Abstrak :
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh realitas bahwa kinerja perawat pelaksana memiliki kontribusi terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit, penilaian kinerja perawat pelaksana belum optimal, dan masih ada ketidakpuasan pelanggan terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana sebesar 43,89%. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor internal dan eksternal dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di IRNA RSUD A.W. Sjahranie. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 216 perawat pelaksana. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data berupa univariat, bivariat (chi-square dan independent t test) dan multivariat (regresi logistik berganda). Hasil penelitian didapatkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah: pendidikan (p=0,014), motivasi (p=0,013), persepsi (p=0,001), kepemimpinan (p=0,001), dan karir (p=0,001). Faktor pengembangan karir paling dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja (OR=29,962). Peningkatan kinerja perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit harus memperhatikan faktor pendididkan, motivasi, persepsi, kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir. ...... This research was motivated by the fact that nursing performance contributes to the quality of nursing services in hospital, the suboptimal nurses appraisal, and the low customer satisfaction towards the nurses performance of 43.89%. This research aims to determine the relationship of internal and external factors of nurse?s performance in Instalasi rawat inap RSUD A. W. Sjahranie Samarinda. This research uses cross-sectional approach. The sample consists of 216 nursing officers. Data was collected by using questionnaire. Data analysis that is used in this research were univariate, bivariate (chi-square and independent t-test) and multivariate (multiple logistic regression). The result of this research shows that the factors that related to the performances are: education (p=0.014), motivation (p=0.013), perception (p=0.001), leadership (p=0.001), and career (p=0.001). The most significant factor that is related to nursing performance is career development (OR=29,962). Nursing performance developments have to pay attention to education, motivation, perception, leadership, and career development.

Perilaku kekerasan merupakan masalah yang sering muncul pada pasien gangguan jiwa berat termasuk skizofrenia. Alasan keluarga membawa pasien ke RSJ adalah ketidakmampuan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan pasien di rumah. Keluarga berusaha mencegah kekambuhan perilaku kekerasan pasien pasca rawat inap karena perilaku kekerasan menimbulkan beban bagi keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pengalaman keluarga mencegah kekambuhan pasien dengan riwayat risiko perilaku kekerasan pasca rawat inap di RSJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 8 partisipan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode Collaizi. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat 8 tema yang menggambarkan pengalaman keluarga tersebut yaitu: 1) pengetahuan keluarga tentang riwayat perilaku kekerasan; 2) kepekaan keluarga terhadap pencetus kekambuhan, 3) cara pengendalian pasien untuk mencegah kekambuhan; 4) kepedulian keluarga sebagai upaya pencegah kekambuhan, 5) beban keluarga, 6) strategi koping keluarga; 7) bentuk dukungan keluarga, 8) kepasrahan dalam menerima kondisi pasien. Perawat jiwa dapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pencegahan dan manajemen perilaku kekerasan kepada pasien dan keluarga. Pelatihan perawat tentang terapi supportif sehingga dapat memfasilitasi terapi supportif pada pasien dan keluarga.
Violence behavior has been the common problem for patients with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia. The reason their family brought them to the psychiatric hospital is their inability to control the patients? violent behavior at home. Their family tried to prevent patients? posthospitalization recurrence because it has been a burden for them. This research was aimed to describe the family experiences in preventing patients? recurrence with risk for violence after being treated in psychiatric hospital. This research used descriptive phenomenology qualitative approach. The research sample was 8 participants taken by purposive sampling method. The data had been analyzed using Collaizi method. Eight themes were revealed to describe the family experiences: 1) family knowledge of patients? violent behavior history; 2) family sensitivity to trigger violence behavior; 3) the ways of family controlled patient to prevent recurrence; 4) family care as an effort to prevent recurrence; 5) family burden; 6) family coping strategies in preventing recurrence; 7) family support to prevent recurrence; 8) resignation to accept the patients? condition. Nurses can provide mental health preventing education and management of violent behavior to patients and families. Nurse training of supportive therapy to facilitate supportive therapy for patients and families.

Resiko yang muncul akibat adanya burnout, turnover intention, dan rendahnya kinerja perawat yaitu tidak efektifnya asuhan keperawatan pasien yang dapat menurunkan kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak kompetensi manajerial case manager terhadap burnout, turnover intention, dan kinerja perawat. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional di tiga rumah sakit dengan 235 responden. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial case manager dengan burnout, turnover intention,dan kinerja perawat. Alternatif solusi untuk meningkatkan efektifitas alur pasien yaitu mengoptimalkan peran dan fungsi case manager. Perlu adanya peningkatan kompetensi case manager melalui internalisasi peran dan fungsi manajerial case manager serta pendidikan informal maupun formal untuk dapat menurunkan burnout, turnover intention, dan kinerja perawat. Greatest risk arising from burnout, turnover intention, and the low performance of nurses is ineffective nursing care which can reduce the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to identified impact of managerial competence of nurse case manager on burnout, turnover intention, and nurse performance. Research method used in this research was cross sectional design in three hospitals with 235 respondents. The results from analysis indicate that there is a relationship between managerial competence case manager with burnout, turnover intention, and nurse performance. Alternative solutions to improve the effectiveness of the patient care is to optimize the role and function of the case manager. There needs to be increased case manager competence through internalization of the role and function of managerial case manager and informal and formal education to reduce burnout, turnover intention, and nurse performance.
