"ABSTRAKLaporan magang ini membahas mengenai analisis pengendalian internal terhadap sub-siklus Joint Interest Billing yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari siklus pengeluaran perusahaan PT GHI, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia dan berperan sebagai Non-operator. Dalam laporan ini secara lebih rinci dijelaskan mengenai aspek-aspek pengendalian internal yang diterapkan dalam pencatatan biaya atas laporan Joint Interest Billing. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan, pengerjaan hardcopy document filing pernah dilakukan dengan tidak tepat waktu. Namun secara keseluruhan, penulis menilai PT GHI telah berhasil dalam menerapkan kerangka pengendalian COSO secara efektif pada sub-siklus Joint Interest Billing.

ABSTRACTThis report discusses the internal control analysis of the sub-cycle of Joint Interest Billing, which is a part of the expenditure cycle of PT GHI, a company that engaged in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia and serve as a Non-operator. This report further defines about application of internal control aspects in recording costs of Joint Interest Billing statement. Based on the result from observation, there is an occasion that hardcopy document filing is not timely done. But overall, the author assess PT GHI has succeeded in applying the COSO framework effectively on a sub-cycle of Joint Interest Billing."

Menggunakan Difference-in-Difference Estimator dengan strategiMatching, karakteristik demografi dipelajari dengan perubahan susunan anggotadewan direksi. ABSTRACTThis study discusses the influence of demographic characteristics of members ofthe board of directors of banking companies in Indonesia against the risk appetiteof the board of directors proxied by portfolio risk level of the bank's assets.Demographic characteristics studied were age, gender, educational backgroundlevel (S2/S3), and the educational background of economic studies. UsingDifference-in-Difference Estimator with Matching strategy, demographiccharacteristics studied changes in the composition of the board of directors. Thestudy found that the increase in proportion of educational background level (S2/S3)in the board of directors increased the level of portfolio risk. While the increase ineducational background study of economics/business within the board of directorsreduce the level of portfolio risk."
