"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Actavis Indonesia Periode Februari ndash; April 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu Penanganan Approved Supplier List ASL di PT Actavis Indonesia Periode 5 Februari ndash; 6 April 2018. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengetahui penerapan Aprroved Supplier di PT. Actavis Indonesia dan mengetahui departemen yang terkait dalam penanganan Approved Supplier. Secara umum, PT Actavis Indonesia telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di Industri Farmasi.

In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Handling The Approved Supplier List ASL on PT Actavis Indonesia Period February 5th ndash; April 6th 2018. The purpose of this special assignment is to know the application of Approved Supplier on PT Actavis Indonesia and to know the spesific department which is related. In general, PT Actavis Indonesia has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly, the authors also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights, and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions on product in the Industry Pharmacy."

"ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia Periode Februari ndash; Maret 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peranan CPOB dalam industri farmasi, mengerti peranan nyata sebagai seorang apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefaarmasian di industri farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permsalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yangdiberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Gap Analysis Pemantauan Lingkungan rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Guardian Pharmatama adalah mencari gap yang ada antara CPOB yang dipakai di Indonesia dengan CPOB/GMP yang ada di dunia seperti GMP di Eropa, Singapura, PIC/S, dan WHO terkait pemantauan tekanan, suhu, kelembapan, jumlah partikel, cemaran mikroba, dan pertukaran udara, dan membuat rangkuman analisis untuk perbedaan CPOB terkait pemantauan tekanan, suhu, kelembapan, jumlah partikel, cemaran mikroba, dan pertukaran udara di Indonesia dan luar Indonesia. Secara umum, pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di PT. Actavis Indonesia menerapkan pedoman CPOB dan selalu melakukan pembaharuan jika ada peraturan yang berubah, danpermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh seorang apoteker di industri farmasi adalah memastikan bahwa CPOB sudah diterapkan dengan baik

"Pekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Seorang apoteker, wajib untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai apa yang sudah dicantumkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut di dalam fasilitas kefarmasian yang ada di Indonesia. Industri farmasi adalah wujud nyata dari fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi tempat seorang apoteker menjalankan fungsinya. Industri farmasi harus memiliki tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab masing-masing pada bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu setiap produksi sediaan farmasi. Untuk menjamin bahwa produk yang dibuat senantiasa memenuhi persyaratan mutu yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya pemerintah mengeluarkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB sebagai panduan apoteker dalam berpraktik di industri farmasi.

Actavis Indonesia Jakarta Timur Periode Agustus-September 2017 bertujuan untuk mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker, serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktek kerja profesi di PT. Actavis Indonesia dilakukan selama sembilan minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu Tinjauan Validasi Produk Amoxicilline DT 750 mg, Flucloxacilline Kapsul 500 mg. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui keadaan produk Amoxicilline 750 mg Disper Tablet dan Flucloxacilline 500 mg kapsul yang telah divalidasi, sehingga dapat menentukan tingkat urgensi dilakukannya validasi selanjutnya pada kedua produk tersebut.
