Sistem jenjang karir keperawatan yang direncanakan dan diimplementasikan dapat memengaruhi proses kehidupan dan masa depan perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi efektifitas pelaksanaan program sistem jenjang karir dengan implementasi manajemen nyeri di rumah sakit. Disain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui data primer sebanyak 121 perawat pelaksana serta data sekunder dokumen rekam medis pasien berisi catatan keperawatan terkait manajemen nyeri yang terdiri dari pengkajian, intervensi dan re-evaluasi. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel implementasi sistem jenjang karir yang paling berpengaruh terhadap implementasi manajemen nyeri oleh perawat klinik adalah pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan (PPB). Peneliti merekomendasikan perlunya perencanaan terstruktur melalui analisa kebutuhan training bagi masing-masing perawat. ...... This study aimed to identify the dominant factors of career ladder system program to the implementation of pain management in the hospital. The design research was descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. Data were collected through primary data as much as 121 nurses and also secondary data from patient medical records related to pain management nursing documentation included assessment, intervention, and re-evaluation. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result showed that the variables of the career ladder system implementation that most affected on the pain management implementation by clinical nurses is continuing professional development (CPD). It is recommended to make structured planning through training needs analysis for each nurse.

Pelayanan keperawatan sebagai bagian integral dari pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit dituntut memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu sesuai standar. Salah satu standar yang digunakan dalam penilaian pelayanan keperawatan di Indonesia adalah Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Versi 2012 yang menilai pelayanan keperawatan dalam 8 delapan bab standar. Terdapat beberapa model pengukuran mutu yang terbukti efektif dalam manajemen mutu, salah satunya adalah Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai mutu pelayanan keperawatan RSUD Pasar Minggu menurut Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Versi 2012 ditinjau dari Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige sebagai persiapan akreditasi dan peningkatan mutu berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui wawancara mendalam informan kunci, telaah dokumen, observasi, dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan keperawatan menurut Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Versi 2012 khususnya Bab Hak Pasien dan Keluarga, Bab Pendidikan Pasien dan Keluarga, serta Bab Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi telah melewati syarat minimal 80 target pencapaian. Posisi skor mutu Bidang Pelayanan Keperawatan RSUD Pasar Minggu menurut Akreditasi RS Versi 2012 ditinjau dari Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige berada pada skor 555,75, dalam jenjang predikat "Good Performance" dengan tingkat mutu "Average". Bidang Pelayanan Keperawatan RSUD Pasar Minggu dapat mengembangkan kesempatan untuk perbaikan pada kriteria kepemimpinan senior, dan pengembangan strategi. ......The nursing services as an integral part of health services in hospitals are required to provide quality services according to standards. One of the standards used in the assessment of nursing services in Indonesia is Hospital Accreditation Version 2012 which assessess nursing service in 8 eight standard chapters There are several quality measurement models proven effective in quality management, one of which is the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. This research aims to assess the quality of nursing services at RSUD Pasar Minggu according to Hospital Accreditation Version 2012 reviewed from Malcolm Baldrige Criteria as preparation for accreditation and continuous quality improvement. This research is descriptive analytic research with qualitative approach, through indepth interview of key informants, document review, observation, and focus group discussion. The results found that the implementation of nursing service standards according to the Hospital Accreditation Version 2012, especially the Patient and Family Chapter, the Patient and Family Education Chapter, and the Infection Prevention and Control Chapter have passed the minimum requirement of 80 achievement targets. Position Quality Score of Nursing Services Division at RSUD Pasar Minggu according to Hospital Accreditation Version 2012 reviewed from Malcolm Baldrige Criteria is on score 555,75, which is in "Good Performance" predicate, indicating "Average" quality level. The Nursing Services Division at RSUD Pasar Minggu can develop opportunities for improvement on senior leadership and strategy development criterias.

Persepsi tentang keterlibatan, karakteristik individu dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perbaikan ketidaksesuaian dalam ISO 9001:2000. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi berjumlah 110 orang. Hasil uji validitas dan reabilitas didiapatkan adalah valid (0,9621-0,9651) dan reliabel (0,9645). Hasil penelitian adalah, ada hubungan yang bermakna antara oersepso keterlibatan dengan kinerja perbaikan ketidaksesuaian. Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja perbaikan keridaksesuasian adalah komunikasi (p value=0,000; OR=23,917, 95% CI) dan pelatihan (p value=0,000; OR=23,917, 95% CI).
The research to identified the correlation of nurse characteristic, nurse supervisor involvement perception with performance of non conformity correction ISO 9001 : 2000 . The research population were 110 supervisor nurse. The result of the validity and reliability test was validity (0,9621-0,9651) and reability (0,9645). The conclusion of this study showed that there was a significant relationship between with the involvement of supervisor nurse perception. The most dominant variables that correlated of work performance of non conformity correction was communication (p value=0,000;OR=23,917, 95% CI) and training (p value=0,000;OR=22,400, 95% CI) from this result can be suggested for direction hospital, it was increased nurse supervisor involvement in non conformity correction ISO 9001 : 2000.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran arti dan makna persepsi berdasarkan pengalaman perawat tentang penilaian evaluasi kinerja perawat dengan menggunakan daftar penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan (DP3). Penelitian ini dengan desain fenomenologi deskriptif. Partisipan adalah perawat yang kinerjanya dinilai dengan menggunakan DP3, yang didapatkan dengan cara purposive sampling sebanyak 7 orang. Metodenya indepth interview. Tipe pertanyaan semistructure. Hasil wawancara dalam bentuk transkrip dianalisis dengan menggunakan tekhnik Collaizi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 13 tema yaitu menilai kinerja, motivasi, perencanaan SDM, dasar pemberian penghargaan, respon negatif, respon positif, standar kompetensi, standar pelayanan dan asuhan keperawatan, pemberian informasi, pembinaan, penghargaan, kesenjangan komunikasi, dan peran pimpinan. ......This research aimed to get description of the importance and the meaning of perception based on nurses experiences about performance evaluation by using an assessment list of work implementation. This research used descriptive phenomenology. The participants were seven nurses whose performance assessed using the DP3, which is obtained by purposive sampling. Method used in this research was in-depth interview with semistructure type of questions. The interview results in the form of transcripts were analyzed using Collaizi technique. Research results identified 13 themes, they are: assess performance, motivation, human resource planning, the basis of the award, negative response, positiv response, standard of competence, standard of service and nursing care, provision of information, establishment, reward, communication gap, and the leadership role.

Perilaku caring perawat yang didasari kecerdasan emosional tinggi dapat mendorong pencapaian pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan perilaku caring perawat. Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan sampel 92 perawat pelaksana dan 92 pasien. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan regresi logistik berganda. Sebanyak 54 % perawat berperilaku caring menurut persepsi pasien. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dimensi memahami dan mendukung emosi orang lain dengan perilaku caring perawat (p = 0,049). Perawat yang memiliki dimensi ini berpeluang 2,567 kali lebih caring. Rumah sakit perlu mengembangkan program pelatihan komunikasi efektif dan komunikasi terapeutik, sebagai salah satu bentuk perilaku caring. ...... Nurses caring behavior based on high emotional intelligence can encourage the achievement of quality nursing service. This research was to recognize the relationship between nurses emotional intelligence with their caring behavior according to patients perceptions. This is a descriptive correlation, with 92 nurses and 92 patients as samples. Analysis was using Chi Square and multiple logistic regressions. An approximately 54 % of nurses are caring. The result showed that the dimension of understanding and support of other people's emotions is significantly associated with nurses caring behavior (p= 0,049). Nurses who are having high level in this dimension are having opportunity as much as 2,567 times more caring. The manager of hospital can develop a sustainable training program on effective and terapheutic communication as one of nurses caring behavior.
