Sekolah Otonom Sanggar Anak Akar merupakan sebuah sekolah yang didirikan pada November 1994 di daerah Cipinang, Jakarta Timur. Sekolah ini merupakan pengembangan dari sebuah program open house yang dilakukan oleh Biro Advokasi Anak, Institut Sosial Jakarta pada tahun 1989. Sekolah ini lahir dari keinginan untuk memberikan rasa aman bagi anak-anak jalanan agar bisa berkembang dan membuat mereka mampu mengekspresikan ide serta kemampuan yang dimiliki. Sanggar Anak Akar melihat jika lingkungan anak-anak jalanan sangatlah tidak kondusif dan tidak baik untuk perkembangan anak. Siswa-siswi Sanggar Anak Akar juga ingin meluruskan pandangan yang menganggap jika mereka adalah anak jalanan biasa yang tidak bisa melakukan apa-apa. Sanggar Anak Akar sangat menekankan pada pengembangan kreativitas siswa-siswinya. Beberapa prestasi dari Sanggar Anak Akar di bidang seni adalah terpilih untuk menjadi ensamble musik di Kongres Perempuan Asia Pasifik 2002 di Bangkok, Thailand, memproduksi album yang berjudul ?Gema Gita Mahardika?, sukses menggelar Konserta Gema Gita Mahardika yang bekerjasama dengan PPHUI di tahun 2013, dan berhasil menggelar sebuah pagelaran teater di bulan November 2014 yang berjudul ?Sayap-sayap Mimpi?. Selain itu, Sanggar Anak Akar sering ditunjuk sebagai perwakilan DKI Jakarta di festival-festival seni di Indonesia seperti di Jember Fashion Festival. Segala pencapaian ini tidak lepas dari kuatnya kerjasama yang mereka miliki baik dengan lembaga donor, sekolah swasta nasional maupun internasional, hingga Sahabat Akar yang selalu mendukung segala kegiatan Sanggar Anak Akar, baik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar maupun pementasan seni.
Sahabat Akar adalah para praktisi yang sudah memiliki pengalaman yang banyak di bidangnya masing-masing namun memiliki komitmen untuk membantu anak-anak Sanggar Anak Akar agar bisa memiliki kemampuan lain. Peran Sahabat Akar sangatlah penting karena mereka berbagi pengalaman kepada siswa-siswi Sanggar Anak Akar. Selain itu, Sahabat Akar sangatlah loyal terhadap Sanggar Anak Akar sehingga keberadaannya bisa diandalkan. Sanggar Anak Akar menyadari bahwa terjadi kekosongan pada penggunaan media untuk menyebarkan visi mereka. Sanggar Anak Akar juga memiliki berbagai macam prestasi di bidang seni dan memiliki siswa-siswi yang sudah mendapatkan pelajaran ilmu jurnalistik sehingga akan percuma jika kemampuan yang sudah dimiliki ini tidak dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Sanggar Anak Akar is a school that was established in November 1994 in the area of Cipinang, East Jakarta. Sanggar Anak Akar was born from the desire to provide security for street children in order to grow and make them able to express their ideas and capabilities. Sanggar Anak Akar sees if the environment of street children is not conducive and not good for children's development. In addition to that, Sanggar Anak Akar students also want to straighten the common paradigms that assume if they were ordinary street children who cannot do anything.
Sanggar Anak Akar emphasis on developing creativity of students. Some of the achievements of Sanggar Anak Akar students in art were chosen to be the musical ensemble in the Asia-Pacific Women's Congress 2002 in Bangkok, Thailand, producing an album titled "Gema Mahardika Gita", successfully held Konserta Gema Gita Mahardika in cooperation with PPHUI in 2013, and successfully staged a theatrical performance in the month of November 2014, entitled "Sayap-sayap Mimpi". Additionally, Sanggar Anak Akar students are often appointed as the representative of Jakarta at art festivals in Indonesia as in Jember Fashion Festival. All of this achievements cannot be separated from the strength they have good cooperation with aid bodies, national and international private schools, to Sahabat Akar whose always supports all the activities of Sanggar Anak Akar students, both in teaching and learning activities and art performances.
Sahabt Akar are practitioners who already have a lot of experience in their respective fields, but committed to helping children Anak roots in order to master soft-skill abilities. Sahabat Akar have got very important role because they share experiences to students Anak Roots. In addition, the Sahabat Akar is very loyal to Anak roots so that its presence can be relied on.

"Beberapa tahun belakangan ini, K-Pop menjadi suatu fenomena yang menarik perhatian banyak orang. Dengan dibantu oleh keberadaan media sosial, penggemar K-Pop mengambil peran peningkatan popularitas dari K-Pop itu sendiri serta perkembangannya menjadi suatu industri yang besar. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan audiens dari penggemar grup idola BTS remaja di media sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa survei daring menggunakan Survey UI. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 131 responden, yang didasari oleh oleh teknik random sampling. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, didapatkan hasil bahwa keterlibatan audiens penggemar BTS remaja di media sosial dipengaruhi oleh faktor media dan faktor situasional.

In recent years, K-Pop has become a phenomenon that has caught the attention of many people. Supported by the presence of social media, K-Pop fans play a role in increasing the popularity of K-Pop itself and its development into a large industry. This thesis discusses the factors that influence the audience involvement of youth fans of idol group BTS on social media. This research is a quantitative study with data collection methods in the form of online surveys using Survey UI. The number of respondents in this study is 131 respondents, which were based on random sampling techniques. By using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the results show that the involvement of youth fans of BTS on social media is influenced by media and situational factors."

"ABSTRAK
Pengguna di ruang lingkup online saat ini dapat memiliki kekuatan untuk mempengaruhi masyarakat luas dengan memunculkan komunikasi di ruang virtual yang dinamakan eWOM, dimana eWOM dibutuhkan dalam suatu program kampanye organisasi non-profit untuk mempengaruhi keterlibatan khalayak dalam mencapai misi suatu organisasi sampai pada tahap niat perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan pengaruh electronic word of mouth kampanye DietKantongPlastik terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan niat perubahan perilaku seseorang dalam mengurangi penggunaan plastik. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep electronic word of mouth, knowledge, attitude, intention to change behavior, serta teori planned behavior dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan survey pada 149 responden yang mengetahui gerakan diet kantong plastik. Hasilnya, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang diajukan pada awal penelitian tidak dapat diaplikasikan sepenuhnya dan terdapat modifikasi model, karena terdapat pengaruh antara eWOM terhadap knowledge pengurangan penggunaan plastik sebesar 43,7, terdapat pengaruh eWOM terhadap attitude towards reduce plastic sebesar 19,8, tidak terdapat pengaruh antara eWOM terhadap intention to change behavior diet kantong plastik, terdapat pengaruh knowledge terhadap attitude towards reduce plastic sebesar 69,8, tidak terdapat pengaruh knowledge terhadap intention to change behavior dalam mengurangi penggunaan plastik, dan terdapat pengaruh attitude towards reduce plastic terhadap intention to change behavior dengan besar pengaruh 72,3. Satu-satunya yang mempengaruhi variabel intention to change behavior adalah variabel attitude towards reduce plastic, hal ini mengkonfirmasi teori planned behavior (TPB), dimana adanya pengaruh attitude terhadap intention yang akan mengarahkan kepada perilaku seseorang.

ABSTRACT
Users in online media have the power to influence the wider community by doing communication in virtual space called eWOM, where eWOM is needed in a campaign for non profit organizations to influence audience involvement in achieving an organizations mission to the point of behavior intention. The objective of this research is to describe the influence of eWOM DietKantongPlastik campaign on peoples knowledge, attitude, and intention to change behavior in order to reduce plastic. The research used the concept of eWOM, knowledge, attitude, intention to change behavior, planned behavior theory and used quantitative approach. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling for which the sample consisted of 149 respondents who were familiar with gerakan diet kantong plastik. The data was analyzed using SEM-PLS. The result of this research showed that the proposed model in the beginning of the study cannot be fully applied and there is a modification of model, whereas eWOM has significant impact on knowledge 43,7, eWOM has significant impact to attitude towards reduce plastic 19,8, eWOM has no significant impact to intention to change behavior, knowledge has significant impact to attitude 69,8, knowledge has no significant impact to intention to change behavior, and attitude has significant impact to intention to change behavior 72,3. The only variables that has impact to intention is the attitude towards reduce plastic, this confirms the planned behaviour theory (TPB), whereas the influence of attitude towards intention will lead to ones behaviour.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gaya komunikasi yang dimiliki pria dengan wanita di Indonesia, terutama di FISIP UI, dan untuk mengetahui masalah yang timbul dari adanya perbedaan gaya komunikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam konteks hubungan romantic. Penelitian dilakukan selama Januari — Juni 2003. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan memberikan kuesioner langsung pada 108 mahasiswa dan mahasiswi FISIP, angkatan 1999 — 2002. Sample dipilih melalui metode purposif Dari hasil analisa data, terdapat dua kelompok mahasiswa dengan gaya komunikasi berbeda, yaitu kelompok komunikator gaya wanita dan kelompok komunikator gaya pria. Responden pria dan wanita ternyata berada pada dua kelompok ini dengan komposisi yang seimbang. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara gaya komunikasi pria dan wanita. Hal ini disebabkan pria dan wanita ini telah terbiasa berada dalam lingkungan FISIP UI, yang cenderung tidak membedakan antara hubungan pertemanan pria — pria, wanita — wanita, dan pria — wanita, sehingga gaya komunikasi dengan pasangan romantisnya pun tidak berbeda. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran mengenai gaya komunikasi mahasiswa dan mahasiswi di FISIP UI. Bagi pria dan wanita yang berada di FISIP UT, dapat diperhatikan adanya perbedaan gaya komunikasi ini. Sehingga dapat menghindari persoalan yang mungkin timbul karenanya."

"Penelitian ini akan mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi Public Relations (PR) mempengaruhi performa pengelolaan krisis perusahaan, serta kompetensi apa yang dibutuhkan Public Relations (PR) dalam performa mengelola krisis perusahaan. Kompetensi Public Relations (PR) menurut Jo Proctor terdiri dari 4 variabel (skill, knowledge, abilities, dan quality) dan 15 dimensi (effective writing, persuasive speaking, in-depth knowledge of various media, understanding of managemant process, business financial acumen, problem solver, decision maker, deft-in handling people generates confidence, assumes responsibility, stability and common sense, drive and enthusiasm, wide-ranging interests and intellectual curiosity, good listener, tolerance for frustration, dan style). Kompetensi yang dibutuhlcan PR dalam performa mengelola krisis dapat diketahui dengan melihat kontribusi masingmasing kompetensi dalam performa pengelolaan krisis. Jenis penelitian adalah eksplanatif korelasional dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan multiple regression setelah reliabilitas dan validitasnya diuji menggunakan alpha cronbach dan factor analysis. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh praktisi PR di Jakarta. Sampel adalah praktisi PR pada perusahaan yang pemah mengalami krisis di Jakarta, dengan menggunakan metode survei. Krisis perusahaan yang layak dijadikan sampel adalah krisis yang telah ditulis pada media massy Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling dari data 321 perusahaan terbuka (Tbk.). Karena sampel yang diambil sdalah perorangan maka yang menjadi unit analisisnya adalah individu. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan, dari 15 dimensi Jo Proctor terbentuk dimensi barn yang mewakili 4 variabel Jo Proctor. Dimensi ini. Dimensi ini merupakan penggabungan dan pemecahan dimensi lama. Dimensinya menjadi effective writing concept, effective writing technique, direct persuasive speaking, indirect persuasive speaking, general knowledge of various media, special knowledge of various media, understanding of management process, business financial acumen, problem solving, deft in handling people generates confidence, decision maker, sense of responsibility, form or responsibility, active and easy going, listening by personality, listening feedback. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah bahwa kompetensi PR mempengaruhi performa pengelolaan krisis perusahaan sebesar 70,1%. Kompetensi PR yang mempengaruhi hadimya performa pengelolaan krisis perusahaan adalah Knowledge (47,5%) dan Quality (32,9%). Sedangkan dimensi dari Knowledge yang paling memberikan kontribusi adalah Special Knowledge of Various Media (33%). Pengalaman mempengaruhi performa pengelolaan krisis perusahaan, sedangkan pendidikan tidak mempengaruhinya."

"Dengan menggunakan pemikiran Henry Jenkins, skripsi ini membahas kelompok Barisan Relawan Jokowi Presiden 2014 (Bara JP), pendukung politisi Joko Widodo (Jokowi) sebagai sebuah bentuk fandom dan fan activism. Aktivitas fandom yang dilakukan antara lain pengetahuan mendalam tentang Jokowi disertai upaya mencari tahu informasi terbaru tentang Jokowi, serta terdapatnya ikatan emosional terhadap sosok Jokowi hingga tahap merubah identitas. Motivasi untuk bergabung dengan Bara JP sangat didasari oleh pemuasan emosional seperti nasionalisme. Terbentuknya fan activism Bara JP didorong oleh teknologi Facebook, anggota Bara JP yang memiliki pengalaman dalam pergerakan dan keahlian beragam.

Using Henry Jenkins work, this literature tries to understand Barisan Relawan Jokowi Presiden (Bara JP) 2014, the supporter group for politician Joko Widodo (Jokowi), as fandom and fan activism. This studies shows that Bara JP fandom activity including collecting extensive and latest information on Jokowi and forming emotional attachment to the extend of changing one identity. Emotional gratification such as nationalism is informant main reason to join the movement. Facebook technology and the involvement of priviledged actor with wide range of experience and skill forms Bara JP as fan activism.

"Peneliti ingin mengkaji pembentukan identitas budaya kelompok etnis melalui pesan media komunitas radio online Minang Cimbuak oleh komunitas Cimbuak. Cimbuak adalah komunitas yang dipelopori oleh perantau dari Minangkabau untuk meningkatkan silaturahmi perantau Minang yang ada di seluruh dunia dan melestarikan budaya Minangkabau.
Penelitian ini memberikan sebuah pemahaman baru berkaitan dengan pembentukan identitas budaya kelompok etnis melalui media komunitas radio online. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan interaksi secara online.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi negosiasi identitas budaya pada kelompok etnis. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan pembentukan pesan kelompok etnis didukung oleh karakteristik media komunitas radio online.

The research aim is analyzing the formation of ethnic group cultural identity on the message formation in Minang online radio Cimbuak. Minangkabau immigrants formed Cimbuak community to increase hospitality and communication among the immigrants all over the world and to conserve the Minangkabau culture.
This research gives new understanding about ethnic group cultural identity formation through online radio community media. The research was conducted under the qualitative approach using in-depth interview and observation.
The result shows there is cultural identity negotiation in the ethnic group and the characteristics of online radio community media supports the ethnic group message establishment.

Salah satunya adalah fandom atau komunitas fans yang kini berkembang di ranah online, seperti komunitas fans ?Shinhwa Changjo Indonesia?, yang memiliki kecerdasan kolektif berbasis internet yang mencakup informasi selama tujuh belas tahun serta memiliki budaya pengelolaan informasi yang tidak ditunjukkan oleh fandom K-Pop lain. Penelitian ini kemudian ingin mengetahui bagaimana budaya fandom mempengaruhi pembentukan kecerdasan kolektif berbasis internet, dan bentuk-bentuk seperti apa yang diciptakan fandom sebagai komunitas pengetahuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretif yang menggunakan metode etnografi virtual berupa wawancara virtual dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya perkembangan budaya komunitas fans menjadi lebih lokal dan memiliki hierarki sosial. Terdapat pula budaya partisipatoris yang ditunjukkan melalui sharing, kolaborasi, dan koordinasi sebagai bentuk kecerdasan kolektif berbasis internet milik fandom, yang pada gilirannya turut berperan dalam proses pembelajaran sosial baru mengenai budaya komunitas.;An online form of collective intelligence has emerged along the rise of internet, an application that have also been developed by cosmopedia according to their needs. ABSTRAK
Dalam kondisi persebaran informasi pada era digital yang kian rumit jurnalisme dituntut untuk meningkatkan standarnya melalui pengadopsian metode ilmiah. Di tengah tuntutan tersebut, media berita daring Tirto.id berdiri dengan membawa nilai-nilai jurnalisme presisi sebagai dasar praktiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap praktik empiris dari klaim kualitas pada media berita Tirto.id yang memposisikan diri bekerja berdasarkan prinsip jurnalisme presisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kritis dan metode penelitian studi kasus, serta meminjam teori jurnalisme presisi dan strukturasi Anthony Giddens sebagai dasar analisisnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan jurnalisme presisi didorong oleh kepentingan media berita untuk melakukan strategi diferensiasi di tengah persaingan pasar. Namun, dari segi pembangunan pengetahuan dan penerapan kebijakan produksi, media berita Tirto.id belum sepenuhnya berkomitmen untuk menerapkan prinsip jurnalisme presisi.

ABSTRAK
In the complicated information flow of digital era, journalism is expected to improve its standards through the adoption of scientific methods. To meet this expectation, Tirto.id as an online news media was founded and attributing itself with the values of precision journalism as the basis for its practice. This study aims to reveal the empirical practice of quality claims that news media Tirto.id brings as a news media committed to the principle of precision journalism. This research uses a critical paradigm, case study research metod and the theory of precision journalism and the structuration theory from Anthony Giddens as the basis of its analysis. The findings suggest that the application of precision journalism is driven by the interest of the news media to carry out differentiation strategies in the midst of market competition. However, in the terms of knowledge building and implementation of production policy, Tirto.id has not been fully committed to applying precision journalism principles."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini mendiskusikan tentang esensi dari interaksi digitalnya salah satu online community di Facebook bernama Gran Turismo Indonesia Discuss Club GTIDC melalui paradigma netnografi, yaitu etnografi yang mengaji alasan berikut proses bagaimana manusia mencanangkan konteks sosial budaya di dalam dunia virtual bertenaga internet. GTIDC merupakan online community di Facebook Indonesia yang accounts di dalamnya gemar bermain simulasi berkendara yang bernama Gran Turismo GT . GTIDC dipandang sebagai virtual gemeinschaft ndash; yaitu, sebagai sebuah online community yang lahir di dunia balik layar komputer sekaligus hidup aktif di dalamnya sehari-hari. Derivasi teoritis berasal dari gemeinschaft yang merupakan kemampuan manusia untuk menciptakan kelompok sosialnya secara umum tanpa melibatkan intervensi internet. Saat ini, manusia dapat merancang sosiabilitas tersebut berdasarkan media permainan yang uniknya dilakukan di dunia virtual. Melalui tri etika pengambilan data netnografi dalam kurun Februari 2017 hingga Februari 2018, kajian ini mengritik kajian virtual gemeinschaft yang gagal mendeskripsikan tentang unsur apa saja yang ada di dalamnya hingga perlu mempertimbangkan bahwa rangkaian unsur tersebut tetap dibawa melalui dunia nyata. Virtual gemeinschaft memiliki interaksi sosial budayanya dalam dunia virtual yang disebut sebagai interaktivitas relatif; ia berinteraksi melalui bahasa manusia. Simpulannya, netnografi ini menawarkan tiga unsur interaktivitas relatif dalam suatu virtual gemeinschaft khususnya GTIDC, yaitu: 1 Sistem norma sebagai aturan tegas kelompok yang bekerja atas prinsip controlled freedom sebagai jalan tengah antara kebebasan accounts mendiskusikan pengalamannya bermain GT dengan kuasa dari Kedua Admin; 2 Sistem intensi sebagai niat dasar dibentuknya kelompok yang diperlihatkan melalui keseriusan accounts dalam berbagi pengalaman bermainnya, dan; 3 Fungsi laten sebagai inti pendorong sistem norma dan sistem intensi berjiwa tacit dalam kelompok, yaitu membina sifat struktur sosial yang unik serta menjadikan pengalaman bermainnya sebagai sarana pendidikan bagi accounts untuk mencintai dunia otomotif.

ABSTRACT
The Thesis discusses about Gran Turismo Indonesia Discuss Club GTIDC and its essence of social interaction as an online community in Facebook with netnography paradigm, which is the internet based ethnography that investigates about online community over the virtual world. This study views GTIDC as a virtual gemeinschaft ndash which is an online community that both being established and active behind the computer screen. This very theory derives from classical gemeinschaft, which is the human rsquo s ability to establish their social collective without any interference of internet whereas nowdays human could do that even with the basic of playing games from the real life to put into the discussion in the virtual world. With the three etics of netnographical methodology from February 2017 until February 2018, this Thesis gives criticism about how the studies of virtual gemeinschaft don rsquo t have any clear clariffication of its essences and demand recognition on how those essences bring the reality on the real world or In Real Life IRL situations. In short, this netnography concludes that there are three essences of relativistic interaction in a virtual gemeinschaft like GTIDC 1 Norm system that is the collective rsquo s main rule. The system works with controlled freedom as a mediation between accounts rsquo s freedom to discuss any GT rsquo s gaming matters and Two Admins rsquo s power 2 Intention system that is the basic motive of this collective. It is shown with how serious accounts share their gaming experiences, and 3 Latent function as the tacit core of the collective that is being the main cause of both norm system and intention system. So, the latent function of GTIDC is to have the unique social structure with an educational receptacle to love the automotive lifestyle for its accounts."
