"Apoteker merupakan gelar profesi bagi seseorang yang telah menempuh pendidikan profesi apoteker dan mengucapkan sumpah jabatan apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan wadah yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa Apoteker untuk menerapkan dan mengembangkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama perkuliahan di lapangan secara langsung. PKPA dapat membantu para mahasiswa calon Apoteker untuk dapat memperoleh pengalaman pekerjaan Apoteker di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian misalnya Apotek, Rumah Sakit, Puskesmas, Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), Pabrik Obat, dan BPOM sebelum mereka terjun secara mandiri sebagai Apoteker di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian tersebut. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKPA di fasilitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit yaitu untuk memberikan bekal kepada para calon Apoteker untuk mendalami dan menerapkan serta memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker yang berkeja di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan PKPA ini diharapkan dapat membantu melahirkan Apoteker yang berintegritas dan berdedikasi tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dan mengembangkan ilmunya sebagai Apoteker di masa mendatang.

"Profesi apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang berperan aktif dalam terwujudnya kesehatan masyarakat. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, apoteker profesional harus berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di institusi kefarmasian seperti apotek dan industri farmasi, hal ini dinamakan dengan praktik profesi. Praktik profesi dilakukan sebagai pengaplikasian ilmu yang didapat selama menempuh pendidikan apoteker dan sebagai tempat mencari pengalaman bagi calon apoteker agar dapat memahami dan mendapatkan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja.. "Pengelolaan obat secara tidak langsung berkaitan dengan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya pada produk rantai dingin farmasi yang cenderung sensitif terhadap perubahan selama proses penyimpanan dan pendistribusian. Sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang dekat dengan masyarakat, Apotek Roxy Cabang Sawangan harus memperhatikan proses pengelolaan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa implementasi sistem pengelolaan produk, data persentasi penjualan, serta peranan apoteker dalam penanganan produk rantai dingin farmasi di Apotek Roxy Cabang Sawangan. Penelitian dilakukan secara observasional melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun observasi dilakukan melalui studi literatur berdasarkan referensi ilmiah, regulasi nasional, dan dokumen operasional di Apotek Roxy Cabang Sawangan. Selain itu dilakukan penarikan data penjualan produk rantai dingin farmasi selama satu tahun. Analisa data yang diperoleh dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara lanjutan, pencatatan, dan pengamatan secara langsung. Penelitian menemukan bahwa pengelolaan produk rantai dingin farmasi di Apotek Roxy Cabang Sawangan telah sesuai dengan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). Selain itu, diketahui juga bahwa penjualan produk rantai dingin farmasi selama satu tahun didominasi oleh produk insulin. Apoteker memiliki tanggung jawab penuh untuk memastikan seluruh aspek pengelolaan obat di Apotek berjalan dengan benar.

Drug management is indirectly related to the quality of public health, especially for pharmaceutical cold chain products, which tend to be sensitive to changes during the storage and distribution process. As the closest health service facility to the community, the Roxy Pharmacy Sawangan Branch must consider this management process. Therefore, research is needed to analyze the implementation of product management systems, sales percentage data, and the role of pharmacists in handling pharmaceutical cold chain products at the Roxy Pharmacy, Sawangan Branch.

The research was conducted observationally through a qualitative approach. Observations were made through literature studies based on scientific references, national regulations, and operational documents at the Roxy Pharmacy, Sawangan Branch. In addition, sales data for pharmaceutical cold chain products in the Roxy Pharmacy Sawangan Branch were collected for one year. Analysis of the data obtained was carried out by conducting follow-up interviews, recording, and direct observation. The study found that managing pharmaceutical cold chain products at the Roxy Pharmacy, Sawangan Branch followed Good Drug Distribution Methods (CDOB). In addition, the research found that insulin products dominate sales of pharmaceutical cold chain products for one year. Pharmacists are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of drug management in pharmacies run correctly."

Mengingat pentingnya peranan tersebut, maka calon apoteker perlu untuk membekali diri dengan pengetahuan dan pengalaman melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Praktik kerja dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Sawangan dan industry PT. Guardian Pharmatama pada periode Januari hingga Juni 2022. Calon apoteker harus melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bekal dan pengalaman dalam memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam dunia professional serta meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilannya dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Kegiatan PKPA ini telah dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Sawangan pada tanggal 3 – 31 Januari 2022 dan PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia (Johnson & Johnson) Pada 4 April – 31 Mei 2022. Kegiatan PKPA di Apotek Roxy Sawangan dan PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia meliputi tinjauan tugas manajerial di bagian produksi sediaan solid dan liquid industri farmasi, tugas farmasi klinis di apotek serta tugas khusus baik di industri farmasi maupun di apotek.

"Praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini dilakuakn di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan. Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini memberikan informasi mengenai peran apoteker dalam kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit dan apotek. Apoteker di rumah sakit dan apotek berperan penting dalam memberi pelayanan kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi untuk dapat mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Selain itu, apoteker bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai, serta bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pelayanan farmasi klinik kepada pasien. Laporan praktik kerja ini disusun menggunakan metode pengkajian, pengamatan secara langsung, dan studi literatur. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa apoteker di rumah sakit turut berperan penting dalam pelayanan sediaan kefarmasian untuk pasien rawat inap dan dapat dievaluasi menggunakan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Sedangkan hasil dari kegiatan praktik kerja di apotek, menunjukkan bahwa apoteker berperan dalam melakukan skrining resep secara administrasi, farmasetik, dan klinis. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan secara maksimal kepada pasien dan mencegah adanya kesalahan dalam pemberian terapi.

Pharmacists in hospitals and pharmacies play an important role in providing services to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations to be able to achieve definite results to improve the quality of life of patients. In addition, pharmacists are responsible for the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and medical consumables, and are responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients. This work practice report was prepared using the method of assessment, direct observation, and literature study. The results of this activity indicate that pharmacists in hospitals play an important role in the service of pharmaceutical preparations for inpatients and can be evaluated using the waiting time for prescription services in accordance with established standards. Meanwhile, the results of practical work activities in pharmacies indicate that pharmacists play a role in screening prescriptions in administration, pharmaceutical, and clinical ways. It aims to provide maximum service to patients and prevent errors in therapy."

"Pendidikan profesi apoteker menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan apoteker yang professional. "Telah dilakukan penelitian sebagai tugas khusus dalam Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker. Penelitian di RS Universitas Indonesia yaitu mengevaluasi penggunaan obat pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan. Hasil didapatkan dari metode analisis ABC, dan disimpulkan bahwa pada pemakaian obat peserta JKN di rawat jalan terdapat 19 obat Fast Moving, 626 obat Slow Moving, dan 384 obat-obat dead stock. Praktik kerja di BPOM tentang peran apoteker khususnya di Direktorat Pengawasan Obat Tradisional dan Suplemen Kesehatan, yaitu melakukan pengawasan terhadap informasi dan promosi, fasilitas produksi dan distribusi, serta keamanan dan mutu dari obat tradisional dan suplemen kesehatan. Penelitian di Apotek Roxy Sawangan yaitu menganalisis data penjualan obat antihipertensi periode bulan Mei – Juli 2021. Hasil didapatkan bahwa amlodipine 5 mg merupakan antihipertensi dengan penjualan tertinggi. Penelitian di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yaitu penambahan fitur pendaftaran klien pada aplikasi eZRX sebagai pengembangan digitalisasi yang dapat mempermudah klien maupun staff dalam proses pendaftaran.

Work practices at BPOM regarding the role of pharmacists, especially in the Directorate of Supervision of Traditional Medicines and Health Supplements, namely supervising information and promotion, production and distribution facilities, as well as the safety and quality of traditional medicines and health supplements. Research at the Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy is analyzed data on sales of antihypertensive drugs for the period May – July 2021. The results showed that 5 mg amlodipine was the antihypertensive with the highest sales. Research at PT. APL is the addition of a client registration feature on the eZRX application as a digitalization development that can make it easier in the client registration process.
