem emergency response time as a referencein planning location of fire station. The evaluation resultsof this research, there are 8 risk dominants to improve existing SOP dan mapping fire station location."

"Berdasarkan data statistik kebakaran di wilayah DKI Jakarta, proses pelaksanaan sistem keselamatan kebakaran bangunan gedung tinggi mixed used belum maksimal. Sehingga diperlukan suatu model risiko kebakaran melalui metode analisa risiko berbasis PMBOK 2013 yang selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS 23. Analisis linier berganda menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan sebesar 75 dari 2 faktor risiko dominan terhadap keandalan bangunan dengan bentuk persamaan Y = 10,441 0,286 Struktur tahan api 0, 564 Re-design. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat dilakukan evaluasi sistem keselamatan kebakaran bangunan gedung tinggi mixed used dengan tindakan preventif dan korektif yang tepat dari risiko dominan yang terjadi untuk meningkatkan keandalan bangunan dalam mengantisipasi kerugian material dan korban jiwa.

According to statistics of fire in Jakarta area , the process of implementation fire safety systems is not maximized. So we need a model of fire risk through risk analysis method based on PMBOK 2013, which subsequently processed using SPSS 23. Multiple linear analysis showed a significant effect of 75 of the 2 dominant risk factors of the reliability with the form of the equation Y 10.441 to 0.286 Structure of fireproof 0, 564 Re design. From these results, it can do evaluation of mixed used high rise building fire safety system with preventive and corrective action from dominant risk to improve reliability in anticipation of material losses and casualties."

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor risiko dominan proses penyelamatan penghuni saat kebakaran di wilayah Jakarta Selatan menggunakan metode analisa risiko dan mengevaluasi sistem penyelamatan penghuni saat kebakaran yang tepat agar dapat menurunkan jumlah korban jiwa pada bangunan gedung tinggi hunian di wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Terdapat 13 high risk pada penelitian. Hasil evaluasi penelitian berupa perbaikan SOP eksisting. The rescue process in defective buildings resulted in many victims due to fires. The purpose of the rescue plan is giving the safety guidelines of the building that may appear on any area of the building. The purpose of this study is to determine the dominant risk factor the process of saving the residents during a fire in South Jakarta using risk analysis method and evaluate the correct residents rescue system during a fire in order to reduce the number of victims in high rise building residences in South Jakarta. There are 13 high risks in this research. The evaluation results of this research in the improvement of existing SOP. Where there is one additional sub chapters and sub chapters 3 fixes earlier.
